Chapter 251: Chapter 142: The Operation of God_2

Such strange sounds repeated, echoing thirteen tis in total, and when the thirteenth sound erged, a large passageway suddenly broke open at the top of the nearby square. A massive amount of rocks and boulders from the mountain crumbled down, burying several black-robed warriors who stood below.

The black-robed warriors nearby were taken aback, not expecting a rockslide to occur at that mont. As they considered moving forward to rescue their buried comrades, a bright light appeared in the passageway ford by the collapse. Then, two missiles, trailing flas one after the other, flew out of that passageway, circled in the air, and struck the black-robed warriors’ heavy machine gun position and the artillery position, respectively. Both positions exploded violently, the missiles completely destroying them. The ammunition stacked nearby detonated in sympathy, creating a massive explosion that swept up more black-robed warriors in its ferocity—engulfing them in brutal shock waves and flas, resulting in heavy casualties.

The bearded man beside them was sowhat stunned. The ingrained thinking of a warrior left him utterly unable to conceive of missiles appearing in this cave, let alone flying in the confined space and hitting their defensive positions with such precision. What was going on? Where did these missiles co from? Who was controlling them?

As the bearded man was stunned, more lights and missiles erged from the passageway in the ceiling. They flew out endlessly like locusts from the passageway. As soon as these missiles left the cave, they scattered and pursued the black-robed warriors on the ground, attacking them relentlessly.

The black-robed warriors themselves were also caught off guard—in the face of this inexplicable phenonon, their beliefs crumbled, leaving them unable to counterattack as a powerful force seed to be assailing them. So astute ones thought of fleeing. However, before they could get far, the missiles caught up with them from behind and killed them all, dying frustratingly without even seeing their enemy. The flying missiles didn’t spare those who stood frozen either, striking them and sending them to where they were destined to go.

A missile pursued the bearded man from behind; he had the presence of mind to know he could not avoid the attack, so he simply stood still, quickly grabbed a nearby black-robed warrior, and threw him towards the incoming missile. An intense explosion resounded in the air. The black-robed warrior was blown to pieces, and the explosive shock wave caught up with the bearded man, knocking him to the ground. Then, the shrapnel from the explosion scattered, and a sharp fragnt the size of a fist sliced through the bearded man’s arm, severing his right arm at the shoulder.

...

The bearded man scread in agony, feeling the intense pain. By the ti he got up, he discovered his arm had been severed; he couldn’t believe his own eyes. His painstaking training, his entire strength concentrated in his hands, and now, with his vital right arm severed, his strength dropped by more than half. He looked at the few remaining black-robed warriors, almost annihilated by the brutal missile attack, and knew his cause was lost. He couldn’t fend off another potential missile onslaught, let alone the “Destroyer” trapped in a stone chamber—he was no match for it now that his strength had fallen due to his amputated arm. So the bearded man, though in pain, picked up his severed arm and made a split-second decision to turn and run.

It was at this point, just past midnight local ti, that Yan Fei finally stepped out from the stone chamber, looking down at the severely wounded black-robed warriors on the ground with a cold smirk on his face. He then chased after the fleeing bearded man.

Once Yan Fei discovered his true location from the Auxiliary Brain’s database, he imdiately controlled a drone to fly below the peak of the mountain. Following the data shown in the database, he fired armor-piercing rounds at the mountain exterior, blasting a huge cavity into it. Then he launched a second armor-piercing round at the sa spot, further enlarging and deepening the cavity, followed by more rounds. The drone repeated the process until, after expending 13 armor-piercing missiles, it pierced through from the outside creating a passageway to the square outside the mountain’s inner chamber.

Now, after midnight, the drone’s data had been automatically refreshed; the Drone Energy Points and the quantity of weapons and ammunition had been restored to peak condition. That’s why the drone was able to support such a miraculous feat by Yan Fei.

Once the passageway from the mountain’s exterior into the interior was complete, the drone fired Missiles again. Under the precise control of the Auxiliary Brain, the missiles carefully avoided the obstacles along the way, entering the mountain unscathed. Guided by Quantum Radar, they locked onto the black-robed warriors inside, managing to exterminate them through the mountain itself.

Quantum Radar ordinarily couldn’t penetrate such thick stone, but once a passageway appeared, the radar could extend into the mountain along it. However, the stone’s absorption weakened the quantum signal significantly, barely covering the space inside. Even so, the Quantum Radar showed its might, guiding the missiles to eliminate the enemies within.

In this incredible operation, the drone demonstrated its true strength. It not only precisely controlled the missile impact point while creating the passageway but also managed to seamlessly guide the missiles through the passageway once it was finished, showcasing the Auxiliary Brain’s precise control capabilities. And once inside the mountain, the missiles revealed the Quantum Radar’s terrifying locking ability, annihilating the black-robed warriors through the mountain itself.

Under Yan Fei’s control, the drone not only pushed its combat power to the limit, it brought forth an unimaginable new tactic.

The black-robed warriors, including the fleeing bearded man, never expected that the Missile Rain attack they suffered was actually from the “Destroyer” they had surrounded in the stone chamber. They were not attacked by another force; their real enemy was Yan Fei inside the chamber.
