Chapter 331: Great Forest (Dragon) (1)
“So what we saw in that movie back in the Khalodian Empire was true? But I thought that the movie was just fiction?”
It was a movie that depicted giant monsters fighting against each other. It had a monster called King Kong and other ancient creatures. It was a movie full of such creatures, including dragons. Those who saw it in Khalodian were all amazed by the technology that allowed the creation of such a movie.
‘It was all true… it was… dammit! Khalodians…!’
Bijet beca frustrated. It seed like what he had seen in the movie was completely true. The sight that unfolded in front of him was proof.
“Aaaaargh!”
‘I’m not dying here!’
Bijet rushed through the bushes. Branches and leaves cut into his skin, but that didn’t bother him from running through to survive. All he could think of was that the Khalodian Empire was to bla for his current predicant.
‘Dammit! Dammit!!’
Khalodian was a very different country. It was a country that managed without giving power to nobles. Bijet thus believed that Khalodian was a country that valued its commoners. This was why he joined to move into the land that was said to be the holand of Emperor Joonbum.
“Uggh!”
Debris flew toward Bijet and threw him into a tree. The furious Jormungand monster rampaged and destroyed everything in its path.
“Ugh… d-dammit…”
Bijet felt his sight fading out as he watched the terrifying scene unfold.
Park Hyungsun looked excited as he stuck his head up from so bushes. He found what he had been looking for.
‘I-it’s a dragon… a real dragon!’
A giant monster was lying by an equally giant lake.
‘It’s small though. Is it a baby? Hmm… who cares? At least I found it.’
The monster dragon was over 100 ters long but it was still smaller than those that Hyungsun saw flying over the skies in the past.
‘And it’s blue.’
The dragon was quite different from dragons Hyungsun had seen in the past. Its skin was rough, not shiny like others, and the color seed very dull.
‘It doesn’t look as majestic as others, but it’s still a dragon. This place must be its nesting ground.’
Hyungsun thought as he beca excited. He had experienced many dangers and finally was able to co here. All of it was only possible because of his changed physique and new abilities that ca with the change of the world.
“Grrrr…”
Hyungsun wasn’t a normal human. He was a werewolf, one of the types that humans changed into. Of course, he wasn’t the only one who had changed into such a monstrous being. There were those who acquired the ability to fly, and there were those who had to suck blood to survive. They were not welco in human societies until the Gate opened and an influx of people began to move in.
When these people settled down, mainly led by the Khalodian Empire, they eagerly accepted these unique humans into their fold. The Khalodian Empire valued these people’s unique abilities and they were given jobs with high salaries.
The search for dragon nests was one of such jobs.
‘I have the coordinates… I just need to go back now,’ Hyungsoon thought. It was ti to go back. The dragon was small, but it was still a fearso beast.
“Oh? There was soone here already.”
“Wu-wha?!”
Hyungsun beca startled at soone’s voice from behind. His eyes grew large as he turned back to see who it was.
