The creature known as [lvin] is the crystallization of all desires, thoughts, and life of every "lvin" throughout ti.
In other words, it is essentially the exclusive and unique "Alaya-Vijnana" of the lvin family.
To attempt to repel it ans to simultaneously oppose all generations of lvins who have died on this land, as well as the contemporary lvins still living here.
——This is sowhat similar to Annan’s ability.
In Annan’s mythical form, he can close one of his eyes—temporarily sacrificing one of the players in his realm—to achieve his own resurrection.
The butterfly-transford "lvins" operate in the sa manner.
Even if their bodies, along with their souls, are instantly shattered by Annan’s Genesis power, they do not truly perish.
For they are also beings of genuine immortality—
Annan’s acute observation reveals that as they are frozen and shattered, an equal number of "death cocoons" begin to stir. The elent of "rebirth," even surpassing that of "understanding," becos as conspicuous as a signal fire.
These light butterflies, even when their bodies and souls are crushed, can, through so chanism—perhaps a backup data within [lvin]—reincarnate inside a nearby cocoon shell, evolving once more into complete forms.
According to Annan’s calculation then, it would take but a few breaths for them to absorb life from other cocoon shells and undergo complete rebirth once again!
By this point, the initial golden body no longer matters—it was rely the cocoon shell used during their early cultivation. Having transcended into light, they lose nothing from their rebirth, remaining undiminished in power.
——The so-called cocoons symbolize "rebirth." The tamorphosis from insect to butterfly utterly transforms the forr self, granting an entirely new life form.
But delve deeper, and one discovers the insect’s body dissolves inside the cocoon, being broken down and then reconstructed.
If the entire body transforms, can the newborn butterfly truly be seen as a rebirth using the insect as re raw material?
This constitutes the core of the lvin family’s idol spell.
It is the idol spell known as "Butterfly Transformation."
Those lvins who accidentally stray from their base, gaining lucidity, mistakenly believe the essence of the spell lies in shedding their mortal nature, ascending to sothing divine—a mortal inheriting the "human god’s" presence and attaining a divine form.
But they fail to realize that [lvin] has deceived them.
...Or perhaps it cannot be called deception.
For it never made any promises.
It lacks an independent consciousness; all its actions are intricately tied to the innermost wishes of the lvins themselves.
They envelop their remains in death cocoons, infusing their souls saturated with intense desire into the unfeeling golden-tier bodies, cultivating them for tamorphic developnt...
——The "remains" refer to the insect’s discarded husk, while the "death cocoon" corresponds to the cocoon shell.
The ultimate rebirth—the final culmination of the lvin family’s evolution—is precisely those "light butterflies"!
From this perspective, "death cocoons" and "remains" are actually the true forms of the lvin family.
Through the destruction of these light butterflies, and personally obliterating [lvin], Annan uses the elent of understanding to glean information he was never ant to know.
The lvin family was not ruled by cold-hearted elders who rcilessly erased the life and sentience of the tribe’s young, transforming them into raw combat strength to oppose the Winter lineage.
Rather, the essence of the "lvin family" resembles that of a swarm...
lvins closer to the essence and core believe individual consciousnesses are unnecessary impurities. Only by purging such detritus can one approach the essence.
The so-called essence is this "light butterfly."
To manifest a butterfly-form lvin, a fusion magic card must be played:
One must first sacrifice a group of individuals, causing them to fail in ascending to gold and transform into empty, desireless death cocoons; then infuse them with "remains." This combination ultimately hatches into the "higher form" lvin.
On an individual level, this equates to killing two people to birth a new life; but from the perspective of hive-mind ideology, it equates to "fusing two incomplete elents into one complete entity," a form of evolution.
From this perspective, the lvin family sowhat resembles Pokémon...
They must first diverge into two different evolutionary forms, then integrate them to give rise to the truly evolved entity.
As for those lvins who continue to live, they are, ironically, the "abandoned" ones.
To the cold and rciless [lvin], those sent away to distant lands are seen as failed products unworthy of "evolution"; whereas the lvins who "inherit the human god" are the purest of all—they will ultimately sacrifice themselves to beco part of [lvin]’s core.
If these purest lvins keep offering themselves as fodder—
In the end, [lvin] might finally be successfully birthed.
——Indeed, the [lvin] shattered by Annan was nothing more than the "Unborn Butterfly."
It had partially erged from its cocoon shell, raising its damp wings. Yet it remained incomplete—still lacking part of its power.
The "Unborn Butterfly" clearly cannot achieve reincarnation through this cycle thod. But if this [Butterfly] were to be fully born... it should be able to achieve reincarnation at an exceedingly low cost.
Every lvin would serve as the foundation for the [Butterfly]’s resurrection. Even those who simply carry lvin blood, or learn the exclusive knowledge of lvins, would beco the roots for the [Butterfly]’s revival.
