He discovered that the place was filled with spiritual energy, even more abundant than what was gathered in the Five Elents Fusion Spirit Formation on Earth.
However, he noticed a strange scent in the air, feeling that this place was not particularly inviting.
He walked outside and found that all the buildings were of a kind seen only in ancient tis. A few people walked on the streets, dressed in ancient attire.
At the sa ti, he sensed several intimidating pressures sweeping through the air. Looking up at the sky, he saw several figures darting about, clearly beings who had reached the Nascent Soul Realm.
"It seems this truly is the World of Immortals!" Chen Fan couldn’t help thinking.
To avoid being seen as an outsider by the people here, Chen Fan took out ancient clothes he had prepared beforehand from the Heavenly Creation Pearl and dressed in them. Then he stepped onto the street, planning to first understand the situation here.
No sooner had he stepped onto the street than he saw people gathering in front of a high wall, watching an announcent that had just been posted.
Chen Fan walked over, squeezed into the crowd, and looked up to see that the announcent spoke of the Two Realms City leader finding the successor to the Holy Maiden, with the hope of rescuing the gatekeeper.
The people looking at the announcent beca visibly excited.
Chen Fan’s gaze drifted down and found a portrait of the Holy Maiden’s successor depicted on the announcent; it was unmistakably Su Qingyan!
