Chapter 1949: Chapter 749: Population Strategy (Part 3)

In fact, with the strength that Yan Fei now possesses, there is nothing on Earth that can cause him concern. However, he does not dare to casually reveal the secret of having Dreamland Cave World. In his subconscious, he still treats Dreamland Cave World as a trump card for survival. The later he reveals this trump card, the safer Yan Fei becos. This is why, despite Yan Fei’s formidable strength, he can only employ such a sleight of hand thod to obtain population from Earth.

The personnel recruited for Dream Island this ti will partially be used for the developnt of Dream Island, under lower and middle-tier job positions, which attracts many job seekers. Another part will be used for the construction of the Moon Transit Station, where only high-tech engineers are hired. Combining the numbers needed for these two projects ans that Dream Island’s recruitnt spans from low to middle to high-end positions. Therefore, when everyone on Earth learns about this recruitnt, they are all excited and eagerly send their job applications to Dream Island’s Human Resources Departnt through the Internet.

Among these job applicants, there are not only genuine Chinese People but also foreigners of other colors. The ones in charge of processing these applicants’ resus are not real Dream Island Staff, but Yan Fei’s Artificial Intelligence “Dream”.

After receiving the influx of job applications from around the world, “Dream” categorized the resus according to the rules set by Yan Fei to ensure that they recruit the talents truly needed. Among these resus, the first to be passed up by “Dream” were those applicants with obvious ethnic features of Westerner.

Yan Fei wants to establish a super Company in Dreamland Cave World composed of Chinese People who recognize a common identity. Only a single ethnic group with shared culture can remain harmonious in long-term developnt. He does not wish for other ethnicities to mix among these Chinese People, otherwise, over ti, as the number of minorities grows, they would co into sharp ethnic conflict with the Chinese People, leaving imnse troubles for future generations.

The second group to be passed up by “Dream” were those who practice faiths entirely different from the mainstream religions of China. Throughout human history, conflicts among sects have been frequent, rivers of blood have flowed, and the intensity of their conflicts is no lesser than racial wars. Yan Fei does not wish for various extre religious thoughts to appear among his employees.

From ancient tis to the present, China has gone through multiple cultural integrations, but behind these cultural integrations lie traces of blood and tears. A truly powerful civilization will never voluntarily engage in cultural integration. What it does is completely eliminate the other side, so there is no need for integration. As long as the essence of other civilizations is tily remodeled and absorbed, it can also ensure the continuous progress of its civilization.

The third group passed up by “Dream” are non-Chinese People, those who do not have Chinese nationality but look like Chinese People will not be allowed into Dream Island even if they et the previous conditions. Yan Fei is acutely aware that these Chinese People without Chinese nationality, having grown up overseas due to differences in their growth environnt and education level, are more inclined towards Western thinking and are very resistant to Chinese culture. Without a sense of cultural identity, even if they look like Chinese People, they are not genuinely Chinese People. There is a substantial difference between the two in essence.

These people with appearances of Chinese People, educated in the West from a young age, have been taught that they lack a collective spirit and will not sacrifice themselves for the collective. They will constantly fight for so-called freedom, democracy, and human rights and will absolutely not submit to the strict managent of Dream Island. If these individuals were recruited into Dream Island’s employee team, they would undoubtedly beco a bad apple, slowly eroding the foundations of Dream Island. Therefore, Yan Fei straightforwardly keeps these people outside of Dream Island, giving them no chance to enter.

After passing through the previous three rounds of selection, those remaining are, in fact, genuine Chinese People. At this point, “Dream” once again leverages its amazing data collection capability, collecting intelligence from various channels, and once again screens the remaining Chinese People. However, the screening criteria have now beco whether they have had illegal or criminal activities within China, or if they are ntally unstable, discontent with society, spreading and promoting rumors everywhere, or severely dishonest.

Even after passing these four stages of screening, the selection process is still not complete. Surviving Chinese People still cannot be guaranteed a position in Dream Island because Dream Island has a critical screening stage—using Genetic testing thod to filter out those with malignant hereditary diseases in their bodies.
