Chapter 844: Chapter 47: Wise Guy’s Charisma Mont (Part 1)

July 10th, 2:30 PM, Headquarters tea room.

“A man asked you out? And you agreed?!” Grey said in surprise.

“Yes, so…” Orianna pinched the hem of her dress shyly, “I was thinking, um… to seek a bit of advice from all of you…”

“Wow…” “Oh~~”

The two attendees let out aningful sighs. Grey nodded repeatedly with her teacup in hand, Sara twirled her hair with her fingers, and the third attendee remained silent, continuing to read her book.

This was a tea party that had been postponed since last month, as the knights were busy non-stop with duels before the court. Finally, they managed to find so half-day today. These high-status, powerful young won were now burning with gossip-like excitent similar to ordinary girls. Princess Grey began eagerly: “Did Mo Yuankai ask where to take you?”

“To an amusent park… why are you assuming the target before I even ntion who it is!” Orianna squeaked quietly.

“Recently, he’s the only likely possibility.” Sara said subtly, “As soone older, my advice to you is… uh… take proper safety asures?”

——

The Seventh Knight quickly blushed and sank back into the chair, her eyes resembling an overloaded, burdened computer.

“Oh dear, Orianna has lost consciousness…” Grey wiped her eyes sadly.

Sara smirked: “Wake up, Orianna! Otherwise, you’ll be swept away by a bad guy!”

Alandia casually conjured a warm towel and placed it on her friend’s face, and Orianna returned to normal after a while: “I’m, I’m… just a date! It’s absolutely impossible to progress to that stage, absolutely impossible!”

Sara folded her arms on the small table, resting her head like a big dog, and spoke cheerfully: “Well, we haven’t much advice to offer you~ Isn’t he quite the gentleman? Just enjoy, what’s there to worry about?”

Orianna whispered: “What if bandits appear to rob us…”

“Knight Orianna, it’s the 21st century! Get out of fairy tales and back to reality!” Grey was astonished.

“But I’ve never experienced this before!” Orianna said nervously, “I’ve never been to a place called… an amusent park. I’m worried I’ll make a fool of myself.”

“You have ti to volunteer at hospitals, nursing hos, and orphanages yet haven’t been to an amusent park?” Sara exclaid, “Didn’t the Duke and Duchess take you there as a child?”

Orianna’s speech was full of resentnt: “Father and mother thought it was undignified…”

“Well, that’s…”

“That’s a noble child’s dilemma~” Grey turned to the silent mber, “Dear Alandia, could you provide her with detailed explanations~?”

Alandia closed her book: “I haven’t been to an amusent park either.”

“You haven’t been either?!” X3

“To be exact, I’ve entered the amusent park area, but it was for investigating a murder case.” Alandia said, “It was a case that occurred on a roller coaster…”

“Thank you, Alandia.” Orianna said weakly, “I think I don’t need to hear these details.”

“Rest assured, there’s really nothing you need to worry about, just treat it as hanging out with friends.” Sara grabbed a small cookie, “Mo Yuankai is quite observant; he should avoid that… um… kind of amateur mistakes.”

“What do you an?” Orianna blinked.

“You know, so n ramble on about boring topics just to show off.” Sara said subtly, “They always use their standards to judge everything and subconsciously think everyone shares their interests, so they never think they’re even slightly wrong.”

“Sounds disastrous…” Orianna said sympathetically, “What did Knight Yuliy do?”

Sara shrugged: “He talked for two hours about the sword theory and work guidelines.”

Orianna and Grey both sighed, and Dawn Knight comnted: “Very practical topic.”

Grey asked seriously: “Didn’t you set your dogs on him?”

“I believe towards the end I showed so displeasure… so much so that I rarely drew my longsword and dueled him.” Sara smiled wryly, “After the fight, the gentleman left with a sense of accomplishnt, his back confident and proud as if he genuinely thought he did quite well.”

Orianna rarely spoke with a hint of superiority: “Mr. Mo would never do that.”

“Let’s hope so~~” Grey put down her tea cup, “But, dear Knight. The real him might not be as excellent as you imagine? What if he’s less ‘honest’ in love matters?

After all, you’ve only known each other for a little over a month, and he’ll soon return to the City of the Sky. You should really understand him before deciding if you want to pursue a relationship.”

“Mr. Mo is an honest hero!” Orianna said angrily.

“Our glorious ancestors were also great heroes.” Grey said, “And his performance in private life… hmm… I won’t comnt.”

“This… this…”

Orianna recalled the speculation of Mo Yuankai and the Holy King both being Superpower Users, suddenly feeling uneasy. Similar abilities don’t an similar personalities, but they could both be seeds of the King of Greed… King of Greed… Greed…

A overwheld Orianna leaned on the table: “Ah, wah wah wah…”

Grey slapped the big book on the table, rubbing her hands eagerly: “Hence, I suggest you take this opportunity to subtly probe his past romantic experiences. See if this man is truly a gentleman or a rogue disguised as one!”
