Ji Xinghuo’s Rotating Magnetic Field had already been activated, and with a Flash Step, his whole body turned into a bolt of lightning and vanished from the spot in an instant.

Almost simultaneously, countless tal bullets and lasers shot towards him, missing their target and striking the shield behind him, causing ripples of energy to splash forth.

The audience sitting in the front rows turned pale with fright.

If there hadn’t been a shield, they would have been riddled with holes by now.

The bionic beings moved quickly, networking with each other and acting in unison, coordinated by the combat system. So stayed in their original positions and continued firing, sweeping their gun lines across Ji Xinghuo. Others dispersed to achieve a wider shooting range and flanked from both sides to create crossfire.

No sooner had Ji Xinghuo perford Flash Step than he was hit by several electromagnetic rifles.

Pop pop pop...

The "Guardian Armor" on his wrist was activated, a repulsive field expanded outwards, deflecting the bullets, but it quickly dimd.

Ji Xinghuo’s eyes flashed, and he released an Electromagnetic Pulse.

However, it had no effect.

The bionic beings and their weapons were all fitted with electromagnetic shielding, and the intensity of his own Electromagnetic Pulse wasn’t enough to cause interference.

Boom.

The repulsive field burst.

Bullets struck Ji Xinghuo, whose skin had already turned silver-gray along with his eyes. His coat was instantly shredded into countless pieces, revealing his muscular body adorned with gold, cyan, and silver scales. Sparks flew as the bullets hit them.

"Hiss..."

Seeing this scene, the audience collectively gasped.

The bullets from the electromagnetic rifles, which could blow a huge hole in a normal person’s body, couldn’t penetrate the skin of this Mutant.

"Such strong defense!"

"He doesn’t even seem like a Super Mutant, does he?" ca a surprised voice from the comntator’s booth.

Ji Xinghuo had no ti to listen to others speaking. As he was hit, the kinetic energy from the bullets forced him to keep retreating, but he also began to fire back.

The Iron Hamr rapidly fired, bang bang bang bang...

The High Explosive Bombs in the cylinder were all shot out in the blink of an eye, each bullet hitting a bionic being and blasting their heads apart. Three of the shots penetrated more than one bionic being, also inflicting damage on those behind, and six bullets took out ten enemies!

In the blink of an eye, one-third of the bionic being squad was destroyed.

The competing Mutants outside the shield burst out in amazent, feeling it was even more skillful than their own team mbers who specialized in long-range shooting.

"Such impressive Archery Skill!"

"He’s actually exchanging fire with the bionic beings under their gunfire..."

The firepower of the bionic beings was montarily weakened, but Ji Xinghuo had no ti to reload. He tossed aside the Iron Hamr in his hand and perford an Instant Step backwards.

Boom!

A giant fist of fla smashed down where he had just stood.

The Molten Rock Giant, transford by the shapeshifting genius, punched the air, using the recoil of the punch to violently charge towards Ji Xinghuo, like a high wall bearing down on him.

Ji Xinghuo perford successive Flash Steps.

The shapeshifting genius locked onto him and chased him down madly, his fists hitting the ground alternately, boom boom boom, each impact making the entire stadium tremble.

In the eyes of the audience outside the shield, the size discrepancy between the two resembled that of an adult and a child, creating a stark contrast.

Yet, Ji Xinghuo was always narrowly dodging the attacks.

After five consecutive Flash Steps, his physical fitness and Star Power were too depleted. His footsteps faltered, and he was unable to Flash Step away again, finally getting struck by the Molten Rock Giant’s palm.

Ji Xinghuo was sent flying backward.

While he was still in mid-air, the gunfire from the remaining twenty-plus bionic beings converged on him, firing relentlessly.

Bang!

Ji Xinghuo slamd hard against the shield, blood trickling from the corner of his mouth.

Countless bullets and lasers engulfed his whole body, nearly drowning him, and blood splattered.

"It’s over!"

"He’s done for."

Many in the audience couldn’t bear to watch any longer and closed their eyes.

The Molten Rock Giant that the shapeshifting genius had turned into bore no expression; flas engulfed his head as he blazed with fire, and he charged towards Ji Xinghuo at an accelerated pace. Every step of the Giant shook the ground thunderously, like a high-speed train going on a rampage.

Suddenly, a figure dashed in frantically, blocking the way.

"Martial King!"

The audience shouted loudly.

Shi Renzhong was holding a long spear, his weapon when he entered the Spirit Realm World. He was only a Superpower One Star, but he fearlessly charged at the Molten Rock Giant.

Even before making contact with the Molten Rock Giant, Shi Renzhong was targeted by the bionic beings’ gunfire.

Bullets and lasers struck him, shattering his battle attire and exposing his tallic-like sturdy body and a thick layer of Iron Shirt Force that deflected the bullets.

"Get out of the way!"

The Molten Rock Giant roared, disregarding Shi Renzhong’s long spear, swatted with his hand as if swatting a fly, sending Shi Renzhong along with the spear flying away, blood spilling from his mouth.

The hearts of countless spectators were in their throats.

Shi Renzhong was a "Horizontal Martial Artist," known for his Defense Power, but could he withstand the strike of a Legendary Mutant?

The shapeshifting genius continued to charge forward when a massive Ice Spear soared through the air.

The Ice Spear was over four ters long, thick as a calf, and the crystal-like tip glimred coldly, aiming straight for the Molten Rock Giant’s head.

The Molten Rock Giant reacted extrely quickly, abruptly slowing down, as the Ice Spear whizzed past, grazing his face.

Had he stepped forward even an inch, his head would have been pierced by the Ice Spear.

The shapeshifting genius looked towards the source of the attack, and Yu iling was already standing on the platform, her body surrounded by a ring of flas as she floated in mid-air. With a wave of her hand, one giant Ice Spear after another ford and flew towards the Molten Rock Giant on the ground.

"The Ice and Fire Queen has made her move!"

Before the audience could rejoice, they saw the Molten Rock Giant’s body suddenly beco ethereal, turning into a vast sandstorm that swept towards Yu iling.

Yu iling unleashed a vast sea of fire, her flas mixing with the blizzard, colliding with the sandstorm.

Boom!

The flas went out, and the ice turned into debris.

Yu iling’s figure fell and crashed onto the top of the login pavilion, her spirit was wilted, her face etched with pain.

Despite being the 15th-ranked expert in the ladder, the gap between a Super Mutant and a Legendary powerhouse was imnse. With a direct hit, her spiritual energy had almost been drained, and her mind was severely damaged.

Yu iling struggled to stand up, covering her body with ice armor and conjuring two ice swords radiating with cold air in her hands.

However, the sandstorm in the sky suddenly receded.

Her face showed astonishnt, with a flash of relief in her eyes.

In mid-air, the sandstorm ford a giant of yellow sand over ten ters tall. It had no lower body, just a massive upper half and one huge fist of sand, slamming down heavily onto Ji Xinghuo on the ground, like Mount Tai crushing down, casting vast shadows.

Below the giant fist, Ji Xinghuo seed like a tiny insect that would be ground into dust the next second.

At this mont, he had already stood up.

His body was bathed in blood.

But the eagle-eyed audience could tell that Ji Xinghuo only looked rather wretched; his injuries were not severe. Resisting the firepower of the bionic humans, his wounds were healing at a rate visible to the naked eye.

Ji Xinghuo looked up at the giant fist of yellow sand, with a small ring of light appearing on his left temple.

An interface appeared in his vision.

The hilt on his back ejected a faint blue tail fla—the control system of the Purple Lightning Sword had activated!

The giant fist ca crashing down.

Boom...

Within the vast yellow sand, a streak of Purple Lightning shot up into the sky, piercing the fist like a hot knife through butter; the sword blade spiraled forward, instantly dismbering the enormous fist and rapidly advancing, causing the whole arm of the sand giant to explode from the middle, and its vaguely featured head was also pierced through by the sword.

"Aaah..."

The sand giant let out a painful howl and in an instant vanished, turning into a cloud of black smoke.

Ji Xinghuo’s gaze was one of concentration.

After cutting through the sand giant, the Purple Lightning Sword, following its trajectory, plunged into the midst of those bionic humans. The blade rotated horizontally, expanding the range of damage.

The bionic humans tried desperately to dodge while also turning their guns to shoot at the Purple Lightning Sword.

But it was all in vain.

The Purple Lightning Sword was like actual lightning, in the blink of an eye passing through the group of bionic humans, slicing open all those it passed, the severed parts neat and tidy, toppling over into piles of scrap tal. Then, the Purple Lightning Sword accelerated once more, tracing an almost imperceptible path, circling the area.

The scattered bionic humans fell one by one, each vertically bisected into two halves.

The whole process took less than five seconds.

The vast majority of the audience couldn’t see clearly what had happened. In their eyes, the sand giant had suddenly collapsed and those bionic humans were mysteriously cut open.

It wasn’t until the Purple Lightning Sword returned to Ji Xinghuo’s side that they could see clearly again.

"An electromagnetic flying sword!"

Finally, an audience mber shouted excitedly.

An electromagnetic flying sword wasn’t a novel thing; companies on Earth also produced these types of weapons, but limited by technology, Earth’s electromagnetic flying swords lacked power, their batteries insufficient, with very short endurance, and they were ineffective in the Star Realm, hence they had no market.

"What kind of electromagnetic flying sword is this? Its power is terrifying!" ca a question from the comntary box.

"I haven’t seen it either."

"It’s probably not a product of an Earth company; it could very well co from another galaxy civilization."

The audience buzzed with speculation.

Outside the superconductive shield, Zhou Yishang breathed a sigh of relief, for Ji Xinghuo had used the Purple Lightning Sword, averting the crisis.

Shi Hongyi, looking at the scene, exclaid in surprise, "The Sword Bureau actually allowed him to use the Purple Lightning Sword? Aren’t they afraid of it being stolen?"

"It’s a decision made by the Bureau," Zhou Yishang nodded in response.

Legendary warriors and competing mutants scattered among the audience, gazing at the Purple Lightning Sword floating beside Ji Xinghuo, all showed shock on their faces, coveting it greatly.

So of them knew of the existence of the Purple Lightning Sword.

Even those who didn’t could tell that the electric flying sword was an Apocalypse One Star weapon!

In the air within the arena, that mass of black smoke was fast dissipating.

Ji Xinghuo’s gaze intensified; the Purple Lightning Sword shot out instantly, a bolt of lightning slashing across, cutting the black smoke in half, piercing through the middle and imdiately turning back. Purple lightning traced circular paths, repeatedly striking and severing the black mist into more than a dozen clusters within ten seconds.

The true form of the Strange Mutant plumted, bearing several deep wounds visible to the bone, as if cut by a laser.

It wasn’t until then that people finally saw his true face.

He was a middle-aged man, likely in his forties, with nondescript features, wearing a battle uniform capable of transforming along with him.

"Surrender, and you won’t die," Ji Xinghuo said indifferently.

The Sword Bureau had gone to great lengths to lure out this snake, still trapped within the shield array. With the Purple Lightning Sword, Ji Xinghuo was more than capable of protecting himself; there was no need to kill him.

Once the shield was deactivated, with the Heavenly King and nurous legendary warriors outside, the enemy couldn’t escape even if he had wings.

"You think you can make ?"

The Strange Mutant scoffed coldly.

As he spoke, his wounds were already healing. Before his voice had faded, he rushed towards Ji Xinghuo, unleashing all his star power. His speed was ten tis faster than when he beca a flying black mist, so quick that the eyes could hardly catch him, practically instantaneously reaching in front of Ji Xinghuo.

The Strange Mutant extended his right hand, turning it into a tentacle-like spike, oozing a greasy, tar-like secretion that also bore several eyes.

His body morphed into a pitch-black monster.

At the abdominal area, a mouth with terrifying fangs split open, emitting a petrifying howl, a daunting presence enveloping Ji Xinghuo.

However, Ji Xinghuo was not affected in the slightest.

His right eye also glead with a faint light, and the world seed to stand still in his vision. His gaze remained cool as he commanded the Purple Lightning Sword to its maximum output power.

A purple electric lightning bolt shot to the side, taking a wide berth before accelerating back.

With a flash of the sword blade!

The black monster that the Strange Mutant had transford into suddenly froze, its head rolling off, and the body collapsed in front of Ji Xinghuo. The spike of a tentacle was only half a ter away from him.

But that half ter seed like an impassable chasm, never to be touched again.

The Strange Mutant returned to his original form, becoming a headless corpse.

The entire Tianqin Stadium fell silent, hundreds of thousands of spectators quiet for a few seconds, then suddenly erupted into earth-shattering cheers.
