"Isn’t this just hooliganism! I’ll go have a look!"
Su Yueru furrowed her brows and walked outside.
"Wait."
Ye Fei put his arm around his wife’s shoulder, pressing her back into the seat.
"President Su, Chairman Su! You are the head of the family, such a small matter doesn’t require you to personally take action. Leave it to to handle."
Su Yueru was amused and wanted to laugh, but in front of the employees, it wasn’t appropriate to laugh out loud, so she could only purse her lips and give Ye Fei a white glance.
"Fine, you go and check the situation. Rember, don’t get into a conflict with anyone. If it doesn’t work out, call the police."
"Understood!"
Ye Fei bowed dramatically and then left the office.
The pretty secretary was so amused she could barely hold it in, her face turning red.
She thought enviously to herself, why couldn’t I find such a humorous boyfriend?
Outside the company.
A dozen moving trucks were blocking the company’s main entrance.
Dozens of fierce-looking brutes were surrounding the entrance.
So had shaved heads with scars on their heads and faces.
So were shirtless, smoking cigarettes, their bodies covered in ssy tattoos of all sorts of colors and designs.
They clearly weren’t from any legitimate moving company.
From quite a distance away, Ye Fei could hear shouting.
The bald leader was holding a stick in one hand and shoving a company security guard with the other hand.
He was incredibly arrogant.
"I’m blocking here now, what are you gonna do about it? Is this your family’s property? You think you can control ?"
"You try talking back to again and see? Believe it or not, I’ll cripple you! Hurry up and call your manager out! I don’t have ti to waste words with a watchdog!"
As the bald man spoke, he attempted to jab at the security guard with his stick.
But the stick never reached the guard, as it was seized by a large hand before it could.
Then a "crack" was heard.
The stick, as thick as the mouth of a bowl, was forcibly snapped into two pieces.
"Let’s talk nicely without the pushing and shoving."
Standing in front of the security guard was a young man in his early twenties.
The young man was smiling like a breeze in spring, yet his eyes and brows carried a hint of warning.
In his hand, he held half of the broken stick.
The person who arrived was Ye Fei.
Just with this entrance, all the employees of Su Corporation who were watching were taken aback.
"Holy shit, holy shit! Isn’t that the boss’s husband? Is he that aweso? Such a thick stick, so easily snapped in two?"
"Turns out the Chairman’s husband knows martial arts! Before, everyone just said he was a useless waste, but it seems rumors really can’t be trusted."
Many female employees also looked on with admiration.
"Wow, so impressive! Who knew the Chairman’s husband wasn’t just handso but also knew kung fu!"
The people from the moving company were also taken aback.
Upon seeing that the other side was a trained fighter, the bald man’s attitude softened slightly.
"Are you the manager?"
"Correct."
"Good! Then you’re the one I’m looking for!"
Just as the bald man was about to continue, Ye Fei interrupted with a wave of his hand.
"Hold on with what you have to say. First, I want to ask you, are those trucks blocking the door yours?"
"Yeah!" the bald man said defiantly. "What about it?"
Ye Fei then asked, "And those people blocking the road, they’re your n too, right?"
"That’s right! All brothers from my company!" the bald man said, puffing out his chest with pride.
"Great! Tell your n to clear the way. Move all your trucks away, and then we can talk about whatever issues you have."
Ye Fei’s voice was steady as water as he spoke.
"What?!"
The bald man certainly hadn’t expected this young fellow to co out strong and put him in his place without offering any discussion first.
Asking to move the trucks before talking—it was like asking him to back down first, wasn’t it?
Of course, the bald man was not going to comply.
He sneered and cocked his head, "You want to move the trucks, sure! But today, all the moving business of your company has to be handled by my company."
"Otherwise... heh, I guarantee your company won’t be able to move out for a whole year, believe it or not?"
Ye Fei had expected them to pull this stunt all along.
"Sincere Moving Company" was notorious in the industry for their unscrupulous practices.
When moving for soone, they’d either casually take away a fridge or steal a color TV.
It was commonplace for them to perform wild and barbaric relocations, often damaging items in the process.
Any complaints from the public would be t with threats.
Besides, whenever they heard that a company was planning to move, they would imdiately go and block the property’s entrance.
They’d jack up prices on the spot, forcefully taking over the moving process.
If refused, they’d play the rogue and beco overbearing.
Just like this ti, nobody had sought them out, yet they had swooped in like flies at the first whiff of news.
Facing the threat, Ye Fei just sneered, "I don’t believe you."
"However, I do advise you to leave quickly. Otherwise, in a little while, you might not even have the chance to regret."
"Regret?! Hahaha!"
The bald man and his companions burst out laughing.
"I’ve been on the streets for such a long ti, and I’ve never once regretted anything!"
"If you want to stand your ground, let’s just wait here and see who can outlast whom! After all, we’ve got plenty of ti."
Ye Fei glanced at his watch, "You’ve got five more minutes."
The bald man sneered, "Co on! Are you trying to threaten ? I’m not scared one bit!"
His lackeys joined in the mocking laughter.
"Kid, if you can’t make a decision, just step aside, find soone who can! What are you trying to pull here?"
Seeing this, the employees of the corporation couldn’t help feeling a bit disappointed.
They had hoped that the Chairman’s husband, with his impressive martial arts skills, would give these guys a good beating and drive them away.
But it seed that, at most, it was just a war of words with no real effect.
The five minutes were quickly up.
When the bald man saw that nothing had happened, he beca even more arrogant.
"Hey kid, now that five minutes are up, your grandpa here is still perfectly fine, isn’t he?"
"You said I was going to regret it? Why don’t I feel even a little bit of regret? Hahaha!"
The bald man was in full rant.
Then he heard a rumbling noise from behind him.
Turning his head, his heart skipped a beat.
