And who the hell was that beauty just now?” Mr. Humphrey finally ca around, realizing he hadn’t yet sorted out his own issue. He knew his father’s temper too well; if he couldn’t explain clearly, he might be slapped to death.
“Well, to be honest, all the arrangents today were made by that girl. As for who she is, you’ll have to ask her yourself later.” shrugged Finn Lewis. He briefly explained the situation to Mr. Humphrey, excluding the details about Scholar Lewis.
How to explain later wasn’t sothing that Finn and his gang needed to worry about. As they say, every man for himself. The hardest part was over and the rest was re trivialities.
