Capítulo 1811: Chapter 2012: It’s Impossible to Do Good Deeds Without Leaving a Na!!!

With a “ding!” the dagger that had been in the lecherous middle-aged man’s grasp just monts prior was suddenly flipped and dropped to the ground by Hao Jian.

In an instant, the lecherous middle-aged man’s expression changed, revealing a hint of surprise. The next instant, he quickly lowered his head, preparing to pick up the dagger.

The reason he had such an imposing deanor earlier was because he was holding the dagger. He intended to use it to intimidate Hao Jian; after all, it was normal for a young man like Hao Jian, full of hot-blooded courage, to act valiantly, though they usually just talked tough without action.

But the mont a weapon like a dagger is presented, it would surely frighten them. That’s why he carried a dagger with him.

As he thought about these things, he had already bent down to pick up the dagger from the ground. The passengers on the bus, whether male or female, young or old, all showed expressions of fear, worrying about Hao Jian, but they were too afraid for their own safety to intervene, and so retreated to distance themselves from the lecherous middle-aged man.

However, just as they felt fear and concern, a smile suddenly appeared on Hao Jian’s face. As the lecherous middle-aged man was about to extend his hand to retrieve the dagger, Hao Jian stepped onto the sharp blade with his foot.

He looked down and gave a slight smile to the lecherous middle-aged man. The man displayed anger, gripping the dagger’s handle in frustration, trying to pull it from beneath Hao Jian’s foot, but after a few attempts, found it impossible. At this mont, he looked up to see Hao Jian smiling down at him.

In that instant, he felt a chill, followed by a surge of anger. Once again he attempted to free the dagger.

But Hao Jian had no desire to continue toying with him. With a quick smile, he suddenly kicked sharply, landing a direct hit on the man’s chin.

Hao Jian’s kick was not sothing an ordinary person could block. As soon as it struck, the lecherous middle-aged man, with his head bowed, had no ti to react, only feeling a sharp pain at his chin, as if his mandible was being dislocated. Soon after, he felt an imnse force send his body tilting backward, as if flying, until he slamd into the bus seats with a “bang!”

The seats were hard, and the impact added secondary injuries imdiately. The seat didn’t break, but the sound of bones cracking could be heard.

In that mont, his facial expression twisted into a distorted shape, eliciting continuous screams of agony.

He suddenly realized he had underestimated a young man like Hao Jian. He originally thought he could frighten him with a dagger, but it turned out to be completely ineffective, and he ended up on the losing end.

Enduring the pain, his mind whirled with thoughts, and he soon saw many passengers on the bus dialing their phones, likely calling the police. Despite his pained expression, he quickly deduced many things.

Looking at Hao Jian, he realized he wasn’t stupid; if he continued to hold his ground against Hao Jian, he likely wouldn’t fare well, and the arrival of the police would eliminate any chance of escape.

At this point, with the lecherous middle-aged man having lost his destructive weapon, the passengers’ fear subsided considerably. The bus driver was the first to react, opening the front door, and the passengers nearest to it hastily rushed off the bus.

Those standing near the back door glanced at each other, all contemplating leaving the place of conflict.

The lecherous middle-aged man struggled and got up, eyeing the back door, suddenly bolting towards it in an attempt to escape.

But Hao Jian simply smiled faintly, suddenly standing in the doorway and delivering a swift kick to the man’s abdon. Imdiately, with a “bang!”, the man was sent crashing to the ground.

The male passengers standing at the back door saw that he no longer had the ability to struggle. At that point, they saw he was rely trying to escape, already knocked to the ground by Hao Jian’s kick.

They exchanged looks, a spontaneous sense of mutual understanding and courage surging among them, prompting a group to rush forward. One grabbed his arm, another pressed his head down, and yet another lifted his legs. Within monts, the lecherous middle-aged man was pinned to the ground by a group of young and middle-aged n.

The man struggled to resist, but found himself powerless with so many people pressing him down. He realized there was no chance of escaping from their grasp.

He angrily flailed his arms and resisted, shouting furiously, “Damn it, let

go, or you’ll be sorry!”

He uttered these words with bravado and arrogance, yet no one paid him any mind, continuing to press him down, allowing no opportunity for him to break free.

He glared up at Hao Jian, realizing how everything was ant to go smoothly for him today. He was just doing his “business” as usual and would return ho to enjoy watching the films he had made. But all his plans were disrupted by this intervening challenger, Hao Jian, whom he now hated deeply.

anwhile, Hao Jian stood with a relaxed deanor, looking at him indifferently, then turned his head to glance towards Liang Xiaohan.

He flashed a smug expression at Liang Xiaohan. Originally, she was looking at his back with admiration, but seeing that cocky look, she just rolled her eyes at him.

Hao Jian was used to it. When it cos to eye-rolling, he’s experienced quite a bit.

Next, as the danger from the sleazy middle-aged man was removed, the passengers in the rear vehicle were safe as well.

Outside the bus, a large bus suddenly ca to a halt, and a throng of passengers rushed off, causing a traffic jam, which then attracted a large crowd of onlookers. After so “publicity” from the disembarking passengers, those onlookers roughly understood what had happened.

However, as the story was passed along, it changed with each telling, and the rumors varied. So said a bus molester appeared, and a young man bravely fought him, got stabbed four or five tis, and subdued the molester. Others said the young man was incredibly valiant, tackling the molester to the ground, rendering him immobile as soon as he got on.

Anyway, in less than a minute, the story grew increasingly exaggerated.

The passengers on the bus saw the fierce sleazy middle-aged man was subdued and they were now safe, and looked at Hao Jian with an expression of admiration.

Then, an older lady, who had been terrified but was now slowly calming down, walked over and said to Hao Jian, “Young man, you’re amazing.”

The older lady then turned and glanced at the sleazy middle-aged man, saying, “If everyone was so brave and willing to do the right thing like you, maybe we wouldn’t have these societal scumbags.”

Hao Jian smiled, shalessly saying, “It’s nothing, it’s nothing, it just happened to be my turn today. If it were soone else, they’d have done the sa thing.”

As he spoke, he turned his gaze to Liang Xiaohan, who had earlier rolled her eyes at him, and said righteously and passionately, “Besides, even if I fall, there will still be thousands upon thousands of fellow n standing up to defend justice!”

After he finished speaking, he glanced at Liang Xiaohan, but her expression remained unchanged despite giving him an initial eye roll.

He felt helpless. He had spoken so passionately, yet this little girl Liang Xiaohan showed no reaction at all. Was she not moved by him?

He was moved by his own words, and the other passengers stepped forward to praise Hao Jian, saying he was a fine young man and that such a spirit was truly comndable.

If soone else encountered such a situation, they’d probably blush with embarrassnt. Even the thickest-skinned person might find this atmosphere and occasion a bit unbearable.

But if you talk about being thick-skinned, Hao Jian was probably several layers thicker than the thickest one. He didn’t blush, his heart didn’t race, and he felt no sha at all; instead, he thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere.

He waved his hand with a smile, saying, “Oh, it’s nothing, it’s what any good citizen should do to contribute to building a harmonious and well-off society, so it’s what I ought to do. No need to thank .”

And usually, the more he acted like this, the more people found a point of interest and gathered around, watching and praising him.

Hao Jian had an expression of enjoynt.

Most people who perform acts of bravery would quietly leave afterward, doing good deeds without leaving a na. But Hao Jian, in just a mont, had everyone knowing his na.

So even admired him, and before long, he had struck a rapport with so of the older ladies, who were so impressed they offered to introduce him to their daughters.

But these instances were rare; when more people started talking, Liang Xiaohan, who had been silently standing by, suddenly changed her expression and stomped on Hao Jian’s foot.

Imrsed in the mont, Hao Jian instantly snapped back to reality and waved his hand, saying no thanks, no thanks.

Those older ladies, having lived long enough, naturally had an eye for things. Seeing the rather fierce-looking but silent Liang Xiaohan standing beside Hao Jian, they tactfully backed off and stopped discussing this topic with Hao Jian.

Hao Jian just grinned, bidding farewell to these potential “mothers-in-law.”
