The trio stood at the entrance of the female dormitory building.
Zhou Zhan said to Sheng Chuyi, “Junior, the male dormitory building is just across the way. How about I help take the junior sister up?”

She saw Sheng Chuyi with a stern face, seriously taking out his phone and handing it to Zhou Zhan.
Shen Zhaozhao suppressed a laugh, put her phone back, and said to Zhou Zhan, “Yes, yes, senior you add him. I just rembered my phone is dead.”

After the other left, Sheng Chuyi stored his suitcase under the female dormitory building, then carried Shen Zhaozhao’s suitcase and escorted her up.
They arrived quite early, so there was no one else in the dormitory yet.
Shen Zhaozhao located her assigned bed in the dormitory.
Jing University’s dormitories housed four people each, all with a loft bed over a desk, complete with a private bathroom and a balcony, making the living environnt quite decent.
The dormitory had obviously been cleaned by the cleaning lady before school started, but they still fetched water and wiped the tabletops and so corners again.
Then they started to arrange their things.
Shen Zhaozhao opened her suitcase, putting clothes into her wardrobe while looking up and asking Sheng Chuyi who was hanging curtains, “Chuyi, were you jealous just now?”
“No!” Sheng Chuyi said sternly.
Shen Zhaozhao humd softly, “Clearly you were, otherwise why didn’t you want to add the senior’s WeChat?”
Sheng Chuyi stopped what he was doing and looked at her, “You two seed to get along very well just now?”
Shen Zhaozhao held back her laughter and said, “It was alright, the senior is pretty nice and very enthusiastic.”
Sheng Chuyi didn’t say anything, but his expression clearly darkened. Without a word, he averted his gaze and continued his work.
“So, you were jealous, right?” Shen Zhaozhao climbed two rungs up the bed ladder and, grasping the bed rail, leaned over the edge of the bed to ask.
“No!” Sheng Chuyi denied once more, his back to her.
Shen Zhaozhao pushed her luck on the edge, “Then you’ll give the senior’s WeChat?”
Sheng Chuyi abruptly turned back to look at her.
Their eyes t midair, one looking up, the other looking down.
Sheng Chuyi’s eyes were as dark as ink, seemingly bottomless, as if harboring an unseen storm.
It was unsettling.
Unexpectedly weak-kneed, Shen Zhaozhao couldn’t help but swallow hard and sheepishly changed her tune, “I was just kidding.”
The next second, she saw him suddenly lean forward, his warm lips accurately landing on hers.
Shen Zhaozhao’s heart raced wildly, and before she could react, she felt a pain on her lips. Her eyes widened in astonishnt as she saw him straighten up, his voice cool but captivating, “Shen Zhaozhao, don’t provoke !”
