That evening, Ye Fan and Tang Wanchou arrived at the Green Emperor Sect, where a grand gathering was underway.

He had no other choice; this was his only option.

The two stood on the fighting platform, watched by hundreds from below. These were the core mbers of the Green Emperor Sect—the leaders of its hundred thousand disciples. They were all eager to find out which of the two Sect Leaders was stronger.
Just as they were about to begin their duel, one of the Protectors spoke up. "Why isn’t the Vajra Protector here? How could he be absent from such a significant gathering?"

Before long, Ye Fan appeared.
"Damn it! Where are the guards? How could they let an outsider barge in!" Du Xinwu roared angrily.
A group of n was about to swarm forward when Tang Wanchou arrived. The upper echelons all knew she was from the Mo Family. Could Ye Fan have been sent by them?

"No!" Wang Ziping spoke up at once. The silence from the rest of the crowd was a tacit denial.
Tang Wanchou continued, "Since we have not, then why does the Green Emperor Sect ddle in my family’s internal affairs, shattering the Mo Family to pieces? And to think you would try to replace my Mo Family with an outsider! This is not the way of the Green Emperor Sect I once knew!
"The Mo Family has a clear conscience, but the Green Emperor Sect is guilty of so many wrongs. It is truly shaful. Therefore, I am here today to represent the Mo Family and formally dissolve our ties with the Green Emperor Sect!
