In the command center of the Cheyenne Mountain Complex. President William removed his glasses and rubbed the bridge of his nose. It has been so long since they have communicated from the outside world with a different group. What’s more, it is an unknown organization.

"Mr. President," his National Security Advisor called. "We have received a transmission from the Blackwatch, it’s a video file with a lot of data."

"Pull it up on the main screen," President William instructed. The room fell silent as the video file was opened and the data from Blackwatch began to play.

The video showed drone and satellite footage detailing a mysterious figure, Lin Feng, exhibiting supernatural powers and taking down military hardware with ease. Not only that, the video also showed his associates exhibiting supernatural powers but different from one another. Then, there are his mutated zombies, so are as tall as a building while others are simply two or three ters tall. Another video showed their powers and capabilities, like how a monster like Goliath can demolish buildings by tackling it, and how it sustained direct fire from the combined arms of land and air assets.

Speaking of land and air assets, President William noticed the type of vehicle used. All of it was Arican-made, and they have no recollection of selling arms to an organization called Blackwatch.

After about two hours, the command center was silent. Each person mumbled and then shared their thoughts with their colleagues with bewildernt and astonishnt. The footage was unlike anything they had ever seen or could have imagined. The reality of supernatural beings and their devastating impact was now undeniable, challenging their understanding of the world.

President William broke the silence, "This... is beyond our conventional warfare tactics. Lin Feng and his forces are an existential threat not just to us, but to the entire world."

The National Security Advisor nodded in agreent. "Sir, Blackwatch seems to be our only lead in understanding and possibly countering this threat. Their capabilities, especially their access to military-grade Arican equipnt, raises questions about their resources and connections."

"I want you to look into that. How co a private military firm has so much Arican hardware? I need answers now before I call them."

Turning to his Chief of Staff, President William instructed, "Reach out to our contacts in the defense industry. See if there’s any record of sales or transactions with Blackwatch. We need to know who we’re dealing with."

"Right away, Mr. President."

Several hours later, the Chief of Staff returned to the command center with a report for President William.

"Mr. President, we’ve completed an extensive search through the defense industry databases and communication with our key contacts," he began. "There is no record of direct sales or transactions between the U.S. defense industry and an organization nad Blackwatch. However, we did uncover a pattern of equipnt purchases through various interdiaries and shell companies that could potentially be linked to Blackwatch."

The President leaned forward, intrigued. "Explain."

"Our analysis indicates that these interdiaries purchased Arican military hardware in significant quantities over the past few years. The purchases were scattered, under different nas and companies, making it difficult to trace back to a single source. However, the nature of these transactions and the types of equipnt acquired align closely with what we’ve seen in the Blackwatch footage."

"How sure are you of that information?" William asked.

"We can’t say with full confidence that it’s how Blackwatch got their Arican weaponry," the Chief of Staff replied. "But the evidence strongly suggests they exploited this network of interdiaries to discreetly acquire their arsenal. It’s a sophisticated strategy, evading usual military export controls and tracking."

President William nodded thoughtfully. "Well, we can either ask Blackwatch how. At this point, I realize it doesn’t matter how they got that weaponry. It’s a zombie apocalypse out there. We couldn’t care less about it for now. Now, to the plan. I want you to connect with the Blackwatch. We will engage in a dialogue with them."

"And by dialogue, Mr. President, you an?" his National Security Advisor said, already realizing what the President was planning.

"That’s right, I’m going to et with the Blackwatch leadership. So get in line with them, now," William ordered.

The National Security Advisor nodded and quickly relayed the instruction to the communications team. Within monts, they set up a secure line to connect President William with Blackwatch’s leadership.

"Sir, we have established the line to Blackwatch," the operator inford President William.

"Put them through," President William said, taking a deep breath as he prepared for the conversation.

The line clicked, and Richard Gonzales’ voice ca through. "This is Richard Gonzales of Blackwatch."

"Mr. Gonzales, this is President William Barry of the United States," William introduced himself. "I’ve reviewed the information you’ve sent us. It’s... unsettling, to say the least. Let’s talk."
