"You’re courting death!"
Just as Canghuo Gui cried out, an arrow shot straight at her face, faster than lightning; even her voice hadn’t carried through.
This was a Star Power Arrow shot by Ji Xinghuo.
Facing an enemy of Heavenly King Level, he held nothing back, instantly drawing the Spiritual String Song and taking the initiative to strike.
Crack!
A layer of White Flas protection triggered in front of Canghuo Gui but was instantly pierced by the Star Power Arrow, a burst of electric light erupted, hitting her cheek but was blocked by Dragon Scales, causing no harm but making her mind falter.
"Kill him!" Canghuo Gui ordered in a deep voice.
The Black Iron Battle Scorpion beneath her imdiately charged, its six massive legs moving rapidly in a swiftness that belied its enormous bulk, barreling towards Ji Xinghuo like a rampaging fortress.
anwhile, Canghuo Gui herself leaped down.
Humming...
Ji Xinghuo’s hands moved like lightning, the bowstring of the Spiritual String Song vibrating continuously, shooting out one Star Power Arrow after another.
Each arrow seed to have eyes of its own, always hitting Canghuo Gui no matter how she dodged. Yet, regular Star Power Arrows couldn’t break her defenses - a Dragon Warrior was like a humanoid True Dragon, its Strength and Defense even surpassing that of a real one.
Although Canghuo Gui wasn’t injured, she was extrely wary.
"Apocalypse weapon!"
"That waste Canghuo Lieming didn’t even tell ," she fud with rage, yet she didn’t dare engage him herself and instead widened the distance.
After firing several arrows, Ji Xinghuo had a good asure of Canghuo Gui’s defenses.
He drew the bowstring once more, ready to condense a Chain Arrow, when the surrounding void rippled, and a shadow like a stingray, about five or six ters long with a wide front like wings and trailing a tail, appeared in the sky above.
"Flying Ray!"
Ji Xinghuo recognized it instantly, this exceedingly rare void creature capable of shuttling and leaping through the void.
From the spatial ripples around the Flying Ray, multiple massive figures materialized.
In an instant.
It teleported four War Pets around Ji Xinghuo.
The largest was a Giant Tree Demon, its roots split into two like a deford Giant standing over twenty ters tall, roaring as it landed and took root, causing plants within hundreds of ters to grow wildly. Countless branches and vines ford a cage.
If Ji Xinghuo hadn’t swiftly avoided it, just being smashed by the Giant Tree alone might have caused severe injuries.
Alongside the Giant Tree Demon appeared three Flying Dragons.
They were all identical, each possessing two heads with a wingspan over fifteen ters, and upon arrival, opened their dual mouths to spit flas and ice at Ji Xinghuo.
Double-headed Flying Dragons!
The air grew hot and cold, boiling over.
As Ji Xinghuo retreated rapidly, electricity flickered in his eyes, unleashing an ionization storm that burned the encroaching branches and vines to ash, and although the Giant Tree Demon’s leaves burned off, they swiftly regrew endlessly.
Acceleration!
He took advantage of the opening to fly backwards, escaping the control range of the Giant Tree Demon.
The Double-headed Flying Dragon’s Breath missed by a hair’s breadth.
However, the Flying Ray in the sky flicked its tail, causing spatial ripples again, and instantly teleported the Giant Tree Demon and the Double-headed Flying Dragons back into position, surrounding nearly a kiloter around.
This ti, the Flying Ray also brought the Black Iron Battle Scorpion along, appearing directly in front of Ji Xinghuo, with two black giant claws striking from left and right. Its tail needle was impressively agile, puncturing downwards from above towards Ji Xinghuo’s head.
The Giant Tree Demon and the three Double-head Flying Dragons coordinated seamlessly.
Thick branches and vines burst from the earth, cutting off Ji Xinghuo’s retreat as the Double-head Flying Dragons sprayed Ice and Fire Breath from different directions.
They were all Catastrophe creatures.
Even the weakest Double-headed Flying Dragon was of Bright Level, with the Black Iron Battle Scorpion charging in for lee, the Giant Tree Demon offering Support and healing, the Double-headed Flying Dragons dealing ranged damage, and the Flying Ray maintaining Control - like a ticulously assembled combat team.
Even a Heavenly King would have to give them wide berth.
And their master, Canghuo Gui, had not yet joined the fray; she had vanished from sight, true to the battle style of a Master.
"Damn it!"
Ji Xinghuo cursed internally.
With an all-encompassing assault, there was no escape, he imdiately activated a Flow Barrier, tantalum silicon Battle Armor, and Holy Scale Armor, prepared to take so hits and Instantaneously Move away. But at this critical mont, the surrounding space suddenly contracted.
This unexpected spatial constraint made it impossible for Ji Xinghuo to Instantaneously Move, lasting a very brief mont, less than half a second.
But it was long enough.
Boom!
The giant claw of the Black Iron Battle Scorpion hit Ji Xinghuo, the terrible Strength smashing him into the ground, the claws pounding down and creating a huge pit. Six streams of Ice and Fire Breath also poured into the pit, subrging Ji Xinghuo’s body.
"Roar..."
A roar erupted from the pit, and suddenly, a massive figure appeared, covered with gold, silver, and cyan Dragon Scales, majestic and sleek, standing on four paws with double horns on its head and neck wrapped with a ring of dark golden mane shining brightly.
Qing Hong entered its Gigantification state, swelling to a massive size of around twenty-five ters, and directly slamd into the Black Iron Battle Scorpion.
Branches, vines, and Ice and Fire Breath hit it but were all blocked by the thick Scale Armor.
An invisible wave spread out.
Suddenly, within a forty-ter diater centered on Qing Hong, gravity increased more than twenty-fold, the movents of the Black Iron Battle Scorpion and the Giant Tree Demon slowing down while Qing Hong itself remained unaffected, its forelimbs releasing a Sky Splitting Claw towards the Black Iron Battle Scorpion.
The two combatants, of similar size, imdiately tangled into a brawl.
Fierce claws clashed with giant pincers, sparks flying everywhere.
But in just an encounter, the Black Iron Battle Scorpion let out a scream as one of its pincers was sliced clean off and its armor hard as steel was shredded like tofu under Qing Hong’s Sky Splitting Claw, badly wounded by a few slashes.
