Sean Lowell was amazed at how different Artie Vaughn seed compared to when he had spoken to him earlier.

"Ahem, ahem..." Even Leo Vaughn, who was used to this, couldn’t take it: "This isn’t our ho."

"Ah right, this is the hospital, huh? So Artie is just waiting to take Sumr ho, and then cuddle up everywhere, right?" Artie looked eagerly at Sumr Fairmont, hoping she’d change her mind.

Dr. William Walsh had the impulse to flee; it was the first ti he had seen soone like The Devilish Lolita, whose antics were as beguiling as an Enchantress.

Artie’s antics made everyone present deeply aware there was a girl being coquettish.

Beyond that, no one could really rember what they were discussing initially.

This, perhaps, is the magical power of The Pouting Siren.

One second of silence.

Two seconds of silence.

Three seconds of silence.

"Let’s go." Sumr Fairmont’s every word and action radiated with coolness.

Artie’s charming coquetry filled the room, but couldn’t influence Sumr Fairmont’s temperant.

As long as Sumr Fairmont wanted, she had an unparalleled immunity to The Pouting Siren’s charm.

Sumr Fairmont wasn’t "ruthless" enough to completely disregard Artie, but Sean gave her an indescribable feeling.

That feeling wasn’t like when Artie brought a loud friend from Scotland to join in eating Sumr Fairmont’s cooking.

No matter how much Artie and her friend chatted, as long as Sumr Fairmont didn’t talk, everything would pass.

She actually quite enjoyed watching Artie and her friend devour the food, not forgetting to give a thumbs-up and praise her cooking.

Expressionless on the face, but joyful in the heart.

Only Sean’s questions and the way he looked at her were outside Sumr Fairmont’s realm of acceptance.

Sumr Fairmont didn’t want the cloud in her heart to block the sun’s light, not even once.

Sumr Fairmont’s unusual persistence left Artie feeling a bit at a loss.

When neither her brother nor Sumr were around, The Devilish Lolita’s ideas multiplied like a Pandora’s box.

But if either of them was nearby, The Devilish Lolita would regress to a state incapable of independent thought and living.

If both were there, then Artie would feel having a brain was redundant.

Artie looked at Leo with her big, glistening eyes.

As if if Leo didn’t help, she’d burst into tears the next second just for him.

Leo felt a bit helpless, but this didn’t affect his doting on his sister. He mouthed a response to Artie.

Leo silently uttered three words: "I’ll try."

The Nation’s Gentleman blocked Sumr Fairmont’s way: "May I have a mont?"

At such tis, having a gentlemanly brother was invaluable; he knew what you wanted without you having to say it.

"You just landed, and my sister already told my mom she wants to bring you back ho. My mom got up early today to prepare a midnight snack for you."

Early. Preparing. Midnight snack.

These were the points Leo sought to emphasize with his words.

And explained the first reason for Artie’s urgency.

Artie definitely wasn’t the kind to want to bring back just anybody ho.

Sean might not have known whether Artie and Sumr Fairmont had made any prior arrangents.

But from Sumr Fairmont’s arrival and Artie’s reactions, the fuss seed correlated to Sean’s current hospital situation.

Sean felt Sumr Fairmont was bothered by Artie saying she wanted to bring him ho.

Sean didn’t want to cause misunderstandings or unnecessary trouble because of himself.

Having fainted at the club earlier had already caused significant trouble for The Vaughn Siblings and Sumr Fairmont.

Sean expanding this trouble was certainly not his style.

More than that, he hadn’t originally intended to visit The Vaughn Siblings’ ho.

"If it’s not too much trouble, could Mr. Vaughn please send back to the club where I didn’t get a chance to eat?"

Sean didn’t have a phone; otherwise, he wouldn’t necessarily need soone to keep him company like a "Little Princess" waiting for Gordon Sterling.

But he also couldn’t just randomly find a place or hail a taxi.

Though Sean never thought of himself as soone highly sought after.

But each year during the journey "into the city," Gordon had many reminders, telling The Jilted not to appear casually in public places. If caught by The Dump Alliance once, there’d be countless other tis.

Leo glanced at Sean, gallantly indicating that he had heard Sean’s request.

But Leo didn’t respond with whether Sean could or couldn’t; The Nation’s Gentleman directly passed the question to Dr. Walsh: "Dr. William Walsh, can Master Sean Lowell be discharged now?"

"Certainly not now. Look at the intravenous stay needle I asked the nurse to use; it indicates at least two days of intravenous injection. Currently, besides the fever, the patient also exhibits signs of exhaustion."

Dr. Walsh pointed to Sean’s hand with the IV drip before continuing: "So, beyond the fever dication, I’ve administered amino acids, levamisole, and gamma globulin to achieve the desired effect of boosting immunity."

"Dr. Walsh, you know my mother’s health has always been poor, so our household always has a nurse. If it’s just the drip, can we take Master Sean Lowell ho for our nurse’s care rather than sending him directly back to the club?"

Though Leo spoke to Dr. Walsh, maybe only 10% was intended for the doctor.

The remaining 60% was addressed to Sumr Fairmont, 30% to Master Sean Lowell.

From the Nation’s Gentleman’s perspective, the key issue now was that Artie had just invited Sumr Fairmont ho, and then extended the invitation to Sean.

This made Artie bringing people ho seem like a routine matter.

But in reality, Artie rarely brought friends ho.

It’s true Talia Tate was hospitable, but her health didn’t allow her to host guests frequently.

Unless it was a very important friend, Artie would only go out for a gathering at most.

"Uh-huh, that’s right! Artie wants to make up for the big mistake she made." With her brother’s help, The Pouting Siren was in full swing.

After updating Sean’s admission records, Dr. William Walsh wasted no ti, imdiately acting upon his inner urge to flee.

"Why did Dr. Walsh leave like that, huh? Didn’t he give us his final advice?" Artie looked all innocent, perfectly matching her Lolita face.

Artie ran out, wanting to keep Dr. Walsh and follow her brother’s lead; if Sumr Fairmont insisted on leaving, she planned to act as the barricade tiger.

Artie rushed to the ward’s entrance only to be blocked by the stance of the people outside, ready to enter.

The Pouting Siren was so startled she forgot to turn around, directly backpedaling several steps to give way to the newcors.
