Lin Chen jumped out of Long Wu's office window and landed on the ground, finally letting out a sigh of relief.

Unlike other underworld bosses, Nian Si maintained a good relationship with the police, even actively cooperating with their work.

"What did you say?" Chen Kang, as the future successor of the Chen family, was infuriated by the nurse's insubordination.
"Why are you yelling? If you disturb Elder Nian, can you bear the responsibility?" Nurse Hu snorted coldly.
Chen Kang's face turned an iron blue with anger, but he had no choice; after all, Hu ii was a favorite in front of Elder Nian. With her sweet looks, she had won the old man's affection and thus had remained close to take care of him.
Chen Kang wanted to keep arguing, but Lin Chen tugged at his sleeve.
"Let it be, since Elder Nian is asleep, we'll co back later," Lin Chen said with a smile.
"Hmph," Chen Kang snorted coldly and left with Lin Chen.
After they left the Nian residence, Chen Kang said in a sowhat depressed tone, "Lin Chen, why did you stop ? If I don't set her straight, that brat will think she can do whatever she wants."
Lin Chen just smiled lightly, "No need to look anymore, I already know the cause of Elder Nian's illness."
"What?" Chen Kang was stunned at Lin Chen's words.
At that mont, Lin Chen and Chen Kang moved to the back yard of the Nian family and then pointed at the drainpipe, "Can you climb up there?"
Chen Kang nodded, and the two of them climbed up the water pipe to Elder Nian's room and hid behind the curtains.
As soon as they had hidden themselves, Nurse Hu walked in.
She carried a small tray with so dicines, but she didn't inject them into Elder Nian. Instead, she approached him.
With a seductive smile on her lips, Hu ii looked at Nian Si, then suddenly leaned down. Her movents suggested she was going to kiss Nian Si, but she stopped just short of his lips.
At that mont, her cherry-like lips gently inhaled, and a white stream of energy was sucked into her nose from Elder Nian.
"What is this!" Seeing this scene, Chen Kang's face changed dramatically.

Witnessing this, Lin Chen could no longer bear it. This guy really had weak willpower, to be bewitched so easily.
Just then, Hu ii's eyes suddenly turned in the direction where Lin Chen was hiding, and she chuckled, "Barefoot Doctor, no need to hide anymore, co out, sister has seen you."
