When was the last ti I lost control and just expressed my real thoughts directly?

Leo needed to find a place to calm down.

After taking just a couple of steps, Leo ran into Sean, who had left earlier.

Sean, already injured, moved slowly and heard Sumr Fairmont respond to Leo with, "It matters."

Those simple three words made Sean feel rooted to the spot.

Sean wasn’t sure what Sumr ant by saying "it matters."

Sean was still trying to figure it out when Leo started to criticize him.

Though Leo, ever the gentleman, even in criticism found it difficult to express harshness in his tone.

Nevertheless, the reproach in Leo’s words was more than evident.

When Leo saw Sean at that mont, he felt a bit awkward.

When Sean saw Leo at that mont, he felt rather angry.

Even the most patient brother can’t stand soone saying his sister has ulterior motives.

Especially when Sean desperately craved his sister’s approval and hadn’t received it yet.

Does only Artie have a brother?

Is only Artie to be treated like a princess?

Leo accused Sumr Lowell of approaching Artie for the sake of eting the people around her.

If that person was ant to be Leo himself, there wasn’t much to say.

But to say Sumr Lowell approached Artie just to et her biological brother Sean?

Sean, the biological brother, was the first to disagree.

Having just felt like he was representing the moon and righteousness, Leo now felt guilty under Sean’s silent gaze.

"Master Sean Lowell, how is your recovery? Do you need a hand?" Leo quickly reverted to his Nation’s Gentleman persona.

"No need. Whoever I have or don’t have a connection with is not Mr. Vaughn’s concern." Sean didn’t mind suffering himself.

But he couldn’t stand anyone saying anything negative about his sister.

This didn’t change whether or not Sumr Fairmont knew her true identity as Sumr Lowell.

Sean’s words, from expression to tone to content, were extrely unusual.

This was not like Master Sean Lowell at all.

After being stunned speechless, the Nation’s Gentleman resolved the awkwardness with his usual smile: "Artie’s vacation house seems to have a problem; the better-tempered a person is, the more uncontrollable their temper becos."

Although he didn’t quite understand why Sean suddenly lashed out, over the past five years, Leo had beco accustod to using a smile to diffuse awkward situations.

The original disbelief that Sean and Sumr Fairmont could have developed "a secret relationship" in such a short ti suddenly turned into belief in Artie’s judgnt for Leo.

Leo knew Artie had confessed to Sean twice, and Sean hadn’t responded.

He had even comforted Artie, saying that to win over the aloof Master Sean Lowell, it would take a hundred efforts at least, no different for anyone.

Now it seed that really wasn’t the case.

Since Sean had never accepted Artie’s confessions, Leo truly saw no way he could impose a moral shackle on Sean and Sumr Fairmont.

Love tends to ignore notions like who cos first.

If every woman’s confession had to be accepted, then Mr. Vaughn, the National Heartthrob, would have had tens of thousands of forr and current partners by now.

Sean’s reaction made Leo realize the mistake he just made was even more severe than he had realized.

What gave him the right to lose his temper with Sumr Fairmont?

More importantly, since turning eighteen, he had always been able to keep his temper in check, yet sohow he couldn’t hold it back in front of Sumr Fairmont; his temper beca the kind that just had to be vented.

In Leo’s heart, the vacation house really seed a bit strange; why did the originally stable partners, the dear sister, the good temper, all beco as wild and unrestrained as Islay’s peat once here?

Leo realized sothing was off but couldn’t pinpoint exactly what the problem was.

Sumr Fairmont felt she needed at least two more days to digest the shock brought by Hieronymus’s will.

After two days, she would find a chance to have a good talk with Artie.

But Artie didn’t give Sumr Fairmont that chance.

No more than fifteen minutes later, Sumr heard the roar of an engine.

By the ti Sumr reached the yard, Artie’s Porsche was already loaded with luggage.

Artie still wore sunglasses, and seeing Sumr co out in the rearview mirror, she stretched her hand out the car window.

With her face hidden from Sumr, Artie loudly dramatized a script that particularly moved herself: "Artie is leaving, Sumr, you must be happy!"

And so, the Vaughn Siblings resolutely departed from Islay.

As if it was Sumr Fairmont’s vacation house and not Artie’s.

As if staying a second longer was unbearable.
