Chapter 32: The Howling-Ape Roaring-Dragon Technique

Translator: BeetleBarker Editor: Efydatia

Different people would give different answers when asked how much 5 kilos of at were worth. However, all these answers would probably fall within a set range.

Luo Yunyang was sowhat flabbergasted as he stared at the plate of at in front of him.

It was Steel-Scaled Python at that cost 3,000 points per 0.5 kilos, but thanks to his Newcor King privileges, he had only spent 9,000 points for 5 kilos!

“Is this 5 kilos of Steel-Scaled Python at?” Luo Yunyang asked, pointing at the walnut-sized piece of at on the plate.

The waitress working at the Clean Elegant Food House seed young and sweet. She blinked her lively eyes, which looked as if they could speak. “That’s right. This is 5 kilos of Steel-Scaled Python at. The quality of Steel-Scaled Python at is substantial. This at is worth its weight in gold!” the server said gently. “We still wouldn’t suggest that you eat this yet.”

Luo Yunyang grabbed his chopsticks and picked up the walnut-sized chunk of at. He suddenly noticed that his chopsticks were being weighed down by it.

He now understood what the waitress was talking about.

“Do you know how big a Steel-Scaled Python is?” When Luo Yunyang placed the piece of at in his mouth, he felt a delicious tenderness. He chewed a few tis before swallowing the piece of at entirely.

“Sir, the… The way you eat…” The waitress couldn’t suppress her smile when she saw Luo Yunyang’s table manners.

“Ha ha ha! You should get a laxative when you go ho, brother! This is not how you eat Steel-Scaled Python at!” A dark-skinned man in military attire bead at Luo Yunyang. Then, he used a small knife to cut a piece of at about the size of a green bean and proceeded to examine it slowly.

On his plate was also a piece of Steel-Scaled Python at.

“Sir, a Steel-Scaled Python’s body has an average radius of about 1 to 1.5 ters and is about 20-ters long!” the waitress said softly as she fought back a smile.

As the piece of Steel-Scaled Python entered his stomach, Luo Yunyang felt his stomach beco heavier. This was different than the heat he had experienced when he had eaten Golden Deer at. Steel-Scaled Python at felt like a lump of steel.

“Sir, there is a drugstore in the area. Just turn left at the exit!” the young waitress told Luo Yunyang kindly as he left.

Luo Yunyang thought that his Constitution was decent, but he still felt a little ill on the way back. His cultivation base had already reached martialist standards, and his internal organs felt like steel.

However, he still couldn’t seem to digest the Steel-Scaled Python at.

Should he purchase so laxatives?

Luo Yunyang returned to his residence and started cultivating the Ape-Dragon Blueprint right away. Although his one-bedroom apartnt was quite spacious, when he used it to cultivate, the space seed rather tight.

Luo Yunyang had to put up with this, though.

He imdiately perford the Earth-Splitting Devil Ape Move, the Coiling Dragon Formation, the Tail-Swaying Storm Dragon Move, the Sky-Ripping Violent Ape Move, and the Dragon-Ape Combination Strike!

Luo Yunyang used these techniques, which he was already proficient at, in quick succession. Every ti he used one of them, he felt a surging heat in his stomach.

Warmth flowed through his five viscera, muscles, bones, skin and flesh.

After this influx of heat, Luo Yunyang felt that, even though he hadn’t strengthened his skin, flesh, muscles and bones in the past few days, his strength had still improved significantly.

However, the Steel-Scaled Python at in his stomach still felt like a lump. It didn’t seem to have undergone any changes.

This couldn’t carry on. If it did, he didn’t know how long he would be able to keep cultivating for.

Luo Yunyang’s gaze fell on the Ape-Dragon Blueprint he had just bought. When he turned over the cover, he was greeted by these solemn words written in blood-red ink: “Only for A-grade Constitution and above!”

Were there Constitution grades?

Luo Yunyang didn’t understand this, but according to the Da Alliance’s rules, A-grade was the best. Who knew how many more privileges A-rank elites had compared to B-rank elites?

Did he have an A-grade Constitution? His Constitution was already at 10, but if that wasn’t enough, he could still make so adjustnts.

He could raise his Constitution even higher.

Luo Yunyang flipped to the next page, where a diagram was displayed. Even though it wasn’t big, the ape and the dragon on it were extrely distinct.

The ape was howling, while the dragon was roaring softly.

“The ape howls nine tis as the dragon roars soundlessly. The ape and the dragon roar in sync. The moon trembles, and the sun collapses…”

There was even a chant below the diagram. Luo Yunyang read it out loud conscientiously, although he had no way of actually understanding its aning.

When he realized he was unable to comprehend it, he increased his Mind Attribute.

The usefulness of the attribute regulator was evident once again. As Luo Yunyang raised his Mind Attribute to the max, the diagram with the dragon and the ape and a chant of about 100 words were etched deep in his mind.

Luo Yunyang’s eyes were shut for half an hour before they flickered open again. Then, he adjusted his attributes once more.

Power: 0.1

Speed: 0.1

Mind: 1

Constitution: 23.8

After he adjusted his Constitution, Luo Yunyang felt that his body was a lot more stable than it was before.

“Aaaaa!” A soft roar ca out of Luo Yunyang’s mouth. anwhile, a gentle sound that shook his whole body ca from his stomach.

It was the Howling-Ape Roaring-Dragon Technique!

An ape’s howl ca from his mouth, while a dragon’s roar ca from his belly. Although the two pitches weren’t high, when they were combined in Luo Yunyang’s body, they created a trendous resonance.

His skin, flesh, muscles, bones and five viscera started vibrating.

Luo Yunyang’s body seed about to crumble apart.

His muscles and flesh were being torn apart, his bones and tendons felt as if they were snapping, and his five viscera felt like they were on fire!

His body acted as though it was possessed by raging demons. The pain was beyond unbearable.

No wonder most people were not supposed to cultivate those three diagrams. This had to be the reason why!

Luo Yunyang adjusted his Mind Attribute even further. He removed all his excess Mind Points and transferred them to his Constitution, leaving only 0.1 points for his basic bodily functions.

When his Mind Attribute decreased, that painful feeling beca weaker.

The resonance produced by the Howling-Ape Roaring-Dragon Technique didn’t subside, but Luo Yunyang was able to endure the pain better.

After who knew how long, the sound of the Howling-Ape Roaring-Dragon Technique finally stopped.

Luo Yunyang, who felt like his body no longer belonged to him, set all his attributes back to normal.

He didn’t even look at the figures on the attribute regulator in his mind. He just reset it. When he was done, he felt as if his body was covered by a thick layer of sothing.

It wasn’t comfortable. In fact, when he thought about it, Luo Yunyang felt his body automatically start to tremble.

Suddenly, his layer of thick skin began shedding off and his clothes started disintegrating.

It was lucky that he was in a single room!

His skin was spotlessly clean and jade-smooth…

Luo Yunyang would help his mother with work from ti to ti, so his skin was usually clean. However, it could not be considered spotless by any ans. Luo Yunyang felt that these words weren’t good enough to describe the state of his skin right now.

Could he be shedding his mortal body or exchanging his bones? According to the computer, if a martialist with a corporeal body wanted to shed his mortal body or exchange his bones, he would need divine dicine made of an S-grade dire beast’s heart and blood in order to do so.

He had only cultivated the seventh diagram of the Ape-Dragon Blueprint, yet he had already achieved this!
