Chapter 173: Mischievous Lin Xiaowan
“Good morning~!” Early in the morning, Su Lin got up early and prepared a table full of breakfast. After all, he had promised Zhao Yanyan last night to make breakfast for her. Although Su Lin didn’t like cooking, he felt obligated to fulfill his promise once he had made it.
After placing the last dish on the table, he shouted upstairs, “Everyone, wake up and co eat. No more sleeping.”
Two minutes later, Lin Xiaowan’s room door opened: “What are you yelling for? We’ve been up for a while, okay?”
Su Lin raised an eyebrow: “Oh~! Your constitution has improved, so you no longer need to laze in bed? It seems the dicinal baths I prepared for you are quite effective.”
Lin Xiaowan rolled her eyes at Su Lin: “I think I finally understand the ultimate purpose of those dicinal baths you’ve been preparing for us.”
“What purpose, Xiaowan?” Xia Shiyu asked.
Seeing that Xia Shiyu and Zhao Yanyan had also co out, Lin Xiaowan glanced at the hickeys on their bodies and rolled her eyes at Su Lin again. This guy must have slipped away again after she fell asleep.
“Just ask Su Lin.”
Su Lin waved his hand dismissively: “Don’t listen to Xiaowan’s nonsense. Hurry up and co down for breakfast.”
“Ooo, we’ll be right there.”
The three of them went back to their rooms to wash up and then ca downstairs.
Zhao Yanyan was unimpressed: “Su Lin, what kind of toothbrush are you selling? It’s so fragile. I just tried to brush my teeth, and it snapped in half.”
“Hey, my toothbrush is broken too, and my cup shattered as well. Xiaoyu, where did you buy these? Don’t try to save money for Su Lin next ti, okay? Buy better ones,” Lin Xiaowan told Xia Shiyu.
Xia Shiyu was also puzzled, as her situation was similar to that of Lin Xiaowan and Zhao Yanyan.
Su Lin addressed the three: “It’s not that Xiaoyu bought poor quality items; it’s that you are not yet able to perfectly control your strength.”
“You absorbed too much from the dicinal bath yesterday, leading to an abundance of strength without perfect control. That’s why you ended up exerting too much force and breaking the cups.”
Zhao Yanyan was taken aback: “Then what do we do?”
“Yeah, we don’t know how to control it. What if we accidentally break sothing?” As she spoke, Lin Xiaowan glanced downwards at Su Lin, considering what might happen if…
Su Lin, feeling embarrassed: “Xiaowan, where are you looking? With your little strength, even if I don’t use internal strength you won’t be able to break through my body a bit.” He realized that Lin Xiaowan was becoming bolder and her thoughts stranger.
“Oh~! I see,” Lin Xiaowan sounded disappointed, realizing that Su Lin had guessed her thoughts, dampening her spirits.
Ignoring Lin Xiaowan’s antics, Su Lin turned to the three won: “If you want to control your strength, go out and spar later. You three can practice together.”
“Ah~! Sparring? Won’t we hurt each other?”
Su Lin shook his head: “Your conditions are similar, so you won’t injure each other. Just practice without worry. Later, I’ll teach you a set of basic martial arts techniques.”
“Wow~! Can we finally learn so techniques? Su Lin, will I be able to fly now?”

The three won nodded in agreent.
“So, will the three of you fight together, or will one of you spar with while the other two practice?”
After looking at each other, Lin Xiaowan said, “Well practice with each together. You’re a grandmaster now, what’s the point of sparring with us?”
“Exactly, we’ll just practice together.”
Su Lin sighed: “You really don’t know what’s good for you. Do you know how many martial artists out there wish to spar and learn from a grandmaster? Yet, you decline.”
“Hehe, we’re not learning martial arts to compete; we’re learning for health and self-defense.”
“Right, the techniques you know are all lethal, not suitable for us to practice.”
Su Lin thought about it and agreed with Lin Xiaowan’s point; most of his techniques were indeed deadly. Even though he could restrain himself, the three of them had no combat experience.
If they were accidentally injured, it would be more trouble than it’s worth. It would be a sha to not get hurt by outsiders but end up injured by oneself.
“Alright then, you three practice amongst yourselves. Xiaowan, Xiaoyu, Yanyan, I’m going to a charity auction at Treasure Pavilion tonight. Who wants to co with ?” Su Lin asked the three won.
Xia Shiyu was the first to decline: “Su Lin… there’s a ton of work waiting for at the company, and the relocation is also keeping busy. I’d better not go. Let Yanyan and Xiaowan accompany you.”
Xia Shiyu disliked attending such upscale auctions and gatherings. She always felt that she didn’t belong with that crowd, leading to a resistant attitude.
Su Lin had tried to persuade her several tis to no avail. Every ti, Xia Shiyu would agree but still not attend. So now, Su Lin had stopped trying to persuade her, knowing he was there to ensure no one dared to mistreat her.
Lin Xiaowan also shook her head, saying, “I need to delve deeper into the techniques. Su Lin, I don’t want to go either. These big family charity auctions are just like playing house, not interesting at all.”
Su Lin turned to Zhao Yanyan, “What about you, Yanyan?”
Zhao Yanyan sighed, “The Qin family sent an invitation, but I also don’t want to go. Su Lin, I want to practice martial arts too.”
“Alright then, if none of you are going, should I find soone else?” Su Lin feigned annoyance.
Zhao Yanyan nodded, “Is it the Miss from the Li family or the Qin family? They are all from wealthy families, such figures are sure to attend in large numbers. It might be nice for you to take one of them with you, Su Lin.”
Lin Xiaowan didn’t get jealous; she agreed, “Sooner or later, they will be sisters too. You take them along, Su Lin. I won’t get jealous.”
Xia Shiyu raised her little hand, “ neither!!!”
“Cough, cough, cough… What are you all talking about? You three have given a headache,” Su Lin said sowhat speechlessly.
Hearing this, Lin Xiaowan suddenly moved closer to Su Lin, hooking her arm around his neck, “So, they won’t beco our sisters? Su Lin, if you say so, I can accompany you to Treasure Pavilion.”
Su Lin: “…”
Seeing the innocence in Lin Xiaowan’s eyes, Su Lin realized he had been teased by her. He lightly patted Lin Xiaowan’s buttocks, “Your courage has been growing lately. Have the dicinal baths made you fearless, teasing like this?”

“Alright, alright, I was just teasing you. Who lets you always tease us?”
Su Lin laughed awkwardly, then noticed Xia Shiyu and Zhao Yanyan snickering. Just great! When did these three unite against him?
“How about we all go together? I’ve always been curious to et Li Ziyu and Qin Jiuyue,” Lin Xiaowan suggested.
Her ntion stirred so interest in Zhao Yanyan and Xia Shiyu, but Xia Shiyu hesitated at the thought of such affluent gatherings as she disliked such events.
Knowing Xia Shiyu’s concerns, Lin Xiaowan assured, “Su Lin got us VIP seats, no one will see us. Xiaoyu, don’t you want to see them?”
Xia Shiyu turned to Zhao Yanyan, “Do you want to go?”
“If the three of us sisters go, I’d be happy to. Hmph, Li Ziyu is a legend in Donghai, and I’m very curious about her.”
“Then I’ll go too.”
The three won then looked at Su Lin together.
Su Lin felt overwheld, sensing a charged atmosphere. Although both Qin Jiuyue and Li Ziyu had a favorable impression of him, he didn’t want to witness the girls in a verbal spar; it’s tiring and requires careful speech to avoid hurting their pride.
“Let’s set this straight: you must behave, no causing trouble, or I’d rather go alone than take you with .”
Lin Xiaowan promised, patting her 36D chest, “Rest assured, Su Lin. We’ve always been well-behaved; when have we ever embarrassed you?”
“Exactly, I’ve attended such auctions before, and Xiaowan has been invited even more frequently in the capital.”
Su Lin sighed internally, “Fine, then we’ll all go together. After you finish practicing, let’s go shopping for clothes and head to Treasure Pavilion in the afternoon.”
The three won were excited, especially Zhao Yanyan, who grew up in Donghai and had heard many stories about Li Ziyu.

Xia Shiyu rolled up her sleeves to start, but Zhao Yanyan stopped her, “Let do it. This breakfast was made by Su Lin for ; it wouldn’t be right for Xiaoyu to clean up.”
Xia Shiyu stepped back, allowing Zhao Yanyan to proceed.
Su Lin, seeing the harmonious scene among the three won, nodded in satisfaction. Though he couldn’t enjoy being with all of them at once, such harmony pleased him much more than constant bickering.
“Xiaowan, Xiaoyu, let’s head outside…”
