Chapter 637: Chapter 74 Divine Communication Battles the Creation Realm (Part 2)_2

That was enough. For them, this was sufficient to serve as the exchange for the entire plan.

“Go, Ah Ce! Rescue everyone!”

The bow bent like a full moon, the flying arrow like a shooting star. The pure white long arrow pierced through the gloomy clouds, aid at the Chikou Evil Spirit, aid at the sun behind the Red Mage’s head!

Everything happened in an instant. The Red Mage turned around alertly as Gongsun Ce wrapped around him suddenly exploded into a ball of gray fla, halting the evil spirit’s assault. The white arrow began to lt the mont it touched the dark red sun, but this was exactly what Gongsun Ce had intended. Because hidden within the white arrow was a secret…

The last ti, when fighting Qin Ming, the white weapon contained telekinesis.

This ti, the white weapon concealed a piece of paper inscribed with text and a ball of gray fla!

The Nirvana Fla hidden within the arrow suddenly erupted, propelling the half-destroyed white arrow into the sun. Gongsun Ce, entangled by the Red Mage, turned to gray fla, and another Gongsun Ce stepped out from the Nirvana Fla within the arrow. Grasping the written white paper and carrying the good fortune bestowed by the feather of miracles, he stepped into the sun with the arrow…

He broke into the Void Sun Red Magic!

·

How long had she been walking?

Qiluo could not find the answer.

She could use precise ntal calculations to deduce the ti since she had awakened, but Qiluo could not be certain whether there was a difference in ti between here and the outside world.

If a year outside was equivalent to a day here…

If after all the hard work, she found that everyone was already dead…

If this was all the Red Mage’s play, and it had long been watching these few ants fleeing from the shadows…

Too many terrible possibilities, too many instances of fear nad the unknown were almost driving Qiluo to the brink of collapse. This was the truly terrifying world—one not of monsters or ghosts, but of your own imagination. You don’t know what is coming, don’t know where it is safe. You only know this place is dangerous, that you could die at any mont… but you don’t even dare cry out, for that might alert the demons lurking in the shadows to your escape.

“…”

Using her abilities, Qiluo concealed her presence and dragged her unconscious friends through the red cloud. Vaguely, she saw the surrounding scene change, and it seed she was nearing the exit. The girl looked forward with joy, but her face turned pale at the sight she had not anticipated.

She had reached the edge of the red cloud; there was no road ahead. This red cloud was suspended thousands of feet in the air, with a mountain of corpses and a sea of blood below, filled with demon soldiers and ghostly generals.

Qiluo had no way to escape; she could not fly, nor did she have a strong body. She was neither Gongsun Ce nor Qin Qianbai; she was just a girl who loved to sing, always helpless in the face of danger.

“…Hmm!”

Qiluo held back her tears; she couldn’t give up, she mustn’t give up. Perhaps everyone would wake up soon. Surely soone would co to save her… She saw faint hints of cloud-like steps at the edge of the clouds and leapt down with her friends, jumping down layer by layer, until she was about to set foot on the ground.

Below the last cloud, there was a boiling sea of blood. Countless red evils living within the blood sea had gaping jaws, waiting for food to tumble from the clouds for their pleasure.

“…”

So it was all a deliberate arrangent. The Red Mage had specially set this escape path, so that the playthings would believe there was hope waiting ahead, only to enjoy watching their utterly despairing expressions at the end. The monsters hadn’t detected her presence, but they leapt from the blood sea with their ferocity, biting at the air. With each bite, they tore at the clouds, snuffing out nearly half of her foothold.

Qiluo desperately stood in front of her friends, thinking to at least buy a bit more ti. But then, all the monsters stopped their movent at once, simultaneously turning their heads toward the sky.

Qiluo followed the monsters and looked up, seeing a point of grey light twinkling in the blood-red sky. That light expanded in the space of a breath, turning into a cot tearing through the sky, made of a mass of burning dark clouds!

Qiluo subconsciously lifted her cloak of invisibility, and the star ca hurtling towards her. It was faster than the reaction of any of the monsters, but Qiluo could clearly see its appearance. Dressed in black just as he was three years ago, with a ponytail of grey hair, his outfit was so peculiar yet his expression was so confident—as dazzling as a hero on TV.

Yes, that was the man she had watched from afar all those years… and now he truly arrived, riding the grey flas to her side, burning away all evil spirits and fears with his power!

Qiluo shakily grasped his arm, rambling incoherently, “Shiyu Lianyi… seems unable to fight… might have to rely on Kardesia… There’s a palace over there, seems to be the core…”

“Mm.”

“I, I…”

Gongsun Ce wrapped his arms tightly around her, patting her back gently.

“Don’t be afraid, Qiluo,” he said firmly, “I’ve co to rescue you!”

Qiluo burst into tears, soaking his clothes with her tears. She could finally cry, finally allow herself to be scared, to feel sadness. Her hero had co, she could rest easy. She no longer needed to pretend to be strong.

“I was really scared… Gongsun Ce, but… sob… I knew!” Qiluo wiped her tears, crying out, “I knew you would definitely co to rescue !!”

Gongsun Ce flew with the girl in his arms, trailing his unconscious friends with the Nirvana Fla. He flew directly into the palace at the heart of Fallen Heaven, furiously slapped the white paper onto the ground. This was an item given by the King of Destiny after the Zero Island incident, able to affect a wide range of imminent events, and the Red Mage’s Fallen Heaven happened to be a world with an extrely vast range!

Thirty streams of Illusion flashed from within him, John’s miracle feathers solidified into a golden dice that landed in his hand. Gongsun Ce threw the lucky dice, shouting, “Please, King of Destiny! Just this once, give so good luck!!”

The golden dice tumbled on the ground, rolling a 10 and a 1. The writing on the white paper vanished and was rewritten, transforming into a line of new text. The dice landed again, rolling a “6” in the new charts.

6: Due to the influential force of Nirvana Fla and external rescuers, Fallen Heaven suffered severe damage. The remnants of life rejected by the world were expelled, and Nirvana Fla completed its blockade on Fallen Heaven.

Gongsun Ce clasped his hands in front of his chest, using almost all his energy to create a Nirvana Fla sphere compressed to its limit. Throwing the sphere upwards, he shouted under Qiluo’s astonished gaze, “Go, and bring down the Fallen Heaven!”

The Nirvana Fla sphere sped through the air, piercing the palace’s do, slicing through the somber clouds, and drilling through the lightless sky, forcibly creating another hole to the outside world in Fallen Heaven. Centered around this hole, countless cracks spread across Fallen Heaven, the people once engulfed by Fallen Heaven but not completely assimilated were leaving the Red Mage’s world at this mont, returning to the real world!

This had been Gongsun Ce’s true goal in his relentless fight—to rescue lives swallowed by Fallen Heaven. When Shiyu Lianyi had sent out his telepathic signal, Gongsun Ce realized the truth. Without a physical body, the Red Mage naturally had no need to feed. The lives he had consud were likely not within his casually constructed body, but inside his world.

Shiyu Lianyi had ntioned the “Sun”, and Gongsun Ce, during his previous battle, tried to destroy the Red Mage’s physical form, discovering that the new combat bodies relied on light from that sun. Recalling the anomaly that occurred when the dragon body appeared before, he had a plan. That sun was one of the hearts of the Red Mage’s ntal realm; the unmanifested Fallen Heaven lay within the sun!

“Oh Calamity God! You’ve refused the salvation of the fallen, do you intend to destroy my heaven?”

Outside the gaping fissures, the voice of Kong Wang thundered like thunder. Gongsun Ce remained unafraid, shouting back, “What heaven! A place where only you are happy is nothing but hell to everyone else, and it deserves to be utterly obliterated by yours truly!”

Chaos reigned within Fallen Heaven, as the blood sea demon soldiers, red cloud, and other attacks ca one after another, all blocked by the Nirvana Fla. Gongsun Ce took Qiluo’s hand, supporting his friends as they flew, heading towards the world beyond the fissures. He awkwardly said to Qiluo while looking into her eyes, “So, um, Qiluo, I know saying this now is really inappropriate and pretty bad, but… things aren’t great outside. A lot of people are about to lose it so…”

All the bravado he had against the Red Mage was gone; in her eyes, Gongsun Ce seed all too ordinary now, and a bit nervous.

Qiluo grabbed his face, looking at him earnestly, “Do you want to sing?”

Gongsun Ce was taken aback, a bit embarrassed, “…Yes.”

“Then, I will sing!” declared the idol missy, drying her tears and stating cheerfully, “No matter when, I will sing for you!”
