161 Caution with the hot springs temperature, please! part “Pfffft Hahaha! Mister Ryu, can you believe this fool?”
Sera let out a mocking laughter that embarrassed the man to no end. Why was the noble woman referring to the shirtless man with such respect?
“I’m sorry if I sohow offended you milady, but...”
“Let stop you right there, I’m not a lady, I’m a simple F rank adventurer”
Heimar looked at Ryu to confirm if what she was saying was true and Ryu nodded at him.
“Yeah, actually I’m an F rank adventurer too”
“So they let you ride with so you don’t slow them down, not because you were stronger or in higher standing?”
“That’s probably true”
Ryu shrugged.

Realizing his mistake, Heimar decided to keep his words to himself. Even though he didn’t intend to be respectful towards asly F rank adventurers, the soldiers warned him that the party was really strong and he couldn’t dare to make enemies of them. As weak as they may be, there must have been a reason for the stronger adventurers to let them tag along with them.
Once they arrived at the hot springs they were pleasantly surprised. Everything looked to be perfectly decorated and well mantained, not only that, it was spotless.
Their first thought once Ryu and Sera set foot inside was how fancy everything looked. They expected the place to be nothing more of a big house with many rooms, but it was a huge building.
A beautiful woman with brown hair bowed her head in front of the guests and led them to a waiting room and the mayor left without a word.
“Would you like sothing to drink until your friends arrive?”
“No thank you”
Sera said in a rare episode of shyness, she felt completely overwheld by the opulence of the hot springs. It didn’t help that she thought they might charge them an insane fee even for a cup of hot tea, but Ryu was a lot more confident in such places. Wealth ant nothing to him and they were guests, so he reprimanded Sera.
“What are you saying Sera? feel free to ask anything you like, I don’t think our host will be so cheap as to charge us, am I correct?”
Ryu asked at the lady who was serving them.
“Of course not, we’ve been instructed to make you feel at ho and we wouldn’t dare to charge our master’s dear guests”
“In that case, I’d like so alcohol, sothing strong please”
“I’ll take the sa”
Sera asked for so alcohol to brave herself into making a move on Ryu, but when she heard him ask for so alcohol too she was more than certain that he too wanted to have so nightly fun. In truth, Ryu’s reasoning was that he didn’t want to think on what to order and simply asked for the sa that Sera took. Be it beer, tea, juice, wine, whatever would have been fine, all he wanted was for ti to pass quickly and be reunited with his friends.
The woman ca back quickly holding a plate in her hands, her elegant movents denoted all the experience she had on serving nobles.
Ryu and Sera both grabbed the drink in front of them and they took a sip, it was a bitter liquor much more fragant than tasty. Ryu was enjoying the new taste and took small sips, but after her first sip Sera gulped down the whole content.
It didn’t take long for her face to beco fllushed in red, the hostess didn’t even ask and simply went in to get another drink for Sera. Only this ti she wasn’t capable of drinking it, she was too drunk already.
“Would you like to take you to your room? I don’t think your friends will arrive soon, it would be wiser to take care of her now”
The woman said to Ryu, she had seen the sa scene many tis. It was more than usual that nobles would bring naive girls to this place, onlyt to get them drunk and take advantage from them.
At first she felt bad for the girls, sotis she would hear them scream for help and even try to run away, but she was forbidden to intervene in any way unless the woman was a noble. If that was the case, she a forr B rank adventurer, would have to take matters into her own hands and keep her safe, but no one was stupid enough to raise any trouble against the nobility in the Quarrydew hotsprings.
“Yeah, I think so too”
Ryu took Sera on her arms and followed the hostess, she lead them out of the building into a small cabin. It took them about five minutes to get there and, while it was nowhere as fancy as the main building, it wasn’t lacking in decorations either and it was surrounded by a wall that provided enough privacy to engage in any sort of night activity.
Sera felt in heaven, she was on the strong arms of the man she loved on the way to a secluded and cozy place. It would have been perfect if not for how dizzy she felt. It was an awkward sensation that kept her from thinking straight. Not only that, she felt that she could vomit any ti now and if she did so while being carried by Ryu she wouldn’t forgive herself.
As soon as Ryu entered the cabin along with Sera, the woman retreated to the main building leaving the couple alone. Ryu didn’t know if he was supposed to spend the night there or what, but the place was certainly big enough to host the whole party without issues. Or at least that’s what he thought until he found out there was but a single bed in the whole cabin, it was huge and it looked really comfortable, but it had a sturdy tal fra with a suspicious shape. It was almost as if it had been designed to tie soone comfortably, Ryu disregarded such thoughts as he placed his drunk friend on the bed and proceeded to turn his back on her.
“Where are you going mister Ryu?”
“I’m going to sleep in the living room”
“No, you shouldn’t do that, why don’t you stay with ?”
“I’m afraid that won’t be possible Sera, we shouldn’t be sleeping together”
“Why is that? didn’t we sleep together when we were out in a quest? is it not the sa situation? we should stay close, just to be safe... we don’t know this people and they might be up to sothing nasty”
She said the last part covering her mouth from one side as if she was telling a secret. Ryu pondered for a few seconds but ended up agreeing with her.
“I didn’t think of that...”
There was a lit magical lamp on the night stand and Sera turned it off as soon as Ryu nodded and she quickly started taking off her clothes. Ryu, who up to that point had the night vision skill activated just in case, turned it off to give Sera so privacy.
“Are you ready?”
“Yes mister Ryu, sorry for the wait”
Sera said thinking he was asking her if she was ready for so action, when in fact he was asking if she was already covered with the blankets.
Ryu climbed on top of the bed and didn’t cover himself with the blankets trying not to unsettle Sera, what he didn’t know was that she was lying naked just beside him expecting him with her open arms.
When it beca apparent for Sera that Ryu wasn’t going to try anything dirty on her, she simply rolled on the bed and reached for him.
“W-what are you doing? why are you naked?”
“Isn’t it obvious mister Ryu? I’ve been waiting for this mont for so long!”
“I don’t think this is a good idea Sera, you should cover yourself”
“But why!? I thought you wanted it too! You know how I feel about you and I know you’re single too... I won’t ask anything of you, I only want to feel what it’s like to be loved once”
She sniffled the last part trying to hold back her tears.
“I don’t know what to say...”
“Am I not beautiful enough? am I not to your liking? I’ve been trying so hard and yet you always ignore . When you ca to my rescue I thought you had finally changed your mind and I’ve been expecting this for so long. I don’t care if you don’t love , I don’t care if you only use ... I just don’t want to be left behind, to be thrown away when I’m not useful anymore”
“Seriously Sera, what got into you?”
“I know you want to be with miss Anne... If it was any other woman I wouldn’t mind, but I’m certain that once you start a relationship with her she won’t let you take other won, this might be my last chance, please don’t make beg”
Sera leaned on Ryu’s chest, making sure to make as much physical contact as she could.
“You’re drunk, I can’t take advantage of you like this”
“Seriously? mister Ryu I didn’t expect you to be so clueless, what I’m telling you right now is that as long as it’s you I want to be taken advantage of. Kiss , take however you like, play with my body, hurt , do anything you want but just don’t ignore anymore!”
