"The second floor isn’t open to just anybody." A piercing voice resounded. A man with purple scales and was dressed in a peculiar gold robe that made him look like a purple jade statue walked over, imdiately walking to the stairs and shooting Luo Feng a glance.

Wood Jade walked over. Looking at the gold robe warrior, he said, "One has to be a four star or above being to go up. Or have over 100 billion mixed elents in your account of the Universe first bank or Universe galaxy bank. Fulfilling any one of these criteria will allow you to go up."
"And who’s that seemingly arrogant fella?" Luo feng laughed.
