Chapter 269: What Else Can Be Done But to Keep Doting!
In the afternoon, Luo Sihai obtained the recent activity information about Xiao Feiyu. Instead of calling Su Lin, he decided to make a personal visit. He felt that if he didn’t show his face in front of Su Lin, Su Lin might soon forget about him. Thus, Luo Sihai drove himself to the Su Corporation.

Wiping the sweat from his forehead, Luo Sihai approached and said, “Boss, I have the results of the investigation you requested.”
Su Lin nodded, “Okay, let’s hear it.”
“Alright, boss. Xiao Feiyu’s activities have been regular since the banquet, mostly staying at ho. But recently, he has been going out frequently… That’s all there is to it…”
Su Lin nodded after listening. Luo Sihai’s efficiency in handling tasks, especially tracking and investigating people, was comndable. After hearing everything Luo Sihai had reported, Su Lin had a complete understanding of the situation and couldn’t help but chuckle internally.

Su Lin laughed, “His approach is a bit rushed; it’s quite obvious that he’s desperate.”
Xiao Feiyu’s tactics wouldn’t stand up to scrutiny and would be exposed upon a simple investigation. Although Liu Shiwen hadn’t realized it yet and was montarily tricked, Su Lin believed Liu Bowen wouldn’t be fooled. He would figure it out soon enough, and then what was Xiao Feiyu aiming for?

Shaking his head, Su Lin thought it unlikely. Liu Shiwen was always well-guarded, so Xiao Feiyu wouldn’t dare act rashly. What exactly was he after?
Confused, Su Lin decided not to dwell on it for now and resolved to check it out in person. After all, causing the protagonist so trouble was always good!
Waving his hand, Su Lin said, “Okay, you can go. I’ll call you if I need anything.”
“Right, right…” After getting the response he wanted, Luo Sihai happily left.
He had done so much, even making a personal visit to report directly to Su Lin, all for that final word of assurance. As long as Su Lin kept assigning him tasks, there was no fear of not making it big.
With the Four Seas Group now handling many of Su’s orders and doubling its capacity, the profits were frighteningly high. Luo Sihai didn’t care who Su Lin’s opponents were; as long as Su Lin could handle them, all he needed to do was run errands and do the dirty work to see the money roll in. Why not?
Watching Luo Sihai leave, Lin Xiaowan walked in and said to Su Lin, “Su Lin, Luo Sihai isn’t exactly a good person, why do you keep him around?”
Su Lin smiled, “When I first ca to Donghai, I had no one else to use. Now that I do, I’m too lazy to switch him out, so I just make do.”
“You better keep an eye on him , don’t let him offend others under your na.”
Su Lin laughed, “Speaking of offending people, who does it better than …”
Lin Xiaowan nodded earnestly, “You’re not wrong there. From Ye Feng to now Xiao Feiyu, your adversaries are getting more formidable.”
Seeing Lin Xiaowan genuinely concerned, Su Lin reassured her, “Don’t worry, nothing will happen. Plus, you know I usually don’t initiate things; it’s them who provoke .”

While many incidents were indeed instigated by others, she knew Su Lin wasn’t as innocent as he claid. However, she wasn’t concerned about that.
Being Su Lin’s people, being a bit bad was actually advantageous. Being too good was not beneficial to oneself, a point Lin Xiaowan understood quite clearly. So, she wasn’t overly fussed about Su Lin’s tactics.
Su Lin kissed Lin Xiaowan on the forehead, “I’ll go give that Xiao Feiyu a hard ti; you keep working.”
Rolling her eyes, Lin Xiaowan quipped, “You sure have it easy as vice president. How many docunts have you even looked at?”
“Heh, with you and Xiaoyu as my capable assistants, why do I need to look at any docunts?”
Lin Xiaowan sighed, “Spoiled by us, what else can be done but to keep doting on you? Just don’t bring ho another sister.”
“Cough, cough…”
“Though really, having Liu’s sister as a sister wouldn’t be a problem; Xiaoyu and I can accept it.”
“Cough, cough…”
“But I heard Xiao Feiyu and Liu Shiwen are discussing marriage. If you want to make a move, you’d better hurry, or you might lose the chance.”
Su Lin tapped Lin Xiaowan’s forehead, “Strange, you don’t have a fever. What nonsense are you spouting?”
