"Do not speak with as you know well. This may degrade my reputation to be associated with an opposing officer like you," Peng Yan said. Her choice of words was indirectly harsh when it arrives at Lu Qing Yun's ears.

In a flash, they collided as Peng Yan tries to deliver a blow at Lu Qing Yun's shoulder. But the attack was blocked by Lu Qing Yun holding a section of her whip in both hands.
A hint of Spiritual Qi then entered the whip. This move controlled the tail of Lu Qing Yun's whip as it struck Peng Yan's arm fiercely.
Peng Yan retreated. But from how flexible she moves her hand, it doesn't seem to do much on her.
