Heavenly Kingdom Dawn.

When Rayne brought Edaline to fight the newly awakened biological anchor points, Alice was left in Dawn by Rayne.

According to Rayne, Far Silence would have thrown a teorite anchor point to the Heavenly Kingdoms at the sa ti as the biological anchor point awakened.

However, if Rayne killed it quickly enough, this teorite anchor point would not have landed.

In that case, there was only one mission left for Alice.

Defend Dawn.

At that mont, Alice was staying in her residence. As she spread her perception to monitor the entire Dawn, she scrutinized the blueprints of the God Regulating chanism sent to her by the High Elves of the Heavenly Kingdoms with a focused expression.

After Alice agreed to participate in the war between the High Elves and Far Silence, the God Consort imdiately returned the favor and gave Alice a series of materials and blueprints regarding the God Regulating chanism that were left in the Heavenly Kingdoms.

Now, Alice stared at the blueprints with all her attention for a long ti.

However, it was laughable.

She could not understand it at all.

It was not a huge problem. Although Alice the Noob could not understand the blueprints, there were still people in Leta who could.

For example, the Porcelain Moon Queen.

The reason why Rayne wanted Alice to bind the Porcelain Moon Queen's soul was for the sake of this future.

He wanted to make use of the Porcelain Moon Queen's strength to lead Leta to reconstruct the God Regulating chanism.

This was another important reason why Alice visited the Heavenly Kingdoms apart from her master's mission.

In the entire history of Leta, no matter how heroic the Moonlight Queens of the new eras were or how good the demigod teachers were at fighting, they would only be able to defend passively against the attacks of the quasigods. It would be considered a success if they were not infiltrated.

The only ti the elves of Leta fought their way out of the borders and counterattacked against the quasigods was in the Porcelain Moon Dynasty.

At that ti, what backed the Porcelain Moon Queen was the God Regulating chanisms she developed.

For a world that was reared by gods which resulted in technology developing at the speed of a turtle, knowledge was power.

The proposition of technology changing fate was still too far away.

However, Alice had indeed realized strongly now that the God Regulating chanism had to be done!

Using the quasigods as energy cores to transform the enemies into their own combat strength and nurture them through battle endlessly...

Looking at the entire history of Leta, Alice was very sure that Leta could only win against the quasigods by using such thods.

Back then, not only did the explosion in the capital take away the Porcelain Moon Queen, it also caused the loss of the manufacturing technology of the God Regulating chanism and the destruction of the equipnt production line.

However, with the revival of the Porcelain Moon Queen, there was hope for the once unsolvable problem to be resolved.

According to the Porcelain Moon Queen, although most of the techniques used to forge the God Regulating chanism were original creations of hers, a considerable portion of the techniques ca from the cosmic magic of the Heavenly Kingdom's High Elves.

Leta's God Regulating chanism was similar to the Heavenly Kingdoms' Star Goddess Remnant Radiance. Both of them obtained extraordinary combat strength by squeezing out the dead gods. The Porcelain Moon Queen had many references to this.

In fact, because of her close collaboration with the High Elves, the Porcelain Moon Queen even built a few workshops in the Heavenly Kingdoms to produce components for the God Regulating chanism back then.

And now, this production line was found by the High Elves, repaired and dismantled before being transported to Leta.

With a technological big shot like the Porcelain Moon Queen and a semi-complete production line, it should not be a problem to restore the production line of the God Regulating chanism after a few years of investnt and hard work.

However, the problem was that even if it only required a few years, it was still too long.

The Tragic Moon Queen repeatedly emphasized in Alice's mind that the elves had to complete the developnt of the God Regulating chanism as soon as possible, even if they had to resort to any ans.

If they had to resort to any ans...

Alice indeed had a way.

At that mont, Alice looked beside her.

Archduke Lorraine Tiffany was accompanying Alice quietly.

Unlike Alice, perhaps because of the background of the Lucia family, Lorraine was very interested in the blueprints of the God Regulating chanism and read them excitedly.

Alice poked her. "Archduke Lorraine?"

"Your Majesty!"

Lorraine, who was engrossed in the blueprints, was jolted awake. She raised her head hurriedly and asked respectfully, "What can I do for you?"

Alice smiled. "I just wanted to ask you, do you think Leta can create the God Regulating chanism?"

Lorraine nodded. "I've seen the blueprints of the God Regulating chanism. I reckon that with the help of the Porcelain Moon Queen, it should only be a matter of ti."

Alice continued to ask, "How much ti do you think it will take?"

Lorraine gave a conservative number. "About ten years."

Alice asked, "Do you think it's possible to complete it within a year?"

Startled, Lorraine shook her head continuously. "Your Majesty, ti is too tight."

Of course, Alice knew that ti was tight.

However

The Tragic Moon Queen expressed that even if they were prepared within a year, it would probably still be too late.

Alice sighed. "Her Majesty Tragic Moon has been urging to complete the production line of the God Regulating chanism as soon as possible. Archduke Lorraine, do you think there's any way to speed up the progress?"

Lorraine had an idea as well. "We can deepen our cooperation with the High Elves."

Alice said, "But the High Elves are preparing for war, Archduke Lorraine."

Once Far Silence went to war with the High Elves, the entire country would definitely fall into chaos. Even if they won, they would need ti to recover.

Under such circumstances, it was unrealistic to expect the support of the High Elves.

Furthermore, even with the help of the High Elves, this group of people did not know much more about the God Regulating chanism than the Leta elves. It was almost impossible to change their fate and shorten the work period to a year.

Lorraine understood that logic as well.

However, apart from that, was there any other way to recreate an extrely complicated set of ancient technology in a short year?

Actually, Alice indeed had two thods.

The first thod was for Alice to make a deal with Olivia and seek help from the Nether Realm. However, this thod could not be said explicitly.

The second thod was actually equally difficult to say

Alice observed Lorraine's expression and asked tentatively, "How do you feel about a collaboration with Haines?"

"Haines?!"

Lorraine was shocked. "Your Majesty, are you joking?"

Archduke Lorraine's reaction to that was extrely intense. She advised sincerely, "Your Majesty, please think twice! No matter how difficult the situation is, there's no way we can work with the Haines people! Don't forget who created these quasigods. How can we seek cooperation from the culprits who killed our gods?!"

Alice said, "Archduke Lorraine, you should know very well that the matter of the quasigods was done by Goddess Order. The Haines Empire doesn't have any subjective malice towards Leta, right?"

Lorraine was still frowning and tried her best to persuade Her Majesty to change his mind. "However, Your Majesty! In the White Tower incident ten years ago, our capital was invaded by the Imperial Guards and we suffered heavy casualties. We watched our compatriots die tragically in front of us! We have to make the Haines people pay with their blood, Your Majesty!"

It was obvious.

Lorraine hated the Haines Empire.

Although the inside story of the White Tower incident ten years ago was extrely complicated, from the impact, it had indeed caused an irreconcilable blood feud between Haines and Leta.

However, a qualified politician should not be blinded by hatred towards their so-called enemies.

A cold machine of the nation had to operate in a manner that was most in line with its current interests.

Alice smiled bitterly.

This was going to be difficult
