Chapter 2507: Chapter 2497: Crazy Zhou Tian
Zhou Tian spun in a circle on the ground, only reacting after a long while that he had been slapped to the ground? He was a Heavenly Level rcenary, and yet he had been so humiliated to be slapped to the ground?

Zhou Tian’s eyes turned red. If it was just him, it would be fine, but there were quite a few people here, many rcenaries handing in tasks. It was so embarrassing; several rcenaries, though fearful of his authority, had faces flushed with suppressed laughter.
No one admitted it, so with a clang, Zhou Tian drew the sword in his hand, of course aiming it at Chu Lu whom he had just humiliated, pointing his sword directly at Chu Lu.
“Was it you who hit ? You one-ard waste?”
Seeing Zhou Tian direct his anger at him, Chu Lu obviously showed no fear. After all, his rcenary Group had Long Yan, such a Great God, within it.
“Zhou Tian unjustly blad . You’ve offended many people; don’t you have the nerve to say sothing like this to others?”
Originally, Zhou Tian wanted to regain his lost pride through Chu Lu, but surprisingly, Chu Lu showed no face to him at all. Today, Zhou Tian would make sure to teach him that a one-ard waste should properly stay at ho.
The sword in his hand thrust towards Chu Lu like a venomous snake. rcenaries were explosive people, and Zhou Tian’s sword stabbed at the left vital spot of Chu Lu, who, having lost his left hand, naturally couldn’t defend swiftly like before. Previously he used a two-handed greatsword, now with only one hand he couldn’t be as fast as initially.
Zhou Tian’s face showed a cruel expression; the simplest way to reclaim his dignity was to “kill the chicken to warn the monkeys.” Although now he was bullying Chu Lu, he had to admit Chu Lu had so reputation in this Small Town. If he taught Chu Lu a lesson, they naturally wouldn’t dare to speak again.
Chu Lu drew his weapon but was too late. Yet, looking at the sword tip so close, his face showed no fear, and Zhou Tian’s heart welled with joy, thinking Chu Lu had given up resisting, accelerating the speed of his sword.
“Clang!”
The sound of tal clashing rang in the air. Zhou Tian was still in a thrusting position, but no matter how hard he tried, his sword couldn’t advance even an inch, nor could he retract it even a bit.
Zhou Tian raised his head and saw a man with long silver hair. His left hand was behind his back, right hand extending two fingers to firmly catch Zhou Tian’s sword tip, looking relaxed.

Actually, Zhou Tian was a bit worried now. Even though he used all his strength, he couldn’t retract his sword, so he could only blandly threaten, feeling his legs a bit unsteady.

Now everyone around looked at Zhou Tian angrily; it was clear the Mayor’s plant was no longer welco in their hearts. Even the task manager was furious, his lips trembling slightly, pointing a finger at Zhou Tian.
“People, throw him out!”
Zhou Tian kept talking, unaware that two burly n stood behind him, each grabbing an arm and tossing him out.
“Is this how your rcenary Guild treats Heavenly Level rcenaries?”
Previously, Zhou Tian felt proud that others were subdued by the Mayor’s strength, but Right now he was thrown out by the rcenary Guild’s people, with no ti between realizing and the sudden big change. This made his previously pale face alternate between shades of blue and purple.
Long Yan smiled slightly, threw Zhou Tian’s sword onto the table, and moved to stand behind Chu Lu again, clearly indicating to those around that he was part of Chu Lu’s rcenary Group. This forced the other rcenaries to look over; though Zhou Tian was not great, he was indeed a Heavenly Level rcenary.
The fact that Long Yan humiliated Zhou Tian, who wasn’t able to retaliate, was truly terrifying, and it seed Chu Lu had found a real treasure this ti.
Chu Lu rely glanced at Long Yan, his face red. Though they had so reputation before, it was the first ti his rcenary Group earned such respect; even the Receptionists were speaking softly to him, showing no impatience despite their recent anger.
This was the influence brought by a Strong One; Chu Lu knew all this respect wasn’t due to him but because of Long Yan beside him, who just nonchalantly smiled and turned to leave.
Since everything returned to normal, Long Yan had no reason to remain here. The task rewards could be handed over to Chu Lu, while he turned to walk to another Assessnt Room’s door.
