"Thanks for earlier!" He Baowen said to Suming.
"You're welco," Suming replied, his face ashen, grinding his teeth with every word.
"I really should thank you, if you hadn't pulled away, I might already be flat on the street!" He Baowen said as she picked up the broken gun and the dart from the ground, adding bitterly, "What era is this that people are still using darts? We must have the forensics departnt look into this, find these two bastards... Huh? Wait a minute..."
As she spoke, she sensed sothing was off.
Just now, two 'black spots' had flown her way, two darts.
One dart hit her handgun and was now stuck in the wall, but where was the other one?
"Wasn't there another dart? Did you see it?" she turned to ask Suming.
Suming's face wore an extrely odd expression as he stamred, "That... I... didn't see it..."
Anyone could tell that Suming had definitely seen it but just didn't want to say; He Baowen's face turned serious, "Quickly tell . This is important evidence. Assault on a police officer is a serious cri; we can't let them get away with this. I need to take it back for my colleagues in forensics!"

Luckily, Suming didn't have the habit of going commando.
"Hey, your butt... is pretty perky," He Baowen remarked casually as she slapped Suming's butt.
"Are you done yet?" Suming said angrily, glancing towards the other end of the alley, "Hurry up! Before soone cos!"
He Baowen's cheeks flushed, she too glanced nervously at the entrance of the alley. If soone were to walk in now and see them like this, they definitely wouldn't think anything good.
"Hold on, I'm going to pull it out. On the count of three... one..."
He Baowen barely counted one digit and, without giving Suming a chance to brace himself, she yanked out the dart in one swift motion.
"Agh!"
Suming's scream echoed in the alley. Being shot wasn't painful; because of the dart's speed and sharpness, it was more like an electric shock—a numbness; but pulling it out ant dragging flesh out from the wound, a different kind of agonizing bitterness.
His bloody 'cheek' now looked like the open mouth of a child, blood spurting out from the wound.
With a frown, He Baowen deftly removed her shirt, tearing it into strips to bandage Suming, leaving her in just her undershirt.
The two of them were now in quite an awkward situation, one with pants down, the other shirtless, the man bracing against the wall with his buttocks out, the woman squatting behind him. Aside from the suggestive positions, it all looked too much like a couple sneaking around in the alley.
The atmosphere turned awkward, and He Baowen coughed to change the subject, "A lot of throwing weapons in movies are poisoned, do you think this dart could be poisoned?"
"Could be!" Suming said seriously, "I feel a bit numb; maybe I'm poisoned!"
Numbness was a given with so much blood lost and the intense pain. Anyone would feel it.
He Baowen, unaware that Suming was joking and being soone accustod to firearms, had a strange fear of bladed weapons. She looked up anxiously and asked, "What should we do then?"
"Well, there is one thing, but it would trouble you..." Suming said, hesitantly.
"Quit beating around the bush, you saved , it's no trouble at all!" He Baowen said.
"Alright then," Suming stuck out his butt, "you'll have to suck the poison out with your mouth."
Suming protruded his buttocks higher, his body forming a very enticing curve.
He Baowen's face turned from pale to red, she held her breath for several seconds, then shouted, "Go to hell!"
With a shoulder throw, she flipped Suming head over heels.

"Sis, I got hit by a dart!"
In the end, He Baowen supported the limping Suming out of the alley, his face full of gloom.
"Next ti you ss with , it'll be more than a shoulder throw! I'm a black belt in judo!" He Baowen glared at him.
