In Fu-Rong Town, four prominent households control half of the day to day comrce. The Qin House was the biggest and also the most preferred amongst the four. The main business involves in Pharmaceutical and dicine and known to be fair in prices and business ethics.

The second family amongst the four prominent households is Jiao House, led by the notorious Jiao Cheng. The Jiao House's main businesses include blacksmithing, smoking parlor, and whorehouses. But that was only in public. In fact, they're active between Fu-Rong Town and Su-Hang Town with their extortion, gambling den, and human trafficking business.

Chu Family was the third of four prominent households. They're active in the Security Escort industry, Farming, and Mining. Led by their patriarch Chu Rongye. The family is filled with hot-blooded and honest individuals.

Last but not least, the Hu Family. The beloved young lady of the Hu Family, Hu Jia, is also Qin Lan's love interest in the future story and his official wife.

Qin Lan rembered his past when he was crippled by an expert cultivator while they're causing trouble to the Qin Household. In his previous reincarnation, he was the ntor and foster father of the first Supre Emperor. The first reincarnation is also the sect founder of Kuangshan Lu Sect, the creator of Eight Departnt of Treasures, and the first to regulate the three realms of cultivation.
