Not only the Beast pirates but Big Mom and Red haired pirates' go invitation tooo.
The atmosphere in the throne room of Whole Cake Island was as stifling as ever. The air was heavy with the sickly-sweet aroma of sugar and the undercurrent of nace that always accompanied Charlotte Linlin, better known as Big Mom. Her imposing figure was draped across her ornate candy throne, the light from the chandelier casting eerie shadows across her monstrous grin. The Cipher Pol envoy stood before her, his back straight and his expression carefully composed, though beads of sweat dotted his brow.
Big Mom leaned forward slightly, her eyes narrowing as she studied the agent like a predator assessing its prey. Her fingers, adorned with gaudy rings, drumd against the armrest of her throne with a slow, deliberate rhythm. Each tallic tap echoed ominously through the room.
"So," she began, her voice syrupy yet laced with danger, "you've co all this way, sneaking into my territory, to ask to fight against Whitebeard and this Dave fellow? Tell ..." Her grin widened, revealing sharp, nacing teeth. "What could the World Governnt possibly offer that I don't already have?"
The agent cleared his throat, summoning every ounce of courage he possessed. "Charlotte Linlin-sama, the World Governnt acknowledges your unparalleled power and influence over the seas. In exchange for your cooperation, we offer an official pardon for the Big Mom Pirates and permanent recognition as a sovereign ruler. Whole Cake Island and your territories will be declared untouchable."
The room fell silent for a mont, save for the faint, unsettling crackle of the homies scattered around. A nearby candlestick giggled nervously, while the carpet under the agent's feet seed to whisper among itself. The tension was palpable.
Big Mom tilted her head, her wild pink hair cascading like a lion's mane. Then, abruptly, she threw her head back and let out a thunderous laugh that shook the very walls. "Mama-mama-mama! Is that all?!" Her laughter was so loud and raucous that the agent instinctively took a step back. "An official pardon? Recognition? Hah! I don't need your pardon. Who's going to stop ? And as for recognition, I already consider myself a queen! Your little papers an nothing to !"
Her laughter subsided as she leaned forward, her massive fra casting a shadow over the envoy. The grin remained, but now it was twisted, cruel, and nacing. "You think you can bribe into risking my children, my empire, for your war? Nice try. But I think I'll sit back and watch how this little ga plays out first."
The agent swallowed hard. "Big Mom-sama, we are offering a chance to ensure—"
Before he could finish, Big Mom's face darkened, and her voice dropped to a growl. "I wasn't finished speaking." She slamd her fist onto the armrest, causing the entire throne room to tremble. "You're boring . And do you know what happens to boring people in my territory?" Her gaze turned hungry, a glint in her eyes that promised sothing far worse than death.
"Mama, mama..." she sang softly, leaning back with a mockingly sweet smile. "Maybe I should turn you into a nice little pie for my tea later. What do you think? Strawberry filling? Or maybe lemon curd?"
The agent paled, his composure breaking entirely. He bowed deeply, his voice cracking as he stamred, "Th-thank you for your ti, Big Mom-sama! I-I'll take my leave now!"
Big Mom waved her hand dismissively, her grin still fixed in place. "Go on, then. Run along before I change my mind."
The agent didn't need to be told twice. He spun on his heel and practically sprinted out of the throne room, his footsteps echoing as he fled. Big Mom watched him go, her laughter ringing out once more, full of malice and amusent.
"Mama-mama-mama!" she cackled, turning her attention to Katakuri, who stood silently nearby. "These World Governnt dogs think they can bribe into doing their dirty work. Pathetic, isn't it?"
Katakuri nodded, his arms crossed as he observed the agent's retreat. "They underestimate your power, Mama. But it's clear they're desperate."
Big Mom's laughter softened into a contemplative hum as she picked up a slice of cake and took a massive bite. "Desperate, indeed. But this war could be interesting. Let's keep an eye on this Dave and his little rebellion. If it looks like they might win, maybe we'll swoop in and take the spoils for ourselves. After all, why settle for crumbs when I can have the whole feast?"

The sun hung low on the horizon, casting a golden glow across the sea as the Red Force gently rocked in the waves. The Red-Haired Pirates lounged on the deck, a mix of relaxation and vigilance evident in their deanor. Shanks, the crew's charismatic leader, sat cross-legged at the edge of the ship, a bottle of sake in hand. His carefree smile masked the sharp mind that had earned him a reputation as one of the Four Emperors.
The Cipher Pol agent stood before him, sharply dressed in the World Governnt's signature black suit and tie. His posture was rigid, his deanor polite yet cautious. He knew well enough that showing disrespect in the presence of Shanks or his crew could be his last mistake.
"Red-Haired Shanks," the agent began, his voice carefully asured. "The World Governnt has taken note of your influence and the respect you command across the seas. We co to you with a proposal: join us, or at the very least, remain uninvolved in the conflict brewing between the Neo Marines and the World Governnt."
Shanks tilted his head slightly, his expression inscrutable. His vibrant red hair caught the sunlight, making him seem almost otherworldly. He swirled the sake bottle lazily, the liquid sloshing inside as if mirroring the tides around them. His crew, though seemingly relaxed, kept a subtle eye on the interaction. Ben Beckman leaned against the mast, his cigarette smoldering as he studied the agent with quiet intensity, while Yasopp absentmindedly cleaned his rifle, though his sharp gaze flickered toward the visitor every now and then.
