It was morning by the ti Ling Tianya woke up. She noticed that she was receiving nutrient fluids through an IV drip connected to her arm. She had been focused on cases relating to the hospital for her new book and therefore she understood the na that was written on the IV drip.
Ling Tianya took out the needle and sat up. Then clothes on her body provided evidence that after she was tranquilized last night, she had not been treated violently.

While Ling Tianya was still searching her mind for everyone she knew, the door opened and Zhang Ke walked in.
Seeing that Ling Tianya had discarded the needle, Zhang Ke furrowed her brows and put the plate of food in her hand down on the table. She took a couple of steps forward. “Why did you take the drip out? Do you know that your body is currently very weak?”
“Zhang Ke, I really don’t understand you.” Ling Tianya sat on her bed and looked at Zhang Ke. “What are you trying to do? You can’t bear having betrayed ?”
Zhang Ke stamred, unable to say anything. She silently carried the breakfast over. “Eat sothing. You’ve already skipped many als. Your stomach had reached its limit. It’s fine even if you simply eat so porridge.”
Ling Tianya continued to sit there without moving. Her stomach had long been protesting against her. Stomach pains did not feel good. In order to leave this place, she knew that she couldn’t be remorseful. She must maintain her energy.
However, she couldn’t just leave. She needed to walk out of this room, needed to know what place this was and needed to et that so-called leader.
In the end, Zhang Ke could no longer remain calm. “Teacher, eat sothing. The leader has already agreed to et you. I will bring you to him once you finish eating!”
They knew that by starving herself and tornting her body, Ling Tianya was testing them and also threatening them.
