When Black Bear woke up, he found himself already in a room like a cell.

Black Bear knew the things he did weren't clean, so he put a lot of effort into eventually landing a title as a NPC delegate in Cloud City.
Seeing Xin Xiaoqi in police uniform, he imdiately brought up his delegate status.

Lin Chen nodded and said to Xin Xiaoqi, "Make a call and check if it's real."
Xin Xiaoqi nodded and made the call.
In a short while, a ssage was confird that Black Bear indeed held the status of a delegate.
Black Bear, feeling proud: "Kid, now you have nothing to say, do you?"

Lin Chen smiled warmly at Black Bear and nodded, then said to Xin Xiaoqi and another investigating officer, "Xiao Qi, you guys step out for a mont, I want to have a good talk with Brother Bear."
Xin Xiaoqi understood that Lin Chen was doing this for her and the other officer's benefit. After all, Black Bear's current status was that of a well-known entrepreneur, and if any private punishnt occurred, it might affect her and the other officer, so Lin Chen sent them away.
Once the two left, the room instantly fell a bit quiet.
