It must be sothing significant to make Artie hesitate for two whole seconds—

The Winters Ambassador wondered whether Master Sean Lowell, who seed oblivious to worldly concerns, would disdain the everyday flavor on her chopsticks.

Sothing that fell into the small pot in front of him finally pulled part of Sean’s attention away from Sumr and back.

"Thank you. You eat first; I’ll wait for Sumr to join."

With the experience from calling Sumr the first ti, Sean already felt quite at ease the second ti he called her.

No pause, no hesitation, as if it was ant to be that way.

"Mm-hmm, we’ll finish this one first, and the remaining four, just like usual, will wait for Sumr to join. The next four king crabs are about Sumr’s culinary skills; this one is about her knife skills and her eye for picking king crabs," Artie had entered a peculiar state where whatever Sean said would excite her.

Artie has always waited to eat with Sumr, even though Sumr had never made such a request.

Artie’s call for everyone to start eating was due to the very special "thod" used on the first king crab today: "You can’t fail Little Artie’s cooking or the knife work."

The Rhyming Siren had made a round while greeting everyone, only to find that her brother, who had already returned to his seat, hadn’t put the last crab leg into the pot yet.

"Ah, brother, have you figured out how to cook it, hmm? You can wait for Artie to cook it for you to taste, okay?"

Leo was currently facing away from Sumr Fairmont, unable to see her cooking or her expression.

But he couldn’t calm down; he saw light in Sean’s eyes, a light that seed to reflect Sumr’s expressions.

What had Sumr just been unable to say?

The Nation’s Gentleman’s heart was inexplicably clogged.

The first ti their eyes t, Sumr’s eyes were full of pity.

Was today’s second eting one of disdain after pity? Or was it sothing more negative?

When had the Nation’s Gentleman, cherished by so many girls, ever experienced this?

Ever-smiling Leo was not insensitive.

He could see through almost every girl’s motive for approaching him.

But he couldn’t understand Sumr Fairmont’s.

Besides that, the light in Sean’s eyes also gave Leo a feeling of unease.

He couldn’t say why, but it made the Nation’s Gentleman not want to continue being a gentleman.

Leo hadn’t really spent much ti with Sean, but regardless of which year’s Celestar Baijiu Top 100 list was announced, Master Sean Lowell had never shown any genuine emotion.

Everyone knew that Master Sean Lowell seed detached from worldly affairs and had no hobbies beyond brewing.

The persona of The Jilted, who found neither joy in material things nor sorrow in his circumstances, was already deeply ingrained in people’s hearts.

Todays’ Sean was evidently different from usual.

Leo was already unable to distinguish whether his troubled heart was due to being watched by Sumr or because Sean was watching Sumr.

The Nation’s Gentleman disliked his abnormal state; such troubling feelings shouldn’t be present in his heart at this ti.

Artie placed the final piece of king crab leg at she had cooked onto his plate, yet as the National Heartthrob, Leo didn’t give any response.

The atmosphere at the scene was eerily quiet; besides the sounds of Sumr busy in the kitchen, no one else spoke.

Artie was waiting for Leo’s culinary comntary after he finished eating.

Gordon Sterling had eaten four bites of "regal at" before noticing the strange atmosphere, leading him to pull back his tongue, which he had almost swallowed entirely: "Mr. Vaughn, how confident is Winters Spirits in acquiring Port Aelen Distillery?"

"It’s hard to say right now; they are showing much more interest in integrating with live-streaming spaces than in finding a distributor for The Greater Sinian Region." Although lost in thought, the Nation’s Gentleman wasn’t as disconnected from the world as Sean was.

"Indeed, even with a decision to restart the distillery this year, the earliest it would begin production is the year after next, plus whiskey needs at least three years of aging, so without four to five years, Port Aelen’s new products wouldn’t hit the market. It’s understandable they have reservations about Winters Spirits."

Artie, upon hearing this, was noticeably indignant: "Reservations about the best channel? Could it be they’re aiming for the worst partnership instead?"

The Winters Ambassador’s thinking was simple; why should such a top-level agency like Winters Spirits have no reservations, yet a distillery that’s rely rumored to be restarting has those reservations?
