This is how much this world hates n, If not for the system's op things he will also be that weak, Though on paper he is F-Rank but his combat power already reached C-Rank, But still he could not able to advance in rank is all thanks to 10 tis restriction of the world on him.

For n, F-Rank gives an extra 90 years which was not that low compared to a woman but as their level increases it will beco lower and lower to the extent that the S-Rank of a man will only get 1000 to 25000 years added to them making it useless to waste ti in practice for it.
Yes, the world hates a man to this extent. If a man gets stronger even after 10 tis more practice restrictions then it was the world's way to prevent them from getting more powerful.

Alex was stunned but then casually answered her as if he did not care about this fact.
