Outside the dance hall, a group of trainees were running for their lives, fearing that the madwoman who had been blocking her would suddenly appear.

They ran for quite so ti and had already made it back to the dormitory when the trainees finally stopped, leaning against the wall and struggling to catch their breath.

One of them said, "Who was that just now? Her whole deanor was so gloomy, as if she was ready to hit soone at any mont."

Another shook her head, "I don’t know, don’t recognize her, she must be a celebrity too, right? She had pretty good facial features."

The other trainees also shook their heads in agreent.

However, there was one trainee who seed puzzled, she felt she had seen this woman sowhere before but couldn’t rember at the mont.

Wen Ningning had been facing the cold violence of her team and hadn’t been going out for gigs for a long ti. She only had three or four chances to work a month.

The glamour seen on the surface of a celebrity all requires funds to maintain. Now, without money on hand, she naturally wouldn’t buy expensive new clothes, wearing old ones instead, and she didn’t wear makeup when she went out.

In just three short months, Wen Ningning’s look hadn’t changed, but her overall aura had shifted significantly. So unfamiliar people standing in front of her wouldn’t recognize her as the lively and cute Wen Ningning from before!

By the ti ng Wan received a reply from Wen Ningning and forwarded it to He Jinxia, Wen Ningning had already located the JY girl group’s dance studio and pushed the door open without knocking!

With a loud "Bang!" the sound was still jarringly loud amidst the spirited music.

All mbers of the JY girl group looked up in surprise.

Wen Ningning looked at them with a cold expression and didn’t speak right away.

Li Zimu was the first to react, walking forward a few steps with a smile and said, "Ningning, what brings you to the dance studio to watch us practice today?"

That sentence was like a spark, igniting the tension that Wen Ningning had been holding inside!

Anger welled up inside Wen Ningning. She thought they would at least give her an explanation, a word of apology, even if it was just a hypocritical gesture, it would’ve made her feel a little better.

But they didn’t, none of them did!

Li Zimu acted as if nothing had happened. Did they think she was a fool?!

Wen Ningning stared coldly at Li Zimu, scoffed, and repeated Li Zimu’s earlier words slowly, "What brings you to the dance studio to watch us dance today?"

"That’s really funny. Aren’t we part of the sa group? Aren’t I a mber of the JY girl group? Why should I have to find a special ti to watch you dance? Shouldn’t I be amongst you dancing together?"

Li Zimu’s expression remained unchanged, still wearing a gentle smile, looking at her as always, like soone observing a petulant child.

"Ningning, you’re overthinking it. It’s a special period now, so we didn’t have you co and dance with us. Once this period blows over, you’ll be back in the group as usual," Li Zimu said, hearing the anger in Wen Ningning’s words and trying to explain.

But Wen Ningning didn’t want this kind of explanation!

She glared at them furiously, releasing all the grievances she had felt from being neglected by the team, ostracized by the mbers, and her dissatisfaction with the team over the past few months.

"The past, huh? It’s impossible to just let it go, the news is there, you didn’t clear my na, no one spoke up for , and now netizens all think I’m a two-faced bitch! The reason my reputation has beco so bad is partly due to your inaction!"

Li Zimu’s expression changed slightly, and he said sternly, "Ningning, stop making a fuss."

"Fuss? I’m not making a fuss!"

Wen Ningning said excitedly, "If one of you had stood up to speak on my behalf back then, would I be in such a difficult position now? If Zhang Yingru had been willing to spend so money to buy my photos from the reporters, would my private photos have been leaked online without restraint!"

"You think I don’t know anything, but I know everything! I heard all of your conversations with Zhang Yingru in the office. Just because I was involved in unsavory photos, involved in a scandal, you think I’m worthless, so you wouldn’t even spend ten thousand yuan per photo to buy them and cover up for !"

"When you made this decision, did you consider how I felt? Did you co to ask ? Did I want to leak my own photos?"

"You know better than all the mbers what my private life is like. Nothing happened in those four years, so why did it blow up last year after ng Wan left the group?"

Wen Ningning stared at Li Zimu, questioning him word by word, "Clearly, you used my scandal to divert public attention. Why should I pay for Zhang Yingru’s mistakes in her decisions?"

Without waiting for Li Zimu to speak, she continued, "It was Zhang Yingru’s idea to have us post an open letter on the W platform, subtly criticizing ng Wan, and you were the first to agree."

"Haha, who would have thought that He Jinxia, at the height of her career, would stand up and support ng Wan, breaking your sar campaign against her! All from the sa group, He Jinxia, a forr mber who had left the group, would support her friend, but what about you?"

"I haven’t even left the group yet, and you treat as if I’m dead! Do I deserve to be used by you? You used to distract the public, and I have to pay for all the consequences!"

"I’m the one who’s had to bear the advertising penalty alone, I’m the one who’s lost the bookings, you bunch of hypocrites, you’re even worse than villains!"

Li Zimu looked deeply into Wen Ningning’s eyes, "Ningning, you’re overthinking it. We’ve been pulling strings for you behind the scenes, you just haven’t seen it. Believe , once this storm passes, everything will get better."

Wen Ningning shook her head, her eyes brimming with tears, her voice hoarse, "You’re lying to , you’ve always been deceiving , I can’t get past this, I can’t..."

"These past two months, you’ve ostracized blatantly and subtly, subjected to a cold war, taken away bookings that were originally mine. I’m no longer part of the sa group as you, you’ve told nothing, you don’t even consider a mber of the team!"

"I’m just an object, sothing for you to use as a shield in a critical mont, and once I’ve lost my value, you can just throw away easily!"

Wen Ningning coldly swept her gaze over all the mbers, then suddenly curled her lips into a smile, an eerie smile that sent shivers down one’s spine.

"Just continue staying in this team. Don’t think I’m the only exception. The first to leave, He Jinxia, is a good example. How you treated her back then is exactly how you’re treating today!"

"She was naive, she didn’t say anything, but I won’t hold back."

"Though He Jinxia might have been naive, she was smarter than all of us. At least she left the group while she was still young. Now she’s among the best in the second-tier actors, even amid trends pointing to the first-tier. Continue staying in this stagnant team if you like; I’m not going to accompany you any longer!"
