He asked that question aloud because of his sheer surprise. It's more of a hyperbolic question than an actual genuine question.

She never had these before, It gives a soft, slippery wet feeling that is common with these wipes however it is sothing different.
It is kinda warm so it doesn't feel uncomfortable and the thickness of it is also big, not like a normal paper.

Alex increased his speed of "wiping" and was going closer and closer towards her lower lips making her itchy as she did not wanted to for him to misunderstand that she was taking advantage of him while he was just helping her clean.
