After a short fight, Dave and the others defeated them. Although the vampires' levels were high, the team's coordination made the battle much easier. Having fought through the previous 19 buildings, they had learned how to cover each other and effectively take down opponents. Thanks to their teamwork, they successfully defeated the two vampire nobles.
Dave checked the level and saw he is now 279- three level growth while other gained one or two level, even Diana is now Level 299 and Boa is now level 298, they both also gained one level too.

"An Elixir, huh?" Dave nodded as he uncorked it and drank it in one gulp. Though it was regretful that only one dropped despite the many vampires they had killed, he was fortunate to have obtained at least one.
It was exactly what he wanted. Normally, one gains 10 stat points per level-up, so an Elixir was like gaining a free level—a highly valuable resource.

Four more hours passed. They killed the scattered remnants of the vampires' and familiars, while searching and eventually found a deep cave. The entrance was covered by a rock wall, making it look like a secretive and suspicious place.

Fortunately, Diana was ready the whole ti, thanks to Dave warning them earlier. The attack fell upon them, but the light do ford around them, deflecting the attack back.
Soon, the magic shower stopped as two massive golems appeared in front of them.

Both were among the highest-level golems created by Braham. Along with them, there were also around twenty human-shaped golems called Soul Dolls.
"I guess there's a treasure here," Dave said as they all nodded, preparing to fight the guardians.

Dave quickly analyzed the abilities of their enemies. The Soul Dolls were dangerous due to their retained combat experience, but the real threats were the Ancient Weapons.
"Magic nullification and evolving resistance?" Dave narrowed his eyes. "That ans prolonged fights will only make them harder to kill."
"Leo, Jude, take care of the Soul Dolls. Elira, don't use the sa spell twice—mix it up!" Dave ordered swiftly. "Diana, keep the buffs coming. Boa, you're with . We'll focus on taking down the Ancient Weapons."
As soon as he finished speaking, the golems roared to life.
WHIRR!
The Ancient Weapons stomped forward, their chanical joints clicking as they locked onto their targets. The air vibrated as their anti-magic field expanded, causing Elira to feel a montary disconnect from her mana.
"Tsk! My spells are being suppressed!" she cursed, quickly adjusting.
The first Ancient Weapon raised its massive arm, swinging down toward Dave like a falling pillar.
BOOM!
The ground split apart from the sheer force, sending debris flying. Dave had already vanished, appearing mid-air with his sword raised.
"100,000 Army Massacre Sword!"
A flurry of light-infused slashes rained down on the golem's head, carving deep gashes into its surface. However, the damage didn't last long—the runes on its body glowed as it began adapting.
"Resistance to slashes, huh?" Dave smirked. "Then let's switch it up."
Aside from Weapon Mastery, he also had Unard Mastery, so he changed his attacks to fists. He took a step forward and began punching the golem repeatedly.
[ Five-hit combo reached ]

[ Seven-hit combo reached ]

Now, without the weight of the greatsword, his movents beca faster as he executed a seamless combination. He didn't give the Ancient Weapon any ti to recover, continuously striking it. Soon, its health plumted, and suddenly, the Ancient Weapon started glowing before—
BOOM!
It exploded.

"Damn," Dave muttered as he erged from the dust. "Ancient Weapons explode after dying, so jump back after killing them!" he warned.
Diana nodded and cast "Holy Bind", summoning divine chains that wrapped around several Soul Dolls, restraining them near the remaining Ancient Golem.
"Holy Execution!"
Boa shouted, her attack slicing cleanly through the last bit of the Ancient Weapon's HP. As the Ancient Weapon collapsed, she quickly retreated, avoiding the explosion.
The Ancient Weapon exploded killing the Soul Dolls along side it, the other Soul dolls were also killed by Leo and other Knights.
[Now dogs and cows dare touch my things.]
"Dog?"
"Cow?"
"Us?"
"Who dares to call My Lord, Dog?" Leo shouted and Dave face pald wondering whether to scold him or praise him.
