Chapter 688: Chapter 682: Receiving Up

“The surveillance equipnt inside wasn’t switched on, but I have a vague idea of what it might be.” Luna Starfield started speaking with a smile, “If I am not mistaken, there is an 80% chance that it’s a spaceship, a personal small-scale spaceship.”

“Oh, let’s go check it out.” Finn Lewis imdiately expressed his curiosity. He was rather intrigued by this, although he didn’t exactly know what this small spaceship was.

Under Luna Starfield’s guidance, Finn got to Hangar 1 quickly. When he arrived at the entrance of Hangar 1, the hangar’s doors began to open under Luna’s controls. As the doors opened and the lights inside turned on, a dark warship ca into Finn’s line of sight.

The warship wasn’t particularly large but slightly bigger than planes on Earth. However, its wings weren’t like those on Earth’s aircraft; they were significantly broader. On each side of the wings, there were six gun ports, shimring with a dark cyan glow.

“Luna, can you give an overview of its data?” Even though the warship Finn saw wasn’t that big and compact, for so reason, the tal on the exterior gave him a strange feeling.

“Its length is 325 ters, wing width is 138 ters, and its height is 42 ters. If my database isn’t wrong, it’s made out of a special crystal mineral compound, which is naturally occurring. After a certain degree of manufacturing, this mineral has an extrely strong characteristic. That is, during a jump, it has a very low gravitational propagational coefficient with space. In other words, for the sa jump of 1000 light-years, a spaceship constructed out of this mineral would only need less than a third of the energy of a regular spaceship.”

“Your Highness, you can see its surface is nearly a single mold. This is one of the characteristics of this type of crystal mineral. It also carries thirty-six engines. Although the warship is small, according to the data I’ve scanned, its performance is likely no less than a combat-class warship. Most importantly, it’s more flexible and harder to detect. It’s highly unlikely that anyone could track your location in the universe.”

“Is it that good?” Curious, Finn walked towards it, directly climbed a ladder, and put his hand on its shell, which was slightly warm. Unlike steel, it gave an unusual feeling. When he inspected it from afar, he couldn’t tell, but up close, the black color resembled a dark crystal, giving it a high-quality feel.

“Yes, it seems the gifter had a firm resolution. Moreover, such a spaceship’s construction might even be more expensive than a level two warship, at least one billion star credits.” Luna Starfield replied with certainty.

“It looks like the gifter has given a grand gift,” Finn said, rubbing his hands.

“This solves a problem. This large spaceship is definitely impossible to land on Earth. So, with this small spaceship at hand, we can land on Earth.”

“It looks like Your Highness really likes this gift.” Luna Starfield said with a smile.

“Of course, we can now set off with our fleet. How long will it take to get to the Solar System?” Finn imdiately turned to Luna Starfield and asked.

“Approximately ten days. Your Highness, don’t worry, with our current fleet, no one would dare to bother us. However, you’ll have to consider certain issues because, apart from Commander Davis’s team, the rest of our fleet are robots. We aren’t short of supplies for now as we have a large transport ship carrying these supplies. But in the long run, if you don’t have stable support, we’re not going to make it,” Luna Starfield said.

Finn nodded and after thinking for a while, he said, “First, I will transform a planet and use it as a backup. This should satisfy the entire fleet’s supply needs for a short while. As for everything else, we’ll discuss it later.”

Finn didn’t have a quick solution for this situation for the ti being; he hadn’t even finished dealing with matters on Earth. Once he’s done with Earth, he’ll deal with the other matters.

In the grand sche of interstellar travel, ten days was a very short period. Although it was not calm for Finn, he did not waste any ti but entered Starfield Network using the equipnt on the spaceship. In strict terms, this was the real Starfield Network.

It resembled the holographic network that existed on Earth. Using virtual helts and holographic simulation cabins, he logged into Starfield Network. Here, it seed like a real second world, according to Luna Starfield. They adapted spirit simulation technology to deliver signals directly into people’s brains.

It was very similar to The Matrix that was shown on Earth. After entering Starfield Network, it felt like living in the matrix of The Matrix. Everything was directly simulated into people’s brain signals. You could shop here with no difference from reality.

Plus, you could choose any planet in the Federation. This was the true Starfield Network and not what Finn understood, which was logging in through the smart computer on his wrist, that’s only a basic feature of Starfield Network. Most people used similar thods to log in.

Of course, logging in with personal brain computers was for controlling externals. Finn experienced what real holographic gas were inside this place. The legendary holographic gas.

A completely real experience. It was no different here from reality, except for the slight discrepancy in pain sensation. The only reason that pain sensation was turned off was to prevent physical harm due to brain stimulation in response to death inside here. Otherwise, if your brain transmitted a wrong signal of “You’re dead”, you would actually die in reality.

However, the total system simulation cabin could easily solve this issue. Even if the pain here was identical to reality, your death here wouldn’t cause brain or physical death in reality. However, it might cause other ntal disorders.

During those ten days, Finn spent his ti experiencing those gas. After returning to the Solar System, for the first ti, Finn realized how the outside of the Solar System looked. Outside the Solar System, also known as the Kepler Star Belt, or the area beyond Pluto, the sunlight had hit its limit. So this place was invisible to the naked eye. However, it was filled with an abundance of teorites, small asteroids, and so relatively larger planets.
