Yan Fei, feeling the imnse destructive power Zhu Yong had brought to humanity, wanted to kill Zhu Yong but did not act imdiately. He decided to first understand Zhu Yong’s abilities to better prepare himself.

Yan Fei asked, "Virus strains are extrely tiny. They consist of a simple protein shell with DNA inside, belonging to a semi-living entity. They have no consciousness of their own and cannot produce consciousness. How do you control them and make them obey your commands?"

Zhu Yong was previously an Otaku, always deeply engrossed in research, only venting about societal oddities anonymously over the Internet, never finding a chance to gain recognition from others. Now encountering Yan Fei, soone interested in his expertise, Zhu Yong imdiately beca interested and felt greatly satisfied ntally.

Thus, Zhu Yong began to educate Yan Fei about professional knowledge, saying, "Everyone knows our human body is made up of various tiny particles. The question arises: Why do these tiny particles produce consciousness when combined and form their own thoughts, making each person unique?"

This point of knowledge was too profound; Yan Fei had never considered this issue before. Even when asking "Dream", he couldn’t get an answer, so he could only shake his head, indicating he didn’t know.

Zhu Yong was very pleased with Yan Fei’s attitude and explained, "These tiny particles within the human body form a crucial organ, which is our brain. The Human Brain is the most complex organ so far, and humans have not been able to fully study it. In the brain, there are more than 12 billion brain cells, and these cells connect with neural synapses, forming a massive ’net,’ where human thoughts and consciousness are generated."

"If we push the Human Brain to its limits and view the brain as an Earth, we would see the particles composing our brain are like the tiny stones on Earth; they are almost independently existing. They are semi-living entities, with vast spaces among them, not linking. But in essence, they are related in a way that we do not yet understand, and through their combined effects, the Human Brain produces the most unique consciousness."

Yan Fei began imagining the hypothesis Zhu Yong described...

Zhu Yong said, "The tiny particles composing the human brain are very much like viruses in nature: each exists independently and is a semi-living entity, appearing to have no link with one another. But if you replace the particles composing the Human Brain with various viruses and shrink this world infinitely, you would find that these viruses form a giant Virus Great Brain, with its smallest components being various viruses."

"Like the particle composition of the Human Brain, there is no connection among these virus units, nor do they produce independent consciousness. But when these viruses aggregate, an amazing reaction occurs, giving this Virus Great Brain magical functions similar to the human brain, creating a unique Virus Great Mind. All virus activities in this world are the result of this Virus Great Mind’s influence."

"The main difference between the Virus Great Brain and Human Brain is their size: the Virus Great Brain is extrely large, almost comparable to our Universe, whereas the Human Brain is much smaller, insignificant compared to the Virus Great Brain. But their common function is that both are composed of tiny particles, magically generating their own thoughts."

Yan Fei was sowhat dazed. Although he agreed with Zhu Yong’s explanation of how the Human Brain generates thoughts, he couldn’t conceive of various viruses forming an alternative Virus Great Brain and producing a void-like Virus Great Mind that controls all virus activities in this World.

Seeing Yan Fei still not understanding his analogy, Zhu Yong was not angry but tried his best to help Yan Fei comprehend the existence of this Virus Great Mind. He started explaining it from another perspective.

"Throughout Human history, pandemics have broken out multiple tis, causing massive casualties. From our current viewpoint, it was caused by humans being infected with highly contagious viruses at the ti. We all know that after viruses enter the human body, there is an incubation period; once the virus quantity has replicated to a certain degree, it enters the outbreak period, and the human body becos ill. Then the question arises: even though these viruses are replicated from the sa virus, each of them is a single entity and has no contact with one another. How do they know their numbers are sufficient and then collectively move into the outbreak period?"

Yan Fei was stunned. He hadn’t considered this question. It seed normal to him for a virus to enter the human body, undergo an incubation period, and finally an outbreak period. But this was indeed a question: viruses are disconnected, so how do they engage in unified action? He couldn’t answer and humbly asked, "Why is this?"

Zhu Yong said, "This is the best evidence for the existence of the Virus Great Mind. It shows that the Virus Great Mind has always existed, controlling the viruses from entering the human body, through their incubation period, to their final outbreak; thus, these viruses can act in unison. It indirectly proves my previous hypothesis that all viruses form a Virus Great Brain and demonstrates that Virus Great Mind has always existed, controlling all virus actions."
