The first rays of dawn painted the horizon, but Xian Tiandi was far from noticing.
His mind was imrsed in the profound truths of the Chaos Dao Cultivation Technique.
This technique, ancient and unparalleled, was etched deep within his soul, a relic of his past life and the legacy of the Chaos Spirit Orb.
"The number nine," Tiandi muttered to himself, "the ultimate limit in cultivation, the symbolic threshold of the Dao."
He understood why no cultivator had ever broken through this barrier naturally.
The laws of the Dao itself enforced this limit, binding all under its dominion.
But this sa Dao held the key to transcendence.
To shatter this barrier, Tiandi needed to extract a strand of the Dao’s law itself—a feat considered impossible by most.
Yet, with the Chaos Spirit Root and his Chaos Divine Physique, he was uniquely equipped to attempt it.
Sitting cross-legged, he began to follow the Chaos Dao Cultivation Technique’s intricate thod.
The thod described in the technique was to use his soul power to create a unique array symbol that will be used to draw out that strand of law.
Tiandi was familiar with Array Techniques in his past life so he was not ignorant but still it took him a long ti before he was able to get it right.
The array of symbols appeared in front of him and it beckoned at the surrounded essence of the world.
Hours passed in silence. Tiandi’s brows furrowed as he struggled against the imnse pressure of the Dao’s presence.
The strand of law he sought shimred just out of reach, elusive and intangible. His Chaos Spirit Root pulsed, resonating with unique rhythm, and finally, with a surge of will, he seized it.
The strand of the Dao’s law, ethereal and boundless, appeared before him.
Tiandi guided it into his dantian, where it fused with his Chaos Spirit Root.
The mont the two connected, a searing pain coursed through his body.
"Temper the Qi," Tiandi whispered, gritting his teeth against the agony.
He circulated the strand through his ridians, tempering his essence energy with its profound power.
Each cycle reshaped his Qi, transforming it qualitatively and quantitatively.
His dantian expanded, his ridians deepened, and his Chaos Divine ridians glowed with an otherworldly light.
His very essence underwent a rebirth as he tempered the strand repeatedly.
By the ti he completed the process, the sky was awash with the golden hues of morning.
Tiandi exhaled deeply, his body brimming with newfound strength.
A faint smile graced his lips. "Stage 10," he murmured. "The perfect foundation has been forged."
*Knock Knock!*
A sudden knock at his door interrupted his ditation.
"Big Brother Tiandi!" a voice called cheerfully. It was Xian Long, his younger brother.
Tiandi stood and opened the door to find the boy grinning up at him. "What is it, Long?"
"Big Brother, Sister Yu is back! She’s eting the Patriarch and the Elders in the clan hall. You should co!"
Tiandi nodded, his interest piqued. "I’ll join you."
---
The clan hall was abuzz with activity as Tiandi and Long arrived. Xian Yu, Tiandi’s younger sister, sat at the head of the gathering, her radiant smile lighting up the room.
She wore the robes of her sect, their intricate designs denoting her status as the personal disciple of the Sect Leader of the Four Symbols Sect.
Beside her sat a young man with an air of calm authority. His presence was magnetic, his aura faintly suppressive even to the seasoned Elders.
Tiandi’s eyes narrowed as he evaluated the man, noting the subtle tension in his posture.
As Tiandi entered, Xian Yu’s face lit up. "Big Brother!" she exclaid, rushing to embrace him.
Tiandi returned the hug with a faint smile, his golden eyes glinting.
"You’ve grown stronger," he remarked, sensing her cultivation at the Foundation Establishnt Realm.
Yu bead with pride. "The Sect Leader’s guidance has been invaluable," she said.
"Oh, this is Senior Brother Liu Qian," she added, gesturing to the man beside her.
Liu Qian stood and bowed politely. "A pleasure to et you, Brother Tiandi. Yu has spoken highly of you."
Tiandi returned the bow but said nothing. His instincts, honed by years of experience, detected sothing amiss about Liu Qian. It wasn’t hostility, but there was an undercurrent of sothing darker.
Liu Qian noticed the slight dismissal but his smile beca even more friendly.
The gathering continued as Xian Yu shared tales of her adventures.
She spoke of battling rogue cultivators, discovering ancient ruins, and narrowly escaping the clutches of a formidable demon beast.
The clan listened with rapt attention, their pride in her evident.
Tiandi, however, remained silent, his golden eyes observing every nuance of Liu Qian’s behavior.
---
As the eting concluded, Yu announced her departure with Liu Qian. "We have a mission for the sect," she explained, her voice tinged with excitent.
Tiandi stepped closer to her, his voice low. "Be wary of your Senior Brother," he said.
Yu frowned slightly. "Big Brother, you’re overthinking. Senior Brother Liu has always protected ."
"Even so, be cautious," Tiandi insisted.
Yu smiled, patting his arm. "Don’t worry, I’ll be fine."
As she turned to leave, Tiandi discreetly extended a finger. A faint wisp of energy erged, forming an invisible tracking imprint that latched onto her without detection.
"Stay safe, Sister," Tiandi murmured as she and Liu Qian departed.
---
Back in his courtyard, Tiandi resud his ditation.
The events of the morning replayed in his mind, but he pushed them aside.
His focus returned to the Chaos Dao Cultivation Technique and the path that lay ahead.
The perfect foundation he had forged was only the beginning.
The Qi Condensation lay ahead but he couldn’t break through yet.
Xian Tiandi knew why.
The Chaos Dao Cultivation Technique is ant to be cultivated alongside the Chaos Divine Body Technique.
The Chaos Divine Body Technique like it’s na suggest is a Martial Dao Cultivation Technique.
It cultivates the physical body and it’s ant to bring out the full potential of the Chaos Divine Body.
But unlike the Chaos Dao Cultivation Technique, Xian Tiandi needs so unique resources to aid him.
Still, such a resource must be made by himself and none other.
With the use of a very useful skill.
"Alchemy."
