After his rebirth with Nirvana Fla, his main ans of attack revolved around Nirvana Fla. In either case, Gongsun Ce excelled in mid to long-range combat. For him, martial arts seed hardly relevant.
Anyway, he lacked the talent for Heavenly Return Skill, so no matter how much he trained, he wouldn’t be stronger than his girlfriend.

Being powerful but unable to use that power effectively was the most frustrating feedback Gongsun Ce had during the battle with the Red Mage. He could easily flatten a block or smash an entire building, but he was helpless against that laughing malevolence. Even after breaking through to Divine Communication, the damage he dealt to her with Nirvana Fla was limited, to the extent that it took a concerted effort to find an opportunity to overco the Red Mage.
“Exactly right, and that’s what I want to point out to you,” Agent Will noted in his book. “In terms of overall power, your reborn state has reached the Creation Realm Level, but how to concentrate these powers and to deal effective damage efficiently is a weakness you urgently need to address.”
“I see, so you’re suggesting that I learn martial arts to improve effective damage… To develop more powerful moves?”
“Yes, I have a lot of experience in this area that I can share with you. I believe that personal training two to three tis a week would help you. Would you be interested?”
