Surviving the Apocalypse While Being Tempted by an Elf and a Dark Elf Chapter 342: Forward (7)
After thinking for a while, Luke realized that he couldn’t fight the necromancer without getting rid of the flies around. It was clear that these skeletons wouldn’t buy him enough ti to deal with that guy, so it was better to cut his sources of strength little by little.
Luke pointed his sword to the side and made the necromancer frown. It was actually hard to say if they had truly frowned... Regardless, he used Stinger, and in the next mont, he attacked and touched the head of a lich. One second later, the creature turned into dust and disappeared for good.

Luke almost could see the confused eyes of the necromancer under the hood. Since they didn’t react in any way, it was clear that they didn’t expect that. In the first place, Luke didn’t have any skills to exorcise undead, and even if he had, he would need them at a high rank for them to work against liches. However, Luke had Heal and Mana Manipulation, so he could easily destroy them like that. It cost so mana, though. Luke pointed his sword toward another target and then repeated the sa thing four other tis before his body suddenly got heavier, and Stinger didn’t help him reach the next target.
When Luke landed, he created a crater and smashed so zombies, but the necromancer didn’t attack for whatever reason. They were probably too focused on using gravity magic to stop Luke and do anything else. Regardless, that was still troubleso due to the poison in the air.
The liches gathered around Luke and prepared to attack in the next mont. Their beams of energy looked rather dangerous, so he clicked his tongue in annoyance. Luke quickly froze three of them and sent the spheres of ice to stop the others.

Unfortunately, that wouldn’t be enough to stop fifteen others from attacking. Luke decided to use Checkpoint, but then he felt that the gravity magic on him got a bit weaker. Luke used Stinger to move and escape their barrage of attacks since it would be better to keep his cards hidden as much as possible. Regardless, he wondered why he suddenly was able to move again... it wasn’t like the necromancer stopped to do sothing else.
"Do the liches give them power?" Luke thought. "If that were the case, he shouldn’t use them like this... am I missing sothing?"
Before Luke could find his answer, the effects of gravity had increased again, and the liches hadn’t returned yet, so he didn’t understand anything anymore. In any case, he made a ntal note to create so copies of weapons with holy attributes the next ti sothing like this happens.
While Luke was thinking of his next step, the mist began to get thicker around him, and he was forced to use Heal on himself for the first ti since the battle started. It was amazing that the gravity alone didn’t break his bones, but that was because of the parater bonuses given by the armor.
"Oh, yeah... I can do that as well," Luke thought, and then he used the effects of his sword to freeze the air around him.
The Poisonous air quickly began to freeze and fall to the ground as small shards of ice. Luke made so of them fall on his hands, and then he smirked before he used Weapon Augntation and bombarded the liches with them.
In the blink of an eye, ten liches died without realizing what or how they were killed. Once again, Luke felt the mana around him getting weaker. Sohow, the death of the liches definitely weakens the necromancer. Still, even if that didn’t happen, the enemy stopped their attack and focused most of his mana into gravity again. This ti, they increased the output that Luke began to sink on the ground while his bones were cracking.
"Shit... Give a break," Luke said while biting his lips. "At least a few seconds... At least a few seconds?"
At that mont, Luke had one heck of a crazy idea... What if he sends himself to his storage dinsion? Ti doesn’t pass there, so he will have so to prepare. However, there were probably a few problems with that. Can a human life be in a place where the concept of ti doesn’t exist? That was one hell of a gamble. Also, he is the one who brings and takes things from the storage dinsion. Could he return once he goes there? It seed too much of a gamble. Still, Luke decided to take the gamble. Suddenly, he vanished from the battlefield, and the necromancer lost sight of him completely...
In the next mont, Luke lost complete control of his body. He couldn’t see or feel anything. He imdiately regretted his choice, but then he noticed that despite the circumstances, he still could think. Also, he couldn’t feel it or sense it, but he could tell that there was a way out of that dinsion. It was like the door he used to co in. It seed that he could leave, but it also seed that he couldn’t use that place to defy ti in his favor. At least he couldn’t imagine how now.
"I can’t feel anything, but can I breathe here?" Luke thought. "No... if my brain is working, then I am using oxygen that is in my lungs? I don’t really now know anymore..."
It was a pity that Luke didn’t investigate that dinsion before, but it couldn’t have been helped since only now he had that idea, since it was a pretty much crazy one. Regardless, if Luke could think, he could use magic. And if he could use magic, then perhaps his first idea wasn’t impossible or crazy.
