285 Qian Yuan Was Tricked
The altar was mysterious to begin with. It was even more so with the sudden appearance of this black-robed man. Destroying the altar would be difficult.

Seeing that Shen Changling’s expression was normal and he didn’t seem to hear these voices, Ye Xuan asked curiously, “Don’t you hear the voices?”

Everything around him was so quiet that it was terrifying. Even the sound of a needle falling to the ground could be heard. Coupled with the humanoid creatures and the scary-looking altar, everything seed evil.
Ye Xuan shook his head and said, “It’s nothing.” After he blocked off his five senses, the noise was greatly reduced. However, he was curious why he could hear these voices, while Shen Changling was not affected.

In order to avoid exposing their identities, they also moved their lips, as if they were chanting prayers with great piety. In reality, they were secretly communicating with each other.
