Luo Cheng, riding the Fla Jade Lion at full speed, arrived at Linjiang City by dusk.

Linjiang City was as bustling as ever.

Streams of people flowed from all directions, coming and going without end.

Following the crowd, Luo Cheng entered the city.

"Hmm?"

Walking along the streets, Luo Cheng suddenly frowned.

From the mont he stepped through the city gates, he had sensed sothing peculiar.

It seed that soone had been secretly observing him all this ti.

Buzz!

Without showing any reaction, Luo Cheng released his soul power, radiating it outward in all directions. Everything behind him imdiately unfolded within his mind.

After walking a few more streets, Luo Cheng finally confird that soone was tailing him.

A woman in a green dress, a young man in black, and an old man in gray—all were Middle Stage Awakening Vein Realm experts!

The three followed cautiously, blending into the crowd, always maintaining a certain distance from Luo Cheng, seemingly thinking they could deceive him.

Unfortunately, under Luo Cheng’s soul power perception, none of this could escape his notice.

"Clearly, this is directed at . The woman in the green dress and the young man in black must be Inner Sect disciples of the Fierce Cloud Sect! The old man in gray doesn’t seem to be with them. Could they have been sent by Sun Yingyang?"

Various thoughts flashed through Luo Cheng’s mind.

His expression remained unchanged as he continued to walk toward Lingyun Pavilion, as if he hadn’t noticed anything.

A mont later, Luo Cheng arrived at Lingyun Pavilion.

"Ah, so it’s Master Luo Cheng. The young lady has been waiting for you for quite so ti! Please follow !"

The beautiful maid, after recognizing Luo Cheng’s identity, imdiately led the way with a warm enthusiasm. Her bright, curious eyes darted toward Luo Cheng, carrying traces of surprise and admiration.

Lately, the na Luo Cheng had been well-known.

Many martial artists in the jianghu were discussing him.

Awakening the Wasted Martial Soul, yet winning first place in the Three Sects Martial Arts Competition!

Sweeping through the Fierce Cloud Sect and Extre Dao Sect disciples at the Eldest Prince’s banquet!

And half a month ago, defeating Hua Jingyang—a supre genius of the Fierce Cloud Sect who had awakened Spirit Martial Soul!

Hearing so much about him, she had grown quite familiar with these tales. She wondered what kind of extraordinary person Luo Cheng must be, and she hadn’t expected him to be so young—younger even than her own younger brother! Yet, he was already a rising star, admired by the young lady herself.

Luo Cheng glanced outside before following her.

Outside Lingyun Pavilion.

Xuanyuan Sect Inner Sect disciple Yuan Lin stared at Luo Cheng’s retreating figure, frowning as she spoke to the old man in gray beside her:

"Elder Sun, please send more people to ensure you don’t lose track of him."

The old man in gray squinted his eyes slightly. "No worries, the Sun Family has so influence in Linjiang City. This ti, he won’t escape. He’s as good as dead."

This ti, Sun Caining had dispatched two intelligence elders.

The man referred to as Elder Sun was one of them.

Yuan Lin nodded. "Be sure not to alert Lingyun Pavilion. It’s said that Luo Cheng has close ties with the Pavilion Master here in Linjiang City."

"This old man understands."

After finishing, the old man turned and departed.

The young man in black followed Luo Cheng’s departing figure with his gaze, licking his lips:

"Senior Sister, once Luo Cheng leaves Linjiang City, shall we imdiately kill him?"

Yuan Lin shook her head. "Senior Brother told us that our task is rely to track his movents. We are not to act unless he doesn’t return to his family. Don’t you rember?"

The young man in black curled his lip. "Do we need to disturb Senior Brother to kill him? I alone could slay him—there’s no need for all five of us. With the combined strength of us five, even a Sixth Level Awakening Vein Realm Peak expert has to avoid us. To use us to kill this kid is simply overkill!"

"Do you seriously think, Senior Sister, that he could pose any threat to us whatsoever?"

The young man in black sneered.

Yuan Lin responded expressionlessly, "Whatever Senior Brother says is what we’ll do."

"Senior Brother, Senior Brother—you only ever talk about Senior Brother!" the young man in black muttered disgruntledly under his breath, secretly hoping that Luo Cheng wouldn’t take the path back to Qishan City.

So long as Luo Cheng left Linjiang City, he could imdiately make his move and slay him!

Lingyun Pavilion.

Under the guidance of the beautiful maid, Luo Cheng soon arrived at the small courtyard where Luo Yao lived.

Walking through a bamboo-lined path, Luo Cheng reached an exquisitely crafted pavilion.

The pavilion was nestled in the middle of the bamboo forest, the surroundings serene and tranquil, with a stone table off to the left.

A stunningly beautiful woman was brewing tea.

It was Luo Yao.

She was as sensual and alluring as ever, with a devilish figure. Beneath the snow-white fox fur, her curves rose and fell temptingly, exposing tantalizing glimpses of flawless, snow-like skin as she moved to prepare tea—it was undeniably seductive.

Even Luo Cheng felt his heart heat up.

"If you don’t co over soon, the tea will get cold."

Luo Yao turned around, her laugh crystal-clear like a silver bell.

Luo Cheng chuckled awkwardly and stepped forward to sit down. "Did you already know I’d arrive at this hour, Sister Luo Yao?"

Luo Yao slid a teacup in front of Luo Cheng and smiled enchantingly:

"With your current strength, the swordsmanship you’ve been practicing must no longer suit you. Once I learned about the remaining fragnts of the Heavenly Fall Sword Technique, I knew you’d set out imdiately. Based on calculations, this should be the right hour."

"Sister Luo Yao, you truly are clever beyond asure," Luo Cheng said with a grin.

Luo Yao clasped her hands under her chin and squinted at Luo Cheng with a mischievous gleam, like a cat watching a mouse:

"Compared to you, my little wit is hardly worth ntioning."

"I recall that when I escorted you back to Xuanyuan Sect, you were only at the Early Stage of Awakening Vein Realm Second Level. Yet, in just over half a month, you’ve already advanced to the Third Level Peak of Awakening Vein Realm. The Washing Body Pond at Xuanyuan Sect certainly doesn’t yield results of such potency."

"Moreover, I’ve heard so rumors—soone returned to the sect and stirred up chaos across the entire Xuanyuan Sect, publicly killing an Outer Elder at Awakening Vein Realm Fourth Level!"

"Just yesterday, this person even defeated an Early Stage Awakening Vein Realm Sixth Level expert with a single sword strike..."

Luo Yao softly licked her ruby-red lips, her voice dripping with intoxicating allure:

"I truly wonder how you’ve managed to make such drastic progress in such a short ti..."

Luo Cheng coughed lightly.

The death of Qin Douyuan, as well as his battle with Yuan Qianyu, had been kept under wraps by the sect.

But, as the saying goes, there are no walls that don’t let the wind through.

These events could be concealed from others but not from a giant like Lingyun Pavilion.

And certainly not from Luo Yao.

Raising his teacup, Luo Cheng took a sip and praised, "Great tea! Sister Luo Yao’s tea-making skill keeps improving."

"Haha! You cheeky boy, isn’t it a bit too obvious that you’re trying to change the subject?"

With lips as red as cinnabar, Luo Yao let out a laugh filled with temptation and added:

"Fine, if you don’t want to talk about it, I won’t ask anymore. Your growing strength is beneficial for either way."

As she spoke, Luo Yao gently clapped her hands.

Amu presented a jade plate, which contained a fragnted secret manual.

Upon spotting the manual, Luo Cheng’s eyes imdiately lit up.

"This is the Heavenly Fall Sword Technique you’ve been searching for. However, I’ve only managed to find the last four forms of the sword skill so far—it’s not the complete text. Take a look."

Luo Yao slid the jade plate toward Luo Cheng.

Luo Cheng picked up the manual and flipped through a few pages, his eyes gradually blazing with excitent that he could hardly restrain:

"Star Sinking... Killing Void! Perfect, this is it!"

What was recorded in the manual was precisely what he desperately needed—the fifth to eighth forms of the Heavenly Fall Sword Technique!
