’This skill... I rember it now... he used this exact one during the summit, only back then it was much weaker.’

At that ti, it had also felt like a pressure was weighing down on him.

In truth, Nox could easily escape this predicant if he wanted to—but where was the fun in that?

He wanted to test how powerful he had beco without relying on any of his ultimate skills. Painfully, he realized that despite being at the Expert rank, his physical stats still lacked considerably.

Nox looked up at Hendrix, who seed to be having the ti of his life.

There was a pleased smile on his face, and he looked as if he were savoring each mont of Nox’s tornt.

But suddenly, a smile appeared on Nox’s handso face, and the demonic prince’s amusent faltered.

’Why is he laughing?’ Hendrix thought. He knew firsthand that Nox was vicious and would use trickery to his advantage.

He had done this many tis before—even during the tournant.

Naturally, he was alard when he saw the smirk on his opponent’s face. If Nox’s goal was to rattle him, then he had succeeded.

’Although I wanted to torture him for a while longer... I should just kill him already.’ Hendrix thought, stretching his hand out as demonic miasma gathered.

Raising his sword, he prepared to end Nox once and for all—but before he could strike, a single word echoed across the vast room:

"Gravitational Singularity!"

Those words felt like a snapped rope, and instantly a pressure far heavier than anything Hendrix had ever felt descended on the castle.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

The walls groaned and the entire castle trembled, cracks spider-webbing across the ground.

"My skill... but stronger? How did h—" Hendrix’s eyes widened, his mind spinning as mories rushed back.

How could he have forgotten?!

This bastard had done sothing similar during the tournant—it was the main reason he had lost back then!

Because so much ti had passed, Hendrix had almost forgotten Nox’s unique talent, the very reason he had once been referred to as the Anomaly of the Western Region.

"Y-you!" Watching Nox stand there with a cocky smile, Hendrix felt his blood run cold with anger.

In his heart, he had slain this dark-haired boy with strands of red a thousand tis over.

But now, Hendrix’s body trembled as the crushing weight slamd into him. His legs bent, boots cracking into the marble floor.

"Arghhh!" His roar echoed, but it was useless. The pressure only grew heavier, forcing blood from his lips.

The castle swayed, its roof and remaining pillars collapsing under the oppressive force.

BANG! BANG! BOOM!

Hendrix’s hand shook as he tried to swing his blade, but the weapon was already dragging him down like an anchor. His demonic miasma flickered and dispersed under the suffocating gravity.

He activated countless skills at once, trying desperately to resist, but they were all useless against Nox’s ultimate-tier ability.

...

[Gravitational Singularity(Ultimate Skill): Creates a singularity that pulls in enemies within a 20-ter radius, dealing 5,000 damage and stunning them for 5 seconds. Allies within the area gain a 30% damage boost for 10 seconds].

...

Nox simply stood there, calm, observing everything. None of the debris falling from above ca close to touching him, all deflected by his expert control over gravity.

BOOM!

Hendrix’s knees slamd into the ground, the marble beneath collapsing into a crater. Blood vessels burst across his skin, his breaths ragged and shallow.

"T-this... this is impossible!" Hendrix spat, eyes wild with panic.

"Level ans nothing," Nox replied coldly, then smirked. "At least, not before ."

That cockiness infuriated Hendrix to the core. And the fact that he couldn’t even move a muscle made it all the more unbearable.

BOOM! The floor gave way, dragging him lower. His ribs cracked, arms trembled violently, and blood poured from his lips.

Outside, the castle towers collapsed one after another.

"My castle!" Adrian nearly pulled his hair out as he watched the ancient structure—one that had stood since the kingdom’s founding—co crashing down.

He knew sothing like this might happen, but seeing it unfold before his eyes was disheartening beyond words.

Back inside, Hendrix coughed blood, veins bulging, eyes threatening to burst. He could no longer move—his body completely paralyzed.

With a small smirk, Nox pressed his palm against Hendrix’s forehead.

"Wh-what are you doing?!" Hendrix’s voice cracked with panic.

Nox’s hand pressed down harder. The demonic prince’s body twitched helplessly.

"I was going to crush you into nothing," Nox said calmly. "However, that would be too easy. Too rciful."

Hendrix’s pupils shrank. "M-rcy?"

"Yes," Nox nodded, not even looking at him. "When you die, it’s over. No more suffering. No more fear. Just silence. That’s a gift... one you don’t deserve."

"Instead—" A grin split across his face. "I’ll make you my pet. But even among my pets, you’ll be no different from a slave."

Hendrix’s pupils trembled, horror dawning on him as he envisioned the grim fate awaiting him. He hastily tried to self-destruct, but Nox anticipated it and doubled the gravitational force.

Hendrix’s screams tore through the ruined castle as the taming process began.

"ARGHHHHHHH! STOP! I WOULD RATHER DIE!"

At his defiance, Nox only chuckled. "That’s the point. You won’t get to."

That day, Hendrix’s screams echoed across the entire battlefield. By the ti they ended, he was no longer himself.

Now, before Nox, the once proud and arrogant demon prince bowed.

Hendrix’s head hung low, his body trembling violently, his eyes dull and empty.

Nox looked down at his new "pet." "Your first task is to wipe out the demo—"

But before he could finish, a portal tore open in the middle of the battlefield.

"Hahahahaha! You’re done! He’s back!" Number Two roared with laughter.

anwhile, Eve’s ruby eyes shrank.

"He... he ca earlier than we thought," she whispered under her breath.
