Chapter 591: Chapter 585: Strange Person
The thing that scared Finn Lewis the most was that the Earth was treated as a private planet and flown over by extraterrestrials without the Earth’s population even noticing. And dammit, it was obvious they had soone managing all this. No wonder the person who had earlier wanted to kill Lewis had been so careful–the planet’s entire atmosphere was constantly monitored, and clearly that man didn’t want these people to find out.
And Zero, apparently, knew who these people were. Zero was right; these people were likely from so official organization. But where was this so-called organization located? What kind of country is it? This was the first ti Finn felt hopelessly insignificant. He knew alien life forms existed, but because he had Zero around, he felt he had no reason to fear aliens, or rather that he didn’t have a strict understanding of what aliens were.
Now, however, Finn suddenly realized just how vast the gap between them was, an almost unbridgeable one at that. Moreover, he found himself puzzled by the fact that the aliens didn’t look like the grotesque creatures humans imagined them to be. True, there were such aliens, for example, the few people who ca to assassinate Finn, but they seed to be re hitn. The ones that ruled among these aliens were still human-like.
That was a massive load of information. He didn’t know how long a star year was, but at most it would be the sa as an Earth year. Finn had no idea how much he could develop in a year, but undoubtedly, he suddenly had an unprecedented sense of urgency.
“Young master,” Olivia Thatcher’s voice suddenly sounded as Finn was lost in thought.
“Hm,” Finn raised an eyebrow.
“Master, Keller has a suggestion,” Olivia continued to speak, “What’s the suggestion?” As soon as Finn asked this, he felt a surge in ntal connection.
Finn knew this was the Insect Queen Keller’s psychic connection. Finn agreed to the connection, and her voice quickly rang in his mind: “Supre Ruler, this planet restricts our developnt, I want to launch spores into deep space.”
Her suggestion was simple but hearing it silenced Finn for a mont. All this while, Finn hadn’t really planned to develop the Icarus Insect Species into a great power, but as it’s been said, life always finds a way. Even if he was the supre ruler of the insect species, the whole insect species existed as his will, but the species would still propose to continue evolving and developing.
Spores were a thod the early Icarus Insect Species used to develop into space. Each spore wasn’t very large, about the size of a basketball, but it contained high-energy and larvae of the Icarus Insect Species. Each spore contained enough energy to hatch all five or six finger-sized larvae into worker bees, from which one of the worker bees could hatch into a main hive.
This was an effective way to expand its power. Before hatching and evolving advanced insect units, this was the thod the insect species used to travel between planets. These spores were extrely active and adaptable to various conditions, even able to survive on asteroids.
These insect units couldn’t contact Finn and he couldn’t contact them until certain conditions were t – unless Finn got close to them, or waited for them to evolve slowly, hatching a insect queen, which then allowed for contact with Finn. As to whether anything unexpected would happen in between, the world is always full of surprises.
However, as long as Finn doesn’t encounter any accidents, the Icarus insect species in the universe will not be out of his control. What’s more, these insect units that have only been launched in spores form, are just a plan B for Finn. Because without the help of high-level insects, their survival probability is too low. Let alone the dangers in the universe, even if they successfully landed on so planets and started to hatch, they would have no combat power at the beginning.
In fact, their combat power is extrely low before a insect queen is hatched. Even with a queen, it depends on whether there is enough energy around them to hatch a large number of insect units.
“Launch them, but don’t consu too many units, and don’t let people capture this scene,” Finn thought and decided not to refuse. These spores were scattered throughout the universe, many of the spores survived and hatched on a variety of planets. Once a queen was hatched, they rapidly multiplied and terrifying numbers of insect units rejoined the rule of the supre ruler, bringing back a terrifying number of insect units.
So queens that landed on planets with good conditions even developed into the Leviathan. That thing evolved from the main hive, you can imagine, a hive that was only a few dozen ters high initially has to evolve into a Leviathan almost the size of a moon. How much energy is that going to consu?
After agreeing to Keller’s suggestion, Finn did not return to Celeston City. It was broad daylight now, returning to Celeston City would make it easy for him to be discovered, but he didn’t go anywhere else either.
