"Fan, have you been busy lately?" Wang Suyun’s voice rang out.
Chen Fan said with a smile, "Not busy, what’s up, Mom?"
Wang Suyun said, "Your grandfather called and invited us to Rongcheng for the Mid-Autumn Festival."
"You know how things are between and the Wang family. We’ve essentially cut ties long ago. Now your grandfather suddenly invited us over, presumably after hearing about your recent achievents, knowing you’ve started a big company, and that’s what changed their attitude towards us."

However, just being the owner of Qingfan Pharmaceuticals was enough to make the Wang family pay attention. After all, the Wang family was rely a second-rate family in Rongcheng, far inferior to the Sun Family, whom Sun Xiaotian belonged to, who lost an arm to him at the Martial Arts Conference.

Wang Shouzheng glanced at her and said, "Regardless of whether he lucked out or not, his achievents are enough for us to take him seriously, so cut out the snide remarks."

Qin Wan’er said, "I heard from my father that it’s not an arranged marriage with those younger mbers of the Wang family, but with a grandson of Old Mr. Wang, who supposedly started a big company and is quite talented. However, seeing what those younger ones in the Wang family are like, I feel this grandson can’t be much better. His ’big company’ might just be an exaggeration. Qin Wan’er stared in disbelief, "Oh my God, no way. My father actually wants to marry a loser, and what’s more, a second-hand one at that? Could my luck be any worse?"
Cheng Xin pondered for a mont then said, "You can’t be too absolute, maybe Chen Fan has made sothing of himself in these years."
Qin Wan’er said with a look of disdain, "So what if he has made sothing of himself? He used to be a loser back then. If I bring him out in the future, wouldn’t that be totally embarrassing?"
Cheng Xin laughed, "Don’t be so quick to judge. What if this Chen Fan turns out to be a great guy? You know what Wang Shihao is like; you can’t trust most of what he says."
Qin Wan’er rolled her eyes, "If this Chen Fan turns out to be such a great guy, I’ll stream myself taking a bath!"
Cheng Xin burst into laughter, then asked again, "By the way, does your brother, Sun Ting, know about this?"
Qin Wan’er imdiately looked distressed, "No idea, I’m worrying about how to tell him."
Cheng Xin suggested, "I think you should discuss it with him. After all, the Sun family is a major family in Rongcheng. Both your father and the Wang family would definitely have to give them face. And didn’t Sun Ting say he wanted to marry you? If he finds out about your engagent, he definitely won’t agree.
