Chapter 513: Chapter 242 Climbing the Technology Tree_3 Chapter 513: Chapter 242 Climbing the Technology Tree_3 According to the estimates made by the Auxiliary Brain, to develop the technology on the Technology Tree to a level consistent with the Real World technology, the Technology Analysis System would need at least 20 more years, or perhaps even longer. Of course, this was under the premise that Yan Fei could not provide direction for the Technology Analysis System. If the Technology Analysis System were managed by soone, and if this person could steer it in the right parsing direction, reducing the numbers of trial and error, then its analysis speed could significantly increase. Perhaps it would only take a few months to catch up with the level of Real World technological developnt. However, Yan Fei lacked a true Scientist to direct the Technology Analysis System’s deductive path, thus wasting the formidable capability of the system.

Nevertheless, Yan Fei had already established his own Dream Laboratory, where he had recruited a large number of Scientists. These scientists had also compiled a vast amount of technological knowledge into the computer, and Yan Fei had uploaded this knowledge into the Auxiliary Brain Database. With more data, the analysis speed of the Technology Analysis System naturally accelerated.

Without a dedicated director, the Technology Analysis System based its deductions on scientific knowledge and hypotheses collected from the Internet; so of which might be incorrect or based on flawed assumptions or experintal data. Whenever it encountered such issues, the Technology Analysis System could not continue its analysis.

When the deduction hit a snag, Yan Fei would hand over the erroneous data or hypotheses encountered by the Technology Analysis System to these Scientists for Experintal Validation, or ask them to propose entirely new hypothetical concepts. Then, these findings would be fed back into the Technology Analysis System for further deduction and the extraction of accurate technological knowledge.

The Scientists recruited by Yan Fei were not true leaders in their disciplines; their capabilities were rather diocre. However, they worked diligently, offering constructive hypotheses, and, by correcting so incorrect experintal data in the laboratory, they indirectly increased the deduction speed of the Technology Analysis System.

However, relying solely on Internet-acquired technological knowledge and Dream Laboratory’s experintal data, the Technology Analysis System could not deduce much more advanced technological knowledge, let alone those leading the World. The previous breakthrough in understanding the Human Immune System was re luck; achieving another major technological breakthrough solely with the Technology Analysis System was impossible.

Considering this predicant, after reaching a cooperation agreent with the state on Misty Island, Yan Fei began to purchase all scientific technology and Manufacturing processes predating the 1960s from the state. These technologies and Manufacturing processes were completely outdated and held no value in secrecy for the state, so selling them to Yan Fei was considered recycling. Thus, the parties quickly reached a technology transfer agreent.

In this agreent, Yan Fei paid a substantial amount of money but acquired almost all foundational industrial knowledge and equipnt manufacturing processes from the state. This knowledge, technology, and Manufacturing processes were comprehensive, far beyond what could be compared with the incomplete data available on the Internet, and they were vital for the Technology Analysis System.

Quickly, the foundational scientific technologies of the 1960s were digested by the Technology Analysis System, which then perford deductions on this basis to produce entirely new technological knowledge. The foundational product Manufacturing processes were also decoded by the system, uncovering the problems within the production processes and making improvents. With these more advanced and refined Manufacturing processes, the mini-production workshop could produce even more perfect products.

After Yan Fei lifted the restrictions on the deductive capabilities, in just a short ti, countless technological branches appeared on the Drone Technology Tree. On each branch, an unprecedented variety and breadth of scientific technologies erged. Compared to before, the Technology Tree now seed lush and full of life. However, due to the poor foundational technology, the deduced scientific technologies were only equivalent to the 1970s level.

Although these scientific technologies were 50 years behind the present World, they were indeed comprehensive. It could be said all the scientific technologies developed by Human Society up to the 1970s could be found in the Technology Tree, without any gaps.

From this perspective, this Technology Tree represented all the essence of Human Civilization from 50 years ago. With this Technology Tree, Yan Fei’s scientific and technological foundation was so rich that no country could compare. Even all the scientific technologies from the 1970s combined across all countries were not as comprehensive as his current Technology Tree.

With these complete sets of scientific technologies, along with the fully-digested product Manufacturing processes, using the Production Capacity of the mini-production workshop, Yan Fei could now produce all the products from the 1970s.

Of course, there was one exception, which was nuclear technology. For so reason, the Technology Analysis System automatically skipped all technologies related to nuclear power during its deductions. Thus, even though the Atomic Bomb was produced by The United States of Arica in the 1940s and nuclear technology developed greatly between the 1950s and 1970s, the Technology Tree in the Auxiliary Brain did not show any branches related to nuclear power.

A noticeable gap appeared in the main trunk of the Technology Tree, more prominent towards the top, which made the Technology Tree look sowhat deford. Yan Fei knew this gap was where nuclear technology should have been, and the absence of nuclear technology was because it lacked a leading Scientist. Once there was a leading Scientist, the branch for nuclear technology would imdiately grow on the Technology Tree, making it perfect and without any flaws.
