Over the following days, Ji Xinghuo and his companion barely rested, continuously heading east deeper into the Sea Abyss, moving farther and farther away.

Whenever the Ice Soul Dragon was weary, it would allow the Canglong to erge to the water’s surface, and they would continue advancing on its back.

Alternating in this way, their pace significantly increased.

During this ti, the duo encountered several monster attacks; the frequency of these encounters gradually rose. However, none were as perilous as the Cicada Wing Fish incident. With two dragons at their disposal, the threats were easily neutralized, contributing tens of thousands of Spiritual Origin Ability points to Ji Xinghuo.

The Spiritual Origin Ability once again broke through 500,000 points, but Ji Xinghuo did not use them imdiately.

One reason was that Cang Ya was nearby, making it inconvenient to upgrade.

The second reason was that Ji Xinghuo had already confird that the Sea Abyss was a pri hunting ground. By continuing his venture in the Sea Abyss after parting with Cang Ya, he expected to amass an ample amount of Spiritual Origin Ability, possibly accumulating over 2 million, and then he would consider how to allocate them.

Boom boom boom...

A thunderous noise ca from the distant horizon.

Though it was noon, the ocean surface was cloaked in gloom as if an invisible weight pressed upon the chest.

Ji Xinghuo sat on the back of the Ice Soul Dragon, straining his eyes toward the dark, boundless sea ahead. There was no wind, no islands, and even the sunlight seed dim, stretching endlessly to the world’s edge.

In electromagnetic induction, the marine area within a 200-kiloter radius appeared the sa.

The average depth of the ocean floor exceeded 20,000 ters.

Compared to the lifeless surface, there was more vitality below, with large schools of fish passing by occasionally, and various unknown sea beasts appearing from so void rifts, vanishing just as quickly, elusive as ghosts.

The seemingly calm sea concealed imnse, undetectable dangers.

The space grew increasingly unstable.

Blank areas often appeared in electromagnetic induction; so were due to unknown interferences, while others were natural voids or deep-sea trenches, akin to abysses, beyond the range of his senses.

They had now ventured over 120,000 kiloters deep into the Sea Abyss, a realm filled with uncertainty and the unknown.

Ji Xinghuo beca more cautious.

Fortunately, with the seasoned Cang Ya guiding him, they avoided much trouble as she continuously shared her knowledge and experience as a Sea Abyss Hunter.

After another full day of flying, they entered nearly 140,000 kiloters into the Sea Abyss.

"There’s soone."

Ji Xinghuo suddenly spoke.

Cang Ya followed Ji Xinghuo’s gaze. Encountering other people in the Sea Abyss was not strange, with so many Sea Abyss Hunters around, but it was always Ji Xinghuo who spotted them first, then avoided them.

This ti, however, his expression seed off.

"What’s the matter?" Cang Ya asked.

Ji Xinghuo pointed to the left, "Over there is another Dragon Lord, with Sixth Rank strength, and like you, possesses two dragons. If I am not mistaken, one is a Storm Dragon, the other a Whale Dragon. I noticed him a dozen Star Breaths ago, heading in the sa direction as us."

"That must be Jing Qin," Cang Ya imdiately responded, "There aren’t many in the Bibo Dragon Domain matching your description, and I happen to know one."

Her expression turned odd.

Before Ji Xinghuo could ask, Cang Ya added, "Jing Qin is a core mber of the Whale Dragon Family of the Tide Singer clan."

The Whale Dragon Family, known for mastering the Magnetic Pole Potential Slash.

Ji Xinghuo was unconcerned, "It doesn’t matter which family he cos from, the key is why he’s here, on the sa path as us."

"It’s not only who knows about this Cloud Sea Dragon," Cang Ya was not surprised, "so we must hurry."

Ji Xinghuo nodded.

Monts later.

The other Dragon Lord seed to have also sensed them and increased his distance, moving beyond the range of electromagnetic induction.

Cang Ya explained, "Jing Qin has been a Sixth Rank Dragon Lord for many years, with Third Dan strength close to the peak. He also follows the evolution path of a Dragon Shepherd. If he finds the Cloud Sea Dragon before I do, a fight will be inevitable."

Everyone desired the Cloud Sea Dragon, and none would back down.

Even Cang Ya dared not divulge the news to other Dragon Lords of her own family, let alone those from other families. Ultimately, it would co down to a battle of strength.

Ji Xinghuo was well aware that a fight was inevitable.

"You have quite a few rivals," rely a few hours later, Ji Xinghuo spotted another Dragon Lord, this one with a Canglong.

Upon identification, Cang Ya shook her head, "He’s not a Dragon Lord from our Star Edge clan, probably from another Canglong Family."

The True Dragon Dynasty had nurous Canglong Families.

The most powerful was naturally the Star Edge clan that had given birth to the Dragon Emperor. The other Canglong Families were sowhat inferior and mostly settled in the Bibo Dragon Domain, following the Dragon Emperor’s orders, but in the Sea Abyss, they were beyond jurisdiction, each relying on their own capabilities.

As they drew nearer to their destination, the Sea Abyss beca increasingly dangerous.

Simultaneously, Ji Xinghuo noted a continuous rise in the frequency of encountering other Dragon Lords; about a dozen individuals, almost all Water Elent Dragon Lords with Sixth Rank strength, all notable figures within the Bibo Dragon Domain.

A fierce battle was inevitable.

Ji Xinghuo was not particularly worried, but Cang Ya herself started to feel apprehensive, saying earnestly, "If the opponent is too strong, prioritizing safety over gaining the Cloud Sea Dragon."

"Do one’s best and leave the rest to fate," Ji Xinghuo said calmly.

His voice was soft, yet Cang Ya heard a profound significance in it, settling her heart as if infused with infinite confidence.

Finally.

After a long journey of several Star Realm Days, the two traveled 180,000 kiloters into the Sea Abyss and reached their destination in the ocean.

When they arrived, it was daylight, and the sky was clear.

Ji Xinghuo looked around at the glittering sea surface, his electromagnetic induction scanning the seabed and the sky within range, not missing an inch of space.

He discovered tens of thousands of void rifts, with blankness and nothingness everywhere, the blue of the sky darkened by black undertones, and even the white clouds above seed laden with lead, creating an oppressively low pressure with neither wind nor wave—a suffocating atmosphere.

"Is this the place?"

Cang Ya opened the map again for positioning and nodded, "Yes. I found the Cloud Sea Dragon here last ti, the error shouldn’t exceed 30 dragon lengths."

She circled an area on the map, approximately forty million square kiloters.

In such a vast area, finding a Cloud Sea Dragon over a hundred ters long, though not tantamount to finding a needle in a haystack—since the Cloud Sea Dragon was a living creature with many distinctive features—was still an extrely difficult task.

Whether they could find it depended on luck.

"Then let’s get started," Ji Xinghuo said without hesitation.

The two, using this spot as the center, rode on the back of the Ice Soul Dragon and searched outward in circles.

Mainly relying on Ji Xinghuo’s electromagnetic induction.

However, Ji Xinghuo did not reveal the true range of his electromagnetic induction, only extending it by about 100 kiloters each ti. Even so, it shocked and delighted Cang Ya; it was shocking how large Ji Xinghuo’s search range was, and it was a delight as it greatly increased the efficiency of finding the Cloud Sea Dragon.

After searching continuously for two days, they found nothing.

The wildlife in this area was extrely sparse, not even encountering a single Sea Beast, usually elusive in the Sea Abyss.

This was clearly abnormal.

They did not find the Cloud Sea Dragon, but encountered many other Dragon Lords several tis, all of whom tacitly avoided each other.

On the third day, one of the Dragon Lords suddenly approached, closing the distance quickly.

After listening to Ji Xinghuo’s description, Cang Ya had the Ice Soul Dragon wait in place.

Soon, a dark current surged from under the sea, revealing a massive Canglong, larger than Cang Ya’s own Water Elent and nearly 200 ters long, its aura as trendous as towering waves, having evolved to teor Level.

This teor Level Canglong spouted a jet of water several hundred ters high from its back, and atop the jet stood a handso man.

"Cang Ya,"

the man called out impassively, his gaze sweeping over to Ji Xinghuo beside Cang Ya without a flicker of emotion.

"Cang Beiming," Cang Ya nodded. "When did you arrive?"

"Five days ago."

Cang Beiming frowned, then confronted her, "I heard yesterday from people in this sea area that you had received news last month and even clashed with the Cloud Sea Dragon. Why didn’t you inform the family?"

He and Cang Ya were both core mbers of the Canglong Family, familiar with each other as both friends and competitors.

"I wanted to try taming the Cloud Sea Dragon myself," Cang Ya responded staunchly.

"Just by yourself?"

Cang Beiming snorted.

His gaze fell on Ji Xinghuo again, whose presence was disguised by a Deception Mask, appearing rely as an ordinary-looking Legendary First Dan True Dragon person, showing nothing particularly remarkable.

"Is he the foreign aid you’ve brought in?" asked Cang Beiming.

"Yes."

Hearing Cang Ya’s response, Cang Beiming shook his head in disappointnt, "It seems you were too hasty this ti. If you had told the news, we could have joined forces, and capturing that Cloud Sea Dragon might have given you a chance."

"You would cede the Cloud Sea Dragon to ?" Cang Ya scoffed.

Cang Beiming stated matter-of-factly, "It’s better than letting soone from another family get the Cloud Sea Dragon. If I ta the Cloud Sea Dragon, I will definitely give you sufficient compensation."

"Why shouldn’t I be the one to get the Cloud Sea Dragon and then compensate you?" Cang Ya countered.

"Because I am stronger than you," Cang Beiming replied proudly.

He said nothing more, the water column beneath his feet receded back onto the Canglong, rging with the sea as a dark current and quickly moving away.

Ji Xinghuo watched him leave and asked, "Are all the people of your Canglong Family so arrogant?"

"Of course not."

Cang Ya explained helplessly, "Cang Beiming is the most outstanding genius of our family’s recent generations, one of the representative figures of the Canglong Family. He has the strength and confidence to look down on anyone."

"He is indeed very powerful," Ji Xinghuo nodded.

During their conversation, he had secretly observed this Cang Beiming, a Sixth Rank Peak, his Star Power profound like an ocean, unfathomable.

Cang Beiming even made Ji Xinghuo feel endangered; the Wanxiang Star Pupil was triggered, issuing a slight warning.

He might be the strongest Sixth Rank Peak he had encountered in the Star Realm so far.

If on Earth, Cang Beiming’s power might even rival that of the Sun King at his peak.

"Exactly!"

Cang Ya took pride in her family’s strong mbers, "If Cang Beiming weren’t strong, there wouldn’t be many Sixth Rank Dragon Lords considered powerful in the entire Dynasty, especially since he’s made it into the Hidden Dragon Series of the Star Ascension Sequence."
