After making a personal call to Principal Onowell, the Spencer couple believed soone’s lie and started busying themselves with entertaining guests.
“It’s been a long ti since we had so many guests at our place,” comnted Reya Spencer. “The last ti was your sister’s birthday party with her classmates.”
“Did they have fun?”
“Not really, halfway through they got into an argunt with your mom. The whole table took turns discussing the new culture and environntalism, only to be scolded into silence.”
The woman in the hat laughed mischievously: “I can picture it, she must have been furious.”
From the kitchen, Alpholda exclaid furiously: “If you have ti to chat, co help prepare the snacks! There’s eight more people here!”
Reya quickly walked over. He’s a mild-mannered middle-aged man, wearing a pair of small round glasses, with hair that’s slightly thinning, and a bit of dust from tidying up the house on him. Reya’s wife is quite the opposite; Alpholda Spencer wears ripped jeans and a crop top, paired with a black jacket. The Spencer family’s dining table appeared too crowded at this ti, so Gongsun Ce simply conjured another set of tables and chairs with white material to join the original, earning praise from the hostess.
