"You girl, you look so pretty, but how can you have such a wicked heart? We have already apologized; what more do you want? Do you really have to ruin our child before you’re happy?" the girl’s parent angrily questioned.

Sheng Ning’an: "She was the one who did wrong first, and I am rely upholding my rights in a lawful and legitimate manner."

"But she already knows she was wrong and has apologized to you. Can’t you just let her off this one ti?"

The other’s tone was indignant, their attitude aggressive, as if it were her fault for not forgiving.

Indeed, behind a problematic child, there are problematic parents.

"Do you really think she knows what she did wrong?"

Sheng Ning’an looked at the girl, whose face still bore hate she hadn’t yet managed to conceal.

"Your so-called apology isn’t because she truly recognizes her mistake; it is rely to avoid punishnt and not wanting to have a criminal record. If she is easily forgiven this ti, next ti she might do sothing even worse. When that happens, do you still think a simple acknowledgnt of wrong and an apology will resolve it?"

"The fault lies with the parents when children are not taught. Since she did wrong, she must face the corresponding consequences, and you as her parents should be teaching her the right sense of morality instead of constantly trying to excuse her behavior." From the mont they ca in, aside from complaining that the girl would cause them trouble and waste their ti, they had not said a single word about the right or wrong of the matter itself, nor did they seem to think it was a big deal.

Far from thinking their daughter was in the wrong, they instead accused her of making a mountain out of a molehill.

They believed she shouldn’t have called the police since she wasn’t hard.

A waste of police resources.

Ning An was determined to see this through exactly because she didn’t want to indulge this family.

"What makes you think our child will definitely make a mistake again? Could we sue you for slander?" the girl’s mother burst out, as if she had caught Ning An’s weakness.

"It doesn’t matter; if you want to sue, then sue." Judges aren’t fools; they wouldn’t convict her based on just one sentence from the other party.

Seeing that Ning An was unyielding, the other parent beca increasingly frantic: "What will it take for you to drop the matter? We really do understand our wrongdoing, and we promise to properly teach her once we go back."

"Considering she is still a minor, I implore you to give her another chance. If you think an apology is insufficient, would it be acceptable to have her kneel and apologize to you?"

Having said this, she turned to the girl: "What are you waiting for? Kneel and apologize to her right now. Do you really want a criminal record? Do you even want to go to college or find a good job later?"

"I won’t!" The girl, dragged by her mother, was filled with humiliation and resentnt.

Especially when she looked at Ning An, her eyes brimd with hatred.

"You can kneel if you want, but I will not kneel to her."

Ning An: "Even if you kneel, it will be useless!"

The girl’s mother didn’t really intend for her daughter to kneel but rather to pressure Ning An.

Thinking that a young girl would be too embarrassed to actually watch them kneel in front of so many people.

But who knew the daughter would be so foolish as to still be defiant at such a mont.

Hearing this and not knowing how to save face, she raised her hand and slapped the girl hard: "Are you trying to anger to death? Who am I doing this for? Isn’t it all for you?"

Sheng Ning An had grown up in a happy family; her parents had never laid a hand on her.

So she really couldn’t understand the behavior of parents hitting their children.
